FAN of Ryan! He was amazing to me. Always has been. Very patient and willing to make me happy. He went out of his way to order a pair of wedges for me. He even sent me a greeting card after my shoes arrived!

As for the store it's rather dishevled and the manager or asst manager looks cracked out. She has a bad attitude.

Not too much selection, but OK for the Burberry craving/Compulsive shopper.

I've always been intimidated to shop at Burberry. Even if this is a factory store.  Like other big designer brands, it means you need big bucks to shop.  Either you can afford it or you're living the Carrie Bradshaw lifestyle and running up debt to get it.

I came in with my fam just to randomly look around.  We were greeted as soon as we got to the door.  I made my way towards the back of the store and I noticed a few kid items on sale in the back and one of the workers (Ryan) offered to bring more out because they keep them in the back.  Cool!  We ended up getting a toddler shirt-expensive, but besides the fact that it was very cute, I felt like I needed to since the guy that helped us was so very generous and helpful the entire time.  Hell yes you better believe I got a big size so my kid will be wearing it for a few years.

Maybe I'll return to get one of their sought after scarves.

Btw, ask for Daniel O. or Ryan-- they are so helpful!!!

I come to this burberry outlet too many times to count. I usually just drop by to see what they have, but their selection is usually the same. I would expect more because its a factory store, so older selection from the Burberry Store get moved to factory store after the season ends, but it don't seem like it...
If you're looking for outerwear, they usually have many, but its similar items to the season before. If you're looking for a purse, good luck!! They don't have many selection and sometimes it look messed up or even smashed into during shipment. Who knows... I would rather go to the burberry store and buy a purse and stop wasting my time coming back to the outlet mall.

Reminds me of shopping at Walmart in Honolulu.

I have never been able to bring myself to actually buy anything from this store. The prices are not much off of the actual Burberry store so I would prefer to pay the extra money and not get any irregularities or a factory second.

This store is always incredibly disheveled. Which is another reason why I have yet to buy anything here. I am always hopeful to find something to buy with no such luck.

Some of the people that shop here are so rude and they do not seem to know how to say excuse me, etc. They just barrel into you to get by.

The items in the store are all over the place.  However, the reason I would go again is that there was one lady that was super helpful.  Sometimes the service is enough to make you go back even though everything else is so-so.

So, I'm just randomly looking at their huge pile of Burberry bags for $199 each and wondering why they were so cheap.

Burberry worker:  These are second quality bags
    Me:  Mhmmm...yes
BW:  Do you know what that means?
    Me:  Of course not.
BW:  Means, there's something wrong with them.
    Me:  OHMY!

If he hadn't told me, I would've snatched one up.

The workers here were pretty friendly. I found this scarf/glove set for $99. I thought it was a good deal.

I almost bought this itty-bitty purse for around $175 (original price was around $325). Good thing I didn't cause that thing was TINY! It was really cute though. It would have been the perfect "going out" purse for me.

They also had clothes, shoes, wallets, sunglasses, men's clothing, perfume, underwear, umbrellas....They had a lot of stuff to choose from! I'm so proud of myself for only spending $100 at this store. I could have done A LOT more damage on my credit card. Good thing I didn't. =)

My GF loves quality purses and wallets, so I came into the Burberry Outlet Store in Vacaville, CA looking for some deals and some quality customer service. I mean, what else should I expect when I drop $200 on a freakin' wallet?! NOT THE CASE! I was disappointed with the whole experience! I felt like I was getting snubbed like I was shopping at Neiman Marcus! Come on, I've worked retail before and I would never look down on any customer I'm trying to make commission off of (allegedly). I've got money to spend and I don't need your attitude!!!

I shopped well before the Xmas crowds entered but this place was a mess! They sell EXPENSIVE/OVERPRICED t-shirts, suits, ties, raincoats, scarves, umbrellas, sweaters, and wallets. Did I mention that the "Burberry" plaid design thingy annoys me too!? I tried to stay focused on the wallet, but while comparing the wallets in the locked case, I had an employee and store manager hovering over me like I was going to steal it. After finally buying the damn wallet, I calmly asked for a gift box and I got a "I DON'T HAVE A BOX". Geez, $200 bucks and no box?! WTF! I hope my GF LOVES that wallet, because I will never shop here again!

Yea: Found the sought after wallet
Boo: Customer service really needs improvement.

Sparse collection of Burberry clothing and accessories. Most of it is stuff normal people wont wear. I mean that when I say it. There is usually specialty clothing on sale here like golf wear or riding, polo outfits. Sometimes in the winter they have a good collection of coats and purses but it's rare.

What a great store. Nice people, lots of asians going nuts with the deals and me wishing I had more than $20 to spend. The store has been redid since my last visit, the Presidents Day sale. The prices have gone down too. Thanks recession!!
I found a few pairs of nice slacks for $59, down from $165. The polos, including very nice pastel colors, were down to $59 and the golf line is down as well.
The dress shirts are still up there in price, but the rest of the store has gone down.
It's worth a stop in and the clothes are great and last a while!

