My hubby loves there chicken sandwich's, so we frequent this BK about once a month. The other day I received some nice coupons in the mail for free items. So today I went to order one of their frappe's, since it was free. Wasn't worth it. I couldn't drink it for a long time because there were such big ice chunks that it wouldn't go through the straw. The pieces that did go through the straw you had to suck on or chew. Not what I really want to do with my coffee drink. Thanks but no thanks. Also, it doesn't matter if you the only customer inside or the drive through. Their service is as slow as molasses.. UGH!

This is my favorite place to go of all the fast food places that I go to. The manager Julia is super nice. They always have plenty of people of working, so the service is always super fast. There's always someone right there at the counter to take my order right when I walk through the door. The food is ready practically by the time I fill up my soda cup. The inside is beatiful with no remodeling needed. Jack in the Box and McDonald's are just down the street, but I come here because it has a leg up on both of them. Have a wonderful day!

ahhh, burger king. you are close to my work, and we continue to have a love/hate relationship.
over the years, i have seen many management changes and good vs incredibly bad employees. i abuse your drive-through mainly, and i would say 75% of the time my order goes off without a hitch.
some days, you are super fast, totally on it, and even throw in an extra chicken nugget. other days the microphone doesnt work so i get to hear the person taking two separate orders INSIDE the place, or you cannot get my credit card to work (when it did the last 50 times i was here), or simply forget something like napkins or sauce.
but, the worst thing about this particular location happens to be the customers. yesterday, i had the pleasure of being behind a hoopty dodge intrepid full of half-wits that had non-functioning power windows. they wasted 5 minutes trying to order with their car doors opened at the initial microphone. apparently, the woman could not articulate what she wanted correctly, so she was instructed to pull up to the first window. at that window, (with car doors opened yet again) she dwindled away another 5 minutes explaining the complexities of her burger lunch order. she was then handed what appeared to be a coupon of sorts (maybe for a free meal because she is a super-hoopty-off-her-kilter-crazy-non-articulate-f atso?) and at this point, the line in the drive-through was about 7 cars deep. but the best part was when she pulled up to the last window (with all 4 car doors opened), and participated in what appeared to be a hot potato game with the BK employee. she would examine each drink, taste it, open it up, pull out ice cubes with her hand and dump them on the ground, close it, and give it back to the employee. this happened on two separate drinks, and then was given a replacement. this part took around 10 minutes. it was GREAT! and to know she has a free coupon to "come on back!" i know that i, as well as the staff at BK cannot wait to see this neanderthal again! oh boy! always award the crazies, burger king, with free coupons! -

I had been to this Burger King before approximately 8 years ago, and I hadn't gone back since then because the customer service was so poor. I was hungry and happened to be in the neighborhood and thought surely things had changed in 8 years. Things have changed - the customer service has actually become worse. My friend and I walked in, and there was no one at the front counter. We could hear people talking in the back, but no one came up to take our order. After waiting about 5 minutes, someone finally came up to take our order. I made a comment to the effect that we had been waiting, but all I got was attitude, and this was from the MANAGER!!! I vow that I will never go back to this restaurant again!!
