Review from Wendy H.
I'm not going to comment on the food because they are all the same at all of the Burger King. I am going to comment on the somewhat brain dead workers. For some reason, it is pretty hard to get a reaction from any of them. I bet if you yelled earthquake they'd still be staring blankly behind the counters.
I went to get ketchup at the pump. Well the pump was empty. So I tell the clerk who was standing right next to the straws and pump. She said ok and proceeded to refill the straw dispenser. Another clerk came by and pulled a bucket of dirty water from the cabinet beneath the pump. No one filled the ketchup dispenser.
While I was waiting for my food, I saw various people vigorously pump the ketchup dispenser and came to the same conclusion as I did. They also told that same clerk - who did not move from the dispenser. Is that her station? Is she not suppose to deviate from it? Very strange.
Someone also accidentally dropped their soda all over the floor - right where everyone was waiting for their food. She proceeded to yell, there's soda on the floor. She must have said it 5 times and the clerks behind the counter at first ignored her. Then they looked at her like she was speaking a foreign language. Finally they acknowledged it but no one moved to mop up the mess.
Really, they should hire workers who care. -

The food here is okay since some of the menu items here are pretty much similar to what you'd expect to see at other Burger King locations. It is right in 280 Metro Center Mall so Best Buy, The Home Depot and The Home Depot Pro are all very close by!
I came here for dinner right after coming out of the Barnes & Noble Bookstore. I figured that I might as well come here for something to eat since I am already a short walk from here!
Twenty (20) piece chicken tender for $4.99 -- I like it! A combo meal plus this 20 piece chicken tender makes a quick lunch with family, friends, classmates and colleagues.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Burger King sucks, they don't have the dollar menus and the restrooms are always dirty. Being across the street from Home Depot, they prey on construction workers and know most are hungry running here and there.

so, i work across the street from this burger king. and it's obviously not the healthiest spot to eat in the whole world . but after working across the street for almost 2 years, i ran out of things to eat on my lunch break and i usually hit this spot once or twice a month.
and with good reasoning too.
the staff here is predominantly filipino, i don't mind but what i do mind is them yelling and screaming at each other while they are working. show a little bit of professionalism while you work.
ill come back here as a last resort . -

At the Metro Center.
Fried food craving. I should've gone to Carl's Jr. for the onion rings, but I wanted to check if they still had SpongeBob toys at Burger King. And no, they did not. Stinkin' Spiderman 3 crap.
Anywho, I got the Jr. burger and some chicken fries (condiments: ranch and honey mustard). It tasted as expected. Not great, not bad. I thought my Jr. burger would've had bacon in it like the Carl's Jr. Jr.? burger, but it didn't seem to have any. GR. Oh well, that part wasn't their fault. They can't read my mind and know to put bacon in it.
I ate this meal with some Kim Bap (Korean sushi - pickled vegetables and fish cake). Why?
Why not? -

This is a very embarrassing review to have to write.... to admit publicly that I ate here. Maybe if I yelp every time I eat at a fast food establishment the fear of public humiliation will prevent me from going. Sometimes I can't help myself when I'm starving and in a hurry or out and about. Last night I was shopping at the Metro Center and got a sudden reminder that I was starving, so I walked in to BK.
I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was SO gross I just ate the bun and the lettuce.
The chicken was vile. The place was filled with what appeared to be gang members. When did this mall get so ghetto?
So go ahead, yelpers, humiliate me. -

This is the spot for some really fast gross food. Don't order their Chicken Salad - or any CHICKEN at that. Just plain nasty. The Onion Rings tasted like they were fried in week old oil. . and the drive thru service sucks!
If you can't make the extra minute drive to the Filipino Fast Restaurant accross the lot. . then this would be ur best bet. -

This Burger King is perfect when I need a break from shopping at 280-Metro Mall.
-There is a drive-thru as well as a lot of parking. I always flirt with the drive-thru, but there is never a line when I peek inside. With the amount of calories I'm about to intake, it's probably best that I get out of my car and walk!
-Interesting mix of people working here. The lady who took my order was on the older side and looked like she has no emotions.
-On the other hand, the younger ones getting my food were flirting quite a bit. I would bet that their night ended with a happy ending.
-The food is well....fast and fattening. Burgers get smaller as the years go by. Not sure if it's because I'm getting bigger or not.
Overall, I come here when I need to energize my batteries. Best Buy, Bed Bath, Old Navy....here I come! -

Awful, dried, cold, but overcooked burger patty. Old, greasy, bottom of the barrel fries, also cold.
When you look at your burger patty and it has white spots from cold, congealed fat on it? That's when you get back in the car and head to In-n-Out.
Seriously disgusting. At least the coke was alright. -

It's a pretty typical burger king. Not especially clean, or fast.

