Review from Mason H.
Queens, NY
Great! I had a lot of fun hiking up (with great difficulty) this gigantic hill off of 9G in Rhinebeck, NY. I would love to bring my mountain bike to Burger Hill park, walk it up to the top of the mountain, and ride down to the bottom; but unfortunately, biking is not permitted here! If you're planning on hiking up Burger Hill, don't do it when it's raining, I learned that the hard way! Also, don't forget to sign the Guestbook, its behind that giant board that welcomes you to Burger Hill.

Review from Emily D.

Burger Hill is around 2 miles south from the 9/9G intersection in Rhinebeck. It's a bit of a breathless half mile trail up a 550 ft hill, but stone benches at the top have carved names & mountain-shaped squiggles to correspond with the view of the Catskills.
It's a beautiful 360 view, and a really easy place to get to. I frequently see people with dogs, children, and apparently it is a great place to sled in the winter. I've brought my stunt kite, and had a great time flying it halfway up the hill (wind was too strong at the top). There is ample free parking. Head on over!
