Pretty good burgers.  A bit overpriced but you do get very large portions for the price.  I've been here twice, and have only indulged in the burgers -- so i can't comment on any of the other food.  The other people I went with seemed to enjoy themselves.

Service is pleasant and fast.  Makes for a good lunch hour.  I think I may go for the sloppy joe next time.  I saw someone else really digging into one the other day.

Overall, it's just a diner with a braggy name and pretty good burgers.

i dont understand burger heaven. its so so expensive, its just a normal diner but chain around the city and the food is average. i cant believe they have done so well with the burgers they serve, so many better options in new york and the prices are seriously outrageous. if you get fries, burger, milkshake its over $20. it just doesnt make any sense, and people keep paying it. for your money i think there are much better options.

Delicious burgers, chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings. Pricey, but large portions.  Very attentive waitress.

    Burger Heaven? Wait a second..
If I'm in Burger heaven then Farrah Fawcett is on my arm and I'm hangin' with Frank and Dean talking about how Ronald Reagan was a real party animal.

Nope, Not here. I walk in and see a looong yellow counter with sweet Grandma asking me if I want fries with my cheeseburger.

It seems like a nice place for a Milk Shake and a nice hamburger. They grind their meat, everything seems spot on. So why the three stars?

Well if you must know my yelpin' friend, I've been working on a NYC burger list for a few years.

I ate the burger today and it wasn't celestial, it was just ok. After one bite, I wasn't seeing St. Peter and John Belushi. I was seeing cute grandma so Its safe to assume I wasn't in Heaven or Hell but here in Good Ol' Earth.

    Your call..

This name has some big shoes to fill. I have to be fair and add that of all the times I have been here the burger doesn't stand out however the fish fillet sandwich is always on point. It is a yummy white flaky fish that is not fishy, substantial and breaded just right. A quality fish fillet is hard to find, I cannot say it is number one but it does not disappoint. Their sandwich is served with sweet cole slaw, sometimes a pickle, lettuce, tomatoes and a side of tartar sauce. I frequent the counter to get fresh food and friendly diner like customer service. They recently updated their stool chairs which give it a more modern look. Burger Heaven is a cool spot and is not ridiculously priced and the service is always pretty good. And grab a mint on your way out the door. Toodles....

I love this Burger Heaven.  Food is great.
This location is just downstairs from my office so when I have to work thru lunch at least I can enjoy delicious food.

Mom makes them sooo good.... the Sloppy Joe! I've indulged in sloppies here and there but none tasted just like mom used to make when I was a kid! I sat at the counter and the server gave me just the right amount of attention/service! I hope that the others are just the same.

Burger Heaven is just an average American style restaurant.  The establishment serves all things that you would expect to find at a diner.  The food may be lacking anything that makes it stand out, but they slightly make up for that with convenience and quick and attentive service.

Burger Heaven is convenient because the place is a chain and you can find several of these restaurants throughout city.  We went to this particular location after spending the morning in Times Square visiting the King Tut exhibit.  I went there with one other friend around 12:30pm and were seated immediately.  The waiter was very quick to get our drink order and he was right there when we were ready to order our entrees.  I always tend to drink a lot of water and the waiter did a good job of checking on me and making sure my glass was never empty.  I really appreciated this.

We ordered the Patty Melt Burger and the Tune Melt Sandwich.  The food came out very quickly and was a decent portion for the price.  Though there was nothing to complain about the food, it was also nothing special that would make me want to return and have it again.  Since the place is called Burger Heaven, I heard that the burgers and sandwiches were the best things on the menu and that you should stay away from the hot dishes, soups and salads.  I have no idea if this is true and I may never find out as I usually prefer burgers over the other items.

If you are ever stuck with the question, "What is there to eat around here?"  Burger Heaven is one of those places to keep in the back of your mind.

I went to lunch here today with a couple of coworkers.  I ordered the Classic American Cheeseburger with no lettuce and no tomato, french fries and a water.  They gave me lettuce and tomato on the side anyways.  They also gave me a side of cole slaw.  I'm really glad that none of the cole slaw got on my burger.  $11.85 + tax and tip.

Burger Heaven, or Dog Meat Heaven as my co-worker would say, is not a bad spot for a casual midtown lunch.  The burgers here are no where as good as the ones at the Burger Joint, or even the ones at PJ Clarkes ... but then again this place is convenient and there are quite a few locations scattered throughout the city.

I've had the veggie burgers, the turkey burgers and the regular bugers ... and all are consistently okay.

Oh also, this place definitely does have a diner feel to it!

We got lunch (delivery) from Burger Heaven the other day and it was pretty abysmal.

All the toppings we had asked for were on the side in little containers or packets, yet the fries had been placed with the burgers in the tins, steaming them and making them soggy and gross.  The lettuce had also been left on the burger (why separate the rest if you leave this stuff together?) leaving it wilted and gross despite the lightning fast delivery (seriously, it was delivered so quick it seemed clear all the orders are just pre-made and sent out the door).

