When I first walked in, I thought it was going to be a crappy burger place. It is tucked away in a corner of a strip mall type place in Monroe. The prices were ridiculously high! $7 for a hamburger!?!?

My husband and I were dying after our bike ride. This place had cold beer, air conditioning, and Transformers playing on their big flat screen LCD TV. We ate here.

I was amazed at how well cooked and prepared the burgers were. Huge beef patties oozing with juices as you pick them up. I had the Aloha burger. And can I say a-looooo-ha! Fresh cut pineapple grilled!!! Onion slice grilled!!! Ooey gooey cheesy goodness!!! Nom nom nom...

My husband had the Bleu Cheeseburger. Huge crumbles of Bleu cheese stacked on a burger with crispy bacon!!

This place is definitely worth the drive and worth the buck you spend. They are definitely a specialty gourmet burger with fast food service! We were in and out just like that! If only McDonald's served this good of food and if Red Robin can be this quick...

I discovered how to become invisible. Stand at the BM counter, ready to order. Watch the server/cook prepare burgers. Watch s/c take burgers to only other occupied table in restaurant . Watch s/c go to the back to help owner do prep work. Stand and wait, let's see what kind of invisible record I can set. 5 more minutes, still invisible. Gee, I'm getting tired of being invisible. I'm thinking about leaving so that I can break the BM spell. Wait, the s/c is coming my way, "Are you ready to order?"   Ok, you barely made a save. Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, large fries and a drink. Not asked what kind of roll I wanted or how I wanted the burgers cooked. Burgers arrived. Pointed out that the fries were missing. Owner brought register receipt to show fries were not rung up. Ok, just bring them, I will pay for them. Fries arrive, pay for fries, shorted $1. Leave change on table as proof. Reimbursed. Re food, decent enough. Service, lack of, definitely colored the experience. The very sticky floors here also need some serious attention.  Be sure to check out the photo wall of fame. Must be all the jocks from the high school football team, you get your pic on the wall if you eat a 12 stack in less than 30 minutes.  The winner to date did a 14 stack in record time. Don't know for sure, but this may account for the sticky floors. I do have to give them credit for this clever marketing ploy and their other- meet ups for various vehicles- ie. BMWs, Subarus and Harleys.  Kudos too for showing a recently released film on a good size screen, "Moneyball" for us. Ok, I'll give you 3 stars for the burgers, PR and the film with the wish that the service and cleaning are given attention.

I'm a fan of the madness burger and have to say it's pretty cool they have some fun movies going and a beer.

Going 4 stars because pretty much everything else I've tried is not up to par for me.  I'm a big fan of fried zucchini but the breading is just terrible so skip it.  The fry sauce is good but the fries not so much.. like other comments here the sides are just not great.

I had the Madness burger, and split a side of onion rings and fries.

This burger sounded amazing... I mean, a burger patty stuffed with cheese and onions? Mmmm. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The cheese was melted and super gooey. Overall, I thought the burger was o.k. It was a very well made burger, but nothing special. 4 stars.

The sides, however, were a letdown. The crinkle cut fries were very fresh and crispy, but they had no salt! Fries have to be salted as soon as they come out of the fryer, otherwise the seasoning just falls off instead of sticking. I was disappointed to find out that their onion rings are the breaded kind (as opposed to battered). 2 stars

This is how a burger place should be.

Came here randomly with my girlfriend and boy were we surprised. The place is a little pricier than your average burger place, but the taste is that much better.

I ordered their signature "Madness" burger which consisted of a huge 1/3 pound pattie, lettuce, tomato, onion, and the burger was infused with cheese leaving it with a gooey center. MMMMM!!!

The fries were extra crispy and I left STUFFED. Probably the best burger I've had in awhile!!!

Had a coupon for this place so we tried it out.  Food was OK, my burger was OK, but not special.  Their fry sauce is odd and their tartar is too sweet.  The milkshake was good though.  We got the food to go so I didn't try the water.  Next time I'll skip it.

Tried the fish & chips.  Not much taste to either one, plus the fries (chips) were a little soggy.  Probably won't go back.

Usually have burgers this time I tried a salad.  It was undoubtedly the worst salad I've ever paid for.  Too much core, no leaf, soaking wet and not enough chicken.

    Do not like.

As someone else mentioned their burger quality really is top notch, but the sides are not up to par. 3 times now the fries have been over cooked and unsalted, I've made better out of a bag in my freezer. Last time I was in there and got a peach shake, which was great until I got to the bottom 1/3 of the cup and it was a frozen unbreakable lump that I have to assume the guy would've noticed pouring in. The pricing is a little ridiculous for a hole in the wall joint with just a few tables inside.

Minor complaints aside, if you want a good burger and are willing to spend 10-15 dollars for a burger meal this place is worth at least checking out.

Burger Madness is all that and a bag of Sweet Potato Fries!  You just can't beat the choices, choices, and then MORE CHOICES that this place has to offer you!  I had heard that this place had a lot to offer, but that was a bit of an understatement.  My kids loved the Sweet Potato Fries, and even better was the choice of getting fries for them or a fruit cup. :) My service was great and my burger was even GREATER!!!  I have definatly found a new place to go and get a good burger, for the price and the choices, Burger Madness BEATS Red Robin HANDS DOWN!

Really excellent burgers, easily the best around.  Fries are the generic type... they can do that better. Fish and Chips are pretty good but not fantastic.  My advice ? Buy the burger, take the the old Snohomish/Monroe road and go to the Pilchuck 12-21-201rive-in for fries and a Peanut Butter & Chocolate shake. Then look out Cholesterol and calories and enjoy. Plan on fasting the next day...

Amazing burgers - if you live in Monroe skip Red Robin and go get a REAL hamburger ,No atmosphere just a  great burger at an awesome price -   If you are picky about fries- these are pretty blah. So just get the burger and some homemade fried zuchinni or Mozzerella.sticks

I'm still on the fence about this place. Like another reviewer, I've been sick after eating here..... I've tried staying away from burgers..... and going with fish... or a salad.... but it doesnt seem to matter, I always feel sick after I eat here. My BF likes it though and so does my kiddo.... but I feel that it may be the novelty of the pictures of the huge burgers that makes them like it? I have had a better burger at Red Robin but, sometimes I need a change of scenery. Sure with Monroe would get a good burger place... oh well.

The burgers here really school you on fresh vs everyone else.  Fries and smoothies mirror the freshness theme and portions are generous.  Such convenient, fast pick up never tasted so good.

Just went there again last night and they are still the best burger in town - in the county - maybe in the state! While we were enjoying our tasty burgers, we were thinking that we need to bring some friends and relatives there when they come to town next week- great way to start off the Thanksgiving food fest with a nice big juicy burger! Yes! Forget the Butterball turkey, go for the Burger Madness and give thanks!

The burgers are truly amazing, especially for Monroe.  I've never had a complaint with the fries, although I must confess I really didn't pay attention to them because I was using them as a vehicle for ketchup!  I have noticed some inconsistency though with the food.  Incredible one day and so-so the next.  My son's corn dog was barely cooked at one point.  A corn dog.  Go figure

Good stuff here,  I was very impressed with the burgers especially the madness burger with cheese on the inside of the burger patty.  Yep, wow talk about a juicy burger.  The fries were absolutely terrific, I have had fries from places all over but these were somehow different.  I am not sure if it was the sauce on the tables or if it was the fries, but anyway I am a fan.  One other thing, if you have kids and they order the kids burger beware, these things are big enough for most adults.  I need to go back soon to try out a couple of the other menu items.
