No Wifi. !!!! And you can still ask to have your burger "your way" but they'll charge you for certain toppings (tomatoes, cheese, onions, pickles).
Service a little slow.
Need more quality control on soda mixtures. Sometimes it's heavy on the syrup or there's no syrup at all.
Not a whole lot of choices on the Dollar Menu. Guess that's why it's called a Value menu so they can charge more than a dollar.
And their popular chicken sandwich has been out-of-stock or sold-out for what seems like a month now. -

Don't come here, A year ago went here for lunch unfortunally they not only screwed up my order, They were very rude and threw my food in the bag. The service was bad if not worse. Never coming here again, The cashier had an attitude problem and looked like she hated her job.
So don't go here, the workers are really terrible, Another time they screwed up my brother's order on a chicken burger -

They take no care with putting together the food. It is sloppily smashed together. Nothing is put together nicely. Had this place used care i would return to eat here but this place is the worst in town. STAY AWAY!

It's a very hot day... we didn't want to cook. When I got there, there was 1 person in front of me. The counterperson A had a problem doing the order. So the manager came over to help. In the meanwhile, counterperson B asked if she could take my order. I told her my order, and then she said, "sorry, he (counterperson A) is at the register..." and I had to step back. In the meanwhile, 2 more people showed up behind me. la la la la la... finally I got to give me order... to the manager. Can I have the cup to get my soda? She tells counterperson A to give me a cup. la la la la la... the manager asks me if I got my order... no. Now there are 10 people in line. la la la la la... The person behind me got her order... and was missing her ranch dressing. Counterperson A comes over and hands me my order. I double checked the bag because I've been burned before. Lo and behold.. I'm missing the onion rings. The second person behind me is asking for some packages of ketchup. Long line going out the door now. I manage to get counterperson A back. I told him I'm missing my rings. He shook his head.... and I handed him my receipt. He helped someone else. I'm still standing there... la la la la... finally I get my rings.
Is there something wrong with this picture?? I used to like BK. If the manager... who is cashiering can't manage the employees, there is something wrong. There is only 1 drive thru cash register and 1 counter register.... Counterperson A and Counterperson B were running around doing the bagging - not very well I might add. And people from the cooking area are having a hard time managing their orders. I don't think will be coming back.
I'm tired to incompetence. -

Made my order using the drive-thru and I could already tell it was going to be a disaster. The two cars in front of me were yelling and arguing at each other because apparently they were waiting for over 10 minutes to get their food. When it was my turn to pay and get my food, I received my food promptly. Something told me that I should have parked on the side of the road to check my bag but it was getting late and I wanted to go home. They forgot 2 big items! I was so pissed because now someone has to go back and get the missing food. What a waste of time and money. I rather try another location next time.

this is one of the better places for my whopper around. sure it's a burger king but you gotta love the whopper. this is also the place i got all of my empire strikes back and return of the jedi glasses growing up. i sure wish they had sweet collectibles like they did back in the day.
