This is a Burger King. You've seen them all across America, and they're all the same. This is the essence of the chain restaurant.

With clever marketing campaigns (subservient chicken, anyone?) and an affinity for the phrase "flame broiled" they've worked their way into the fabric of America, almost to the degree of that OTHER burger joint, McDowell's (don't forget to let your soul glow).

The really awesome thing about THIS Burger King though, is that when I asked the guy the difference between the crispy chicken and the club chicken sandwiches he looked up at the board behind him and said "One is the 6, and the other is the 9." Classic.

horrible! the manager, tony, was busy talking to the customers ahead of us...we were running late to my appt in the area and we waited MORE than 5 minutes and until I loudly said we were in a rush and needed to either leave or perhaps they should stop socializing, THEN did Tony grudgingly help us. He messed up our order, too, which caused ME to be late for my appt...While we were waiting for our food to be prepared, they also messed up ANOTHER customer's order and Tony and the customer proceeded to get into a SHOUTING match right in front of us! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The food itself, surprisingly is the only reason they scored the one star---amazingly the food, was prepared correctly and to our satisfaction, considering the WAIT and the FLOOR SHOW of a shouting match!

Definitely not worth having my kids watch Tony and the customer shooting obscenities at one another while my TWO KIDS were watching and discussing that it was a very inappropriate conversation. Luckily, the older one walked the younger one away when it got ugly!

Not worth returning when one is in a rush, but if all you want is food with an attitude, this is the place...

What a horrid horrid burger king. Yadira the cashier was horrible women. First of all my friend ask for a #9 and I said onion ring. When they mistake the order then she accused me that it was my fault. My goodness two distinct people that were making the order. They merged it into one and it is the customers fault.
In addition, then the proceed to complain about you in Spanish. Would never come to here again.
Also, making me doubt about the training that Burger King gives!!!!

This is the worst Burger King ever!
The manager gives you change for a $10 instead of a $20, hoping you don't catch it. He's done it twice! The other bad part about this BK is that they ALWAYS get the order wrong in the drive thru! You ask for fries, they give you onion rings. You ask for an expensive burger, you get a whopper jr! They are horrible. They deserve no stars at all!

This BK location is near my work, so I'm there at least two or three times a month for a lunchtime burger and fries. As BKs go, this one is in the middle of the pack. It's not always spic and span clean, but it's not a homeless haven either. The staff are sometimes inattentive (drive thru often takes precedence), but once you order the food comes up fast. The buns and produce might be lackluster once in awhile, but it's always what I order. Also, as far as fries go, I far prefer BK to McD's. The shake machine makes rhythmic thumping sounds that can get on your nerves, but if you're only there for a few minutes to woof down some grub, meh.

Patio seating is ok, but often windy.

Seemed like things were cleaner and faster when the manager was present.

    DISHONEST/OVERCHARGING!!!!!

The employees here are either idiots or dishonest, I'm not sure which. They added a miscellaneous charge (called "MISCFOOD") to my order of combo's. Apparently their way to override the idiot-proof computer's total, which they felt was not enough.  When I persisted in asking what they were charging me for, she got her manager and he re-rang my order as slightly more expensive items -something I didn't notice at the time- and the total still came up as 10 cents less.

But at least this time they gave me the items I ordered, which they didn't last time I was here.

This is not even discussing just how bad their food is for your health, even if it's convenient. I know I shouldn't eat here, and considering they're crooks, I won't again.

I ordered the steakhouse burger, going through drive-through. I drove three miles to my office. I couldn't believe that the burger was spicy. I looked inside it and there were little bits of jalapenos in it. I was so pissed off. I called the manager at the place and she hung up on me. So I contacted Burger King customer service. The girl on the phone listened to my complaint and said someone would be contacting me. I have yet to hear from them. I demand a coupon for a whopper, or something. Please join me in my boycott of all Burger Kings, especially the one on Middlefield Road in Redwood City, CA.
    Thank you.

As an indication of how desperately bored I am tonight, I am writing a review of a fast-food "restaurant." I normally do not frequent such establishments, but I had a coupon for a free Whopper when you buy a Whopper, so blithely ignoring the age-old edict of "you don't get something for nothing," I ordered two Whoppers for the price of one. It took them a full 20 minutes to fill my order, during which time I commingled with the local homeboys and girls and thanked God I don't have to do this on a daily basis. Apparently, the drive-through gets priority over us peons who are dumb enough to enter the portals of a total abomination of Amazon deforestation. After dousing my hands in sanitizer back in my Volvo, I drove home and unwrapped these delicacies, moronically expecting to see the luscious, towering burgers, resplendent with thick slices of technicolor tomatoes, onions, and leafy lettuce pictured throughout the establishment. What I got were limp little patties, flat boring buns, and their rendition of lettuce, tomatoes, and onion, which look like they'd been shot from a Gatling gun. And I could have gone to Ben Franks, like hubby told me to. Screw the coupons. And screw Burger King.
