I stopped here one day to get a quick bite to eat. Trying to be healthy at fast food restaurant, I ordered the Chicken Caesar salad. They gave me ranch dressing to go with it. Service was super slow. Enough said.

This place is dirty nasty the employees are rude, the sandwichs are alway cold and sometimes you don't even get any meat in the sandwich I had to go back with my empty bun and show the ignorant manager that smokes outside and does not even wash her hands when she comes back insdside, the tables are sticky and the garbage cans are dirty. this place needs a remodel bad, the one pop machine has not worked in 2 years! The front doors have so many hand prints on them they never clean the windows! The employees are getho! they should work on the south side location!

The drive-thru is SUPER SLOW & takes 10-15 minutes unlike the city.. One time I went there and the drive-thru line was too long, so I just parked and went inside. It seems they're short on workers, or motivation; perhaps both. Everyone was slow-moving, not really courteous to customers.. they were like walking zombies. The food is just like any other BK - it just takes 10x longer than any other drive-thru..then again, they even took a long time when I walked inside. Avoid this place if you're impatient like me and are looking for a quick bite-n-go.

I get a whopper craving every now and then and your the closest thing in my area. The dining area needs to be clean slightly. And the pop is always flat. Other than that the whopper is hot and fries are fresh out of the fryer.