To those who have written some of the reviews above: if you think paying hundreds of dollars for a garment is ludicrous, then YOU'RE PROBABLY IN THE WRONG STORE.  Hello, it's a designer label, people!  Yes, it's expensive, but at least it's cheaper than retail.

I was here in August 08 and thought the selection was actually pretty good . I got a camel nova check cashmere scarf, a classic tan trench coat, and a quilted snap-front jacket with zip-out wool liner, each at 30-40% off.

They also had a pretty good selection of bags, accessories (e.g. umbrellas), and ready-to-wear.

The service was very good.  I was helped several times with sizes, style questions, etc.  No complaints.  I'll be back for sure!

in a word- this is not a place to find high end stuff.  the handbags look like they were crammed together in a dumpster then hung up on the wall- if you want a new burberry polo then it's fine, and you MIGHT find a good deal on a pea coat/winter coat, but for the most part, it's stuff that's made it to the outlet for a reason- and is still overpriced.

I hate to pay full price for anything so I was excited to find this premium outlet so close by.  I was impressed by their selection.  They had a decent bag selection, and it was pretty well organized.

However, their service was subpar.  I don't like to hate, but one of the cashiers/salesperson was so slimy.  I felt dirty even completing a sale with him.  Thank God he didn't follow me around the store otherwise I would have wanted to leave as soon as possible.  The other salesperson that was actually helping me was super friendly though.  I was disappointed though when he told me that he might have a bigger selection in the stockroom and came back to tell me that the only sizes of the items I was looking for were out.  He also suggested if I wanted to I could buy the item online and I went home just to check and the item that I purchased was not available in the size I was looking for and it was more expensive online.  So basically he was friendly, but not very knowledgeable.  I appreciate the gesture to help, but please know what you are talking about!

So good thing I had my deal-dar on, and I purchased the item in the store!  The fact that I made the purchase made my not so great experience worth it!

    # times Here: too many to remember

The store is a decent size and on a corner lot. I wish they had more selection, yet it is a factory store so you can't expect much. I just hope it doesn't get to the point of coach where I see tinny boopers wearing this brand name. I don't want to feel like a youngin'. Regardless, the prices are fair and they do have some nice things.

Workers: They are very helpful. I had a hard time in selecting the purse that I wanted and they told me what was up and what looked best on me. Most of the time the great me when I walk in, yet of course when your 21 looking like a 12 yr old it is hard to get the respect for your actual age...

Hand bags (quantity 3): got them for great deals!! absolutely love them to death!!!

Ear Muffs (quantity 2): Love them!! they keep my ears warm during the cold winters in DAVIS!

Scarf (quantity 1): soft like rabbets fur (I hope it is not)

Great prices at the factory store. I really enjoy coming here to shop. I purchased a Men's Polo shirt for $59.00 MSRP at $95.00, sling back purse for $150.00 MSRP for $350.00. The reason for the discounted price was it is condition a "Second Quality".  The purse was a little dirty and the sales person cleaned it off with leather care and it was brand new.

They sell items from casual/dressy tops, dress slacks/shirts jackets, scarves, dresses, shoes, umbrellas, purses, other accessories.

The sales people are very friendly and helpful.  They would go in the back to look for additional sizes or styles of items your requesting.

It's worth a look if your in the area.

I have bought some gorgeous items here that held up amazingly well under heavy use, a snakeskin hobo which is low key with no obvious logo, some beautiful and warm gloves/scarves an even a pair of boots, all at very good prices.

The items I chose were totally classic, not trendy so it doesn't matter if they are "last season". I shop more for what I like an perceive as quality/value rather than shopping a trend. The prices were way lower than retail. The store does get messy, but it's and outlet, DUH.  I haven't been in a while, but it was one of my favorite stores at that center. The staff was always helpful and there was usually a decent selection.

Went their today needing a new purse, didnt find anything in my price range except for like one, is it so hard to find a purse in an outlet for under 400-350.? but anyways they did have an amazing selection of purses i wish i could afford. They also had a ton of accessories and clothes. They also had a ton of jackets and i mean a ton. I was surprised at how nice the staff was, i was expecting that they were going to be snobby because they worked at a Burberry (I can across that at the Juicy Couture outlet) If you are in the market to spend 700-500 for a bag or have money to put towards clothing come here to get premium items, the staff is helpful and from what i overheard them talking to other customers trying on clothes, they know what they are talking to.

I was here to buy a pair of $19 boxers for my boyfriend just for kicks. Really, Burberry boxers.

Service could definitely be better. I was already at the counter when the cashier who was supposed to be helping me checkout became distracted by a woman who wanted to inspect an alligator bag that was behind the counter. I had to wait for my friend to check out with the other cashier. My only consolation is the second cashier walked around the counter to hand me my Burberry purchase.

I admit, I do have some of their stuff, but you can find better prices at Off 5th in the Great Mall in Milpitas.  But if this store was my first encounter, I would not be a fan.  I was in there within two hours of when they opened and the store was trashed, and the staff was nowhere to be found.  The did have decent selection of ties and raincoats.  But for the love of god, please stop making those pink plaid handbags.  They look like a bad pepto experiment.

