Yes i know its dumb to review a BURGER KING???!?!!? They got my order right and perfect sooo many times that i actually had to write about it.
Well let me tell you the 2 hispanic guys that work there (drive-thru i havnt gone inside in awhile) ROCK! they never mess up an order everything is hot and fresh, i never have to ask for anything i.e straw, ketchup etc,and they dont care if they close at 12am and you happen to drive up at 11:57 ... Anyone that lives in the North Center Albany Park area knows what hell WENDYS on western & addison and how they f@%# eveything up. So in conclusion order,pay and dont worry theyll get it right -

yeah, I know.....It's Burger King. Everyone knows what their food is like. BUT....I have to say, I have never had an old burger that was just rewarmed, or anything that is just mediocre in temperature. ..and always made perfectly. (almost like the TV commercial looking sandwiches)
Either I go through the drive thru, and they alwasy get my order correct, and always ask if I want ketchup or any sauces etc, and never forget napkins, straws etc. OR, I go in person and eat in their clean spacious and inviting restaurant area. My experience ordering inside is just as good.
I know it's dumb, but if you are going to a BK, go here. Rockin breakfast hashbrows too....I'm addicted! -

The only reason why I feel compelled to review BK is because they ran out of burgers when I went there - not because of me.
I went in and ordered a number 1 (Whopper meal). The cashier, slightly embarrassed replied "We're all out." Perplexed, I wasn't sure what they were out off? Fries? Napkins? Serving trays? So I asked "What are you out of?"
"Burgers" was the response. I couldn't help but giggle a little. I had to pause for a second and appreciate the irony of a burger joint running out of burgers.
No biggie, I went with the chicken instead.
Overall, this is a clean place that serves it's purpose in the world of fast food (with or without burgers). -

Let me start off by saying this Burger King is stumbling distance from my house. It would be very convenient if the didn't constantly screw up orders. But I check it and get it fixed before I leave. I usually make something special to guarantee my food is hot. Now to the unacceptable, I had to post the pic you see here of what I saw the other day. The gentleman working the register looked like he just got out of a pool or sweat. Any food service manager in their right mind should have done something about that. Sweat dripping off his brow, no head covering and handling food? I now drive to one further down Irving Park.

Horrible experience at the Clark/Irving Park BK tonight. Ordered a #9, which is a chicken sandwich, drink, and fries, and 2 Whoppers. Pretty simple, right? We get home, and there's only 2 Whoppers and a fry - no chicken sandwich. So we drive all the way back, and my friend has to go straight to the drive-up window (or it would have been 20-30 mins with all the cars). The woman tells my friend, as she stands there in THREE DEGREE WEATHER, "You're wrong, I put a chicken sandwich in the bag". Unbelievable! Like we're going to stand outside in 3-degree weather to get a free chicken sandwich. Unbelievable. Everyone makes mistakes, but I think this girl needs more training on how to treat customers!

I have never had a problem with this burger king. All the employees are very nice and always ask what you need and if you want anything else and are always willing to change any problems that one might have. So, yes, definitely go to this burger king!!

Ordered a veggie burger , and the patty seemed like they over nuked it. It was like rubber around the edges. They could use an update all around. And the bathroom needed hand soap and toilet paper. The people behind the counter were nice, but It was a turn off to see them eating at the registar between customers. I would recommend to eat somewhere in the back or during breaktime.

This location as closer their dining room early the past 3 times I have go there. The drive thru service was denied every time.

Judy it is not dumb and this Burger King is one of the better ones, second only to one on Belmond and Milwaukee. It is close and convenient. When I get the Wooper craving this it the place to go.