Got breakfast here one of the first days I was in the States. Should have known better. There was a bunch of food in the tray that I could not identify, apart from the scrambled eggs which looked dreadful. Everything was drenched in oil. I was sick for a whole day after eating this crap. Never. Again.

It has been a really long long time that, I have eaten at this Burger King which is near to Best Buy... Before going to this Burger King for a quick stop to eat, I just went shopping around at Best Buy just to look at some Canon Digital Camera's. Like on my other burger king review, I always like to eat the Whopper w/ Cheese... If it isnt the whopper w/ cheese that I eat then my other two favorites would be the Chicken Sandwich and the Loaded Steakhouse sandwich, but what ate today was the Whopper w/ Cheese and medium fries & onion rings!!! Like on my other Burger King review I'll say it again ~~~Yummy Yummy Yummy~~~ Till the last bite of the Whopper W/ Cheese, French Fries, Onion Rings~~~

Oh jeez i really let myself go, i am so embarrassed to have brought myself into a place of such mediocrity. I feel sorry for the sad saps who eat here, i would much prefer to be a total douche and think less of people. SIKE!!
I hate people who complain about the fat and grease. If you see a bus coming toward you id expect you to move out the way. If you're humiliated to be seen eating fast food then im sad for you. Fast food is a quick fix and you get what you pay for, don't complain. You're only digging your own hole.
Anyway on to bk, its not the best bk in the world but it gets the job done. The staff is quite nice and i've gotten into some good conversations with the co-workers, they're good people. Sure a few mistakes but it is fast food. They were kind enough to replace me with a fresh chicken sandwich when, I said no lettuce. BTW chicken sandwich only bbq sauce, cheese, and crispy onions + ranch is some bomb stuff. A lot of nice people there as well, i have to say they must have the sexiest staff in bk existence.
Well aside from all that, ive had a lot of good times at this place and its never a let down whenever a few of my friends wanna just have ourselves a few burgers. -

Stopped in twice in the last two weeks, don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Food was good enough, but the employees there are sorely lacking in customer service and health and safety standards. I've saw a couple of burger king workers making out and grabbing each other, then bagging up peoples food. After my friend ordered and paid, they ignored him and spoke in a foreign language the whole time. I've seen people wearing sports hats and beanies in the cooking area and people with long hair not putting it up as they should. Like I said, the food was ok, but eating their would be condoning the rest of their shenanigans...

My wife and I ordered two BK Veggie burgers the other day, and the cashier charged for two Veggie Whopper Jrs instead. I brought it to the guy's attention, and he said they both are the same. I asked "are you sure?", he said "yes". When I got the order, both burgers didn't have any patty inside. I showed it to the same guy, and he said he will get the patties cooked, and he charged for it. Both patties when they came were undercooked, and they tasted horrible. The cashier had gone home in the meantime. We brought this to the attention of some other woman behind the counter, and she looked at us like we are crazy, and she ignored us. Then we asked for the supervisor ((Mark Prius (?)), who showed up saying "I'm busy running a store"... What the...!? He didn't seem interested in hearing a genuine customer complaint, and asked us "why didn't you bring it up earlier?" I told him we did, and we just got the cooked patties, and I tried to explain the situation to the guy. He started asking "so, what do you want" cutting me off. At this point, I looked at my wife and told her, "forget it...we will complain to Burger King directly". The supervisor said..."go ahead" and he rushed to the back of the store. This place has the worst customer service for a fast food chain I have ever encountered - rude employees and a rude supervisor, who obviously doesn't care about his customers. The food quality was horrible. The cashier couldn't get a simple order right even after I repeated the order and asked for clarification. What a pathetic place to eat!!! I have been to other Burger Kings, and I have had BK Veggie burgers before, but none of them were even close to as horrible as this place. I saw some other guy coming up to the cashier saying that his order was messed up when I was still talking to the employee. I will make sure to report this to Burger King corporate office.
