the food is delicious and always served hot, and i receive fantastic customer serivce every time i visit.
a couple of issues detract from their strong points. for one, the sex in the ball pit with chris's ex-girlfriend was of sub-par quality, probably mediocre at best. second, the bathrooms are almost always dirty. for these reasons, i just don't feel comfortable rating BK higher than 3 stars. -

Rats....this place has been close down for about 2 months because of rats. Tons of bug trucks outside all the time.
Hopefully they don't open back up. Tear this place down and open a Wahoos! -

Food ok....Real problem is the play place.
No kids were there the other day when I took my son so I went up in it with him. There was RAT POOP everywhere!!! Disgusting!!!
Will NEVER go back! -

I want to like this place, and I really liked BK as a kid. After the one on Hampshire closed down, I went to this location. Biggest mistake I ever made and similar to the one in Simi Valley, it had the same problems.
I've been here a total of 5 times in the last year or so and order the same simple burger every time. Each time there's a mistake, whether it's no onion rings, or the wrong soda, or the wrong things on the burger all together. After the 5th time, I just gave up. There's no point in going here anymore with all the other places around.
I gave them an extra star because they at least made it right, but repeated failures have led me to dine for fast burgers elsewhere. -
