Cheap food fast - never have they screwed up an order at the drive thru. Never been inside, can't speak to all that. But when Whopper's or Cheeseburgers are on sale here, I can't say no!

I wish yelp had the option of selecting no stars because that is what this place deserves. My husband ordered from the drive thru from Donita M. where she completely messed up with his order. When he brought it to her attention, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and walked away. She came back with his correct order and then she proceeded to snap her fingers at him and yelled 'Come on!" for payment. She took the money and then shortened him $.75. She then tossed him his food and slammed the window shut and continued texting. Never coming here again and making sure to inform the corporate offices of this ghetto ass behavior.

I went in today and had decent service, though I suppose it was because the manager took my order.
The last time I was in here, a few months ago, my friend and I came in and I was going to spot him since he didn't have any cash. So he was in the middle of ordering - I ordered first - and I realized I forgot to tell the cashier to hold the mayonnaise on my Whopper. So I told her just that, in a normal, "oops, I forgot" manner. This woman, I don't know her name but she has to weigh about 300 pounds - told me that "she can't do that because The order has already been finalized." Um, no it hadn't been, because my friend was still ordering and neither one of us had paid for anything yet. And mind you, we were the only two customers in the building. Then she was snippy with me and my friend. He finished ordering, and when I went to pay, I asked if she was going to tell the cook to hold the mayo, since I could see her standing around. She sighed and griped and moaned and basically made it out to be like I just forced her to kill her grandmother before begrudgingly agreeing that I could " have it my way."
As I said, I went in for lunch today and "the manager" did fine by me. And the big lady was there. But the "manager" seemed to be rude to the customers ahead of me as she called out the orders to go. For no apparent reason. I mean, really? This place is fucking dead all the time and you all are going to treat your customers like that? I'll go to the other 2 Berwyn locations - or McDonald's - before I come back here. Or better yet, I'll go spend $6.50 for a burger combo at a local place.