The burgers themselves seemed to lack any flavor or seasoning, but that was made up for by the fixins.

Their "famous red relish" looked like pimentos and sweet relish smothered in corn syrup, the texture was gelatinous and pretty unappetizing.  That "famous relish" mixed with the cooked onions made for one of the sweetest tasting burgers I've ever had, which was a little off putting.

It was filling, sure, but the feeling you were left with post-burger was one of having just eaten something you definitely should have stopped eating halfway through.  Not because you want to save it, but because you're better off just tossing it.

Probably would make good late night drunk food, but no way I'd recommend this place for a normal meal.

The price was another sore spot, our lunch, consisting of one hamburger and one cheeseburger, both "deluxe" (fries/a small condiment cup of gross cole slaw/lettuce/tomato) cost us $25.52-- BEFORE tip.

We agreed after the meal to remove the menu from our menu book.

I think I'd normally give a place like this 2 stars because I -did- eat the whole meal, but the feeling I was left with, along with my stomach the next day and the price I paid for the honor leaves me no choice.  1 star.

If you want a quick, filling lunch burger, there's probably a Burger Heaven near your office that can do the trick.  I've mostly gone to this one, although there's at least one more in easy walking distance. Unless you go during peak lunch hours, you should be able to get a seat and service relatively quickly.

I personally would never order anything but a burger from a place called "Burger Heaven."  A friend I meet here periodically has ordered the same salads and omelets a few times, so they must at least be passable.  As for the burgers, their approach is clearly to go for quantity and speed.  They must have a big grill in back with a bunch of patties ready to go, because the burgers always come out pretty promptly.  Come to think of it, I don't think I usually get asked to specify Rare/Medium/Well-Done...  That said, I'm not expecting Kobe beef here.  With a solid selection of basic cheeses and some tasty onions on the house (lettuce, tomato, fries etc. are extra), it's good enough to keep going back.

I also ordered delivery from a BH nearer my apartment for dinner once, and would not recommend it.  The burgers are decent enough to wolf down when hot and fresh, but even a short delivery leaves you with a pretty tepid, unappetizing meal.

It truly is burger heaven.  Lightning speed delivery.  If you want your burger bloody or almost dead, you got it.  Excellent potato salad.  I know that their fried chicken is frozen but I love them anyway.  I will have their hot open turkey sandwich before and after Thanksgiving.  Nuff said.  A bit pricey, though.  Just sayin'...  It IS a burger joint.

Had breakfast here with a professional contact.  This location received a Sanitation Grade of 'B' from the Dept. of Health, which was a bit concerning, but since my contact suggested the place I wasn't going to complain.  Food came out fast, but the waitress never came back to refill water or coffee.  The feta and tomato omelet tasted good until the bite that was crunchy...  Yes, there was egg shell in my omelet.  In addition to making me gag, that pretty much ended breakfast for me.  At least I had a tiny bit of water left in my glass to gulp down.  Eat here at your own risk.

Your average no frills NYC diner - with scary fast service. This BH is my company's go to place if you are in need of a burger, tuna sandwich or salad on the fly. The delivery guys are fast and friendly, and Sonya is always available to take your order with a smile. :-)

This is  the WORST RESTAURANT ever.  The waiter forced us to pay a 30% tip- it was crazy.  The food was the worst.  I can't believe this place is still open!

If this is the Burger Heaven then why do I feel like eating here is some sort of punishment? The burgers are wayyy overpriced and dripping with grease. The interior is kind of dismal, and I'm always stuck waiting far too long at the to-go counter, standing awkwardly, while they prepare my order. Overall, just a gross diner masquerading as a burger joint. Next.

I've given their burgers a few tries and even though they're pretty big, the taste doesn't satisfy.  It's usually over cooked and dry.  I've also had the fish and chips and they were meh.  This place is like a diner with small booths and tables.  It does not own up to the name.

lol Burger Heaven is an over priced diner. It is cute inside and clean but seriously i bought a burger deluxe with a milkshake and it came out $16.00! That's ridiculous. I guess if your in the city and you want a diner style place to eat this is a good place but don't expect it to be usual diner prices. Other then that the food is good (not great) but OK and i like how it looks inside.

This is a solid place for lunch. The menu is pretty standard "American" faire for a very reasonable price (by Manhattan standards). My burger was just fine (not outstanding, but decent), but my wife's was a little dry. My kids actually split the Macaroni and Cheese, which was quite tasty. Plus, the Mac-and-cheese came with two sides, making it more than enough food for two people.

Horrible.  Buffalo chicken sandwich.  Easy order.  Not complicated.  Slap some buffalo sauce and blue cheese on the chicken and drop it on a bun.  FAIL!

Apparently Burger Heaven believes that buffalo is a mayonnaise based sauce and the sandwich needs a ton of it.  Disgusting.

But hey, at least the onion rings were soggy and cold.