There's nothing I love more than a bargain, so I was beyond thrilled when I walked into the Burberry outlet and saw all of the items that they had on sale.  It took everything I had in me to remind myself that I was there to buy Christmas gifts for others and not for myself.  They carry a decent selection of clothes, accessories, and of course handbags.  There was a duffel bag that I was so tempted to buy for short weekend getaways, I didn't even dare look at the price because I knew if it was discounted heavily enough I'd scoop it up and bring that baby home Christmas list be damned!  The $99 boxed scarf and glove sets are a steal and are going to make someone on my Christmas list very happy this year.  Once the holiday season is over I will definitely return to pick up a few goodies just for me.

The store is a bit of a jumble but considering the store space and the amount of people walking in and out all the time, there's only so much that the Burberry staff can do! I personally had a wonderful shopping experience this past weekend and the staff was nothing but a huge help as I hunted for the perfect Hobo to fit my shopping needs :)

The discounts can see a bit more on their scarves and some shoes and jackets. Don't expect being able to walk into the Factory store and finding a bag for $100.. pssh.. if so, then call me and let me know!

I had trouble finding the right bag to match my Burberry boots and this pleasant sales associate came in to help me find something in the back that would be a perfect fit. She found it in a flash and it was exactly what I wanted.

The Vacaville outlets are busy on weekends so if you can't deal with crowds try popping in on a weekday. I love this store!

All the merchandise here is ugly and big . All the coats are humongous and everything else just look cheap or tacky . It is true that this is an outlet store but the prices are still ridiculous . I rather go to an actual Burberry store and buy something there instead . It's a little more expensive but their merchandise looks SO MUCH BETTER !! I don't even know why are all over this store ... I feel like they are just buying stuff from here because it has a Burberry brand name attached to it . There are many other brands that have merchandise that is cheaper and look a lot nicer than the merchandise they have here .

I thought that since this was an outlet store everything was going to be significantly cheaper, but nope its not. They do have a wide selection of coats, shirts, skirts, scarves, pants, umbrella, and even cool stuff for your pets like a dog bed, carrier bag, and cute polo t shirts for the pooch. Although they sell pet items, the weird security dude wouldn't let me in with my dog. On the other hand, the Coach outlet let me in with my dog on a leash and was very friendly about it. Anyway, prices are still high, but at least you can get Burberry for discount. The carry mens line also.

I don't have anything new to say about the service - it is what you expect it to be from a hoity-toity  store.  And I can't confirm or deny that how you get treated depends on how you are dressed.  My personal experience is that my treatment from this  store has improved tremendously  Otherwise, I don't notice the sales people at all - who can - me personally, I'm on sensory overload with all the pretty things.  I'm like a kid in a candy shop!

Good deals if you find the right stuff.  There is a variety of things at this outlet including belts, clothing, umbrellas, shoes, purses, wallets, baby gift sets, coats, and occasionally perfume.  Since it is an outlet, their customer service cannot be compared to the actual store in SF.
What I really hate are the looks from the sales staff when you enter the store; it almost feels like they are looking at you with xray vision trying to see if you are wearing anything designer or anything worth their time.
I have been able to get a very nice leather bag here for about 1/2 the cost at the retail store and I found out it was only due to a scratched buckle that was only visible on the inside.  I had been eyeing that bag from the retail store and was pleasantly surprised to find it at the outlet in just 2 months.  The guy who helped me with that purchase made me feel at ease and did not hover around me the entire time; he knew exactly when to step in and when to step away.
I come here for presents sometimes but other than that I try to avoid this store because it has been known to wreak havoc on your credit cards.

The outlets here don't have much to offer. but if I do stop, this is the reason why.

Don't expect customer service, this is an outlet. What you see is what you get. So therefore, don't expect an abundance of sizes.

The prices are decent, sometimes you can get a better deal at the actual store though but it's on a select few things, here at least it's the whole store.

This place is a MESS. All the bags are mixed together and people are scrambling to find a decent one. Every bag I saw was wayy over priced $400-$1400 and they were thrown around by everyone. I didn't find anything decent. Though they have a huge selection of clothes. I ended up getting a black polo for $59. When I got to the cash register, the lady asked who helped me and I paused and said.."NOBODY." The service is horrible, they didn't bother asking me if I needed help at all. Also, it really seemed like the people there are a bit paranoid that people will steal though at the time I went they did catch someone shoplifting so I see that they have their reasons.

However, the outlet had wide selection of coats, shirts, polos, scarves but thats about it. plus, i thought walking into the store was slightly uncomfortable. no customer service plus they turned off the music even though it was 20 minutes before closing. I always shopped there, because they get stuff that is "old" and not the current stuff from the retail stores that everyone has. I will never shop there again, after an employ lied to my face, and bases customer service differently for each customer.

This outlet store is great!  The service is top notch, courteous and very helpful.  At times, it is difficult to distinguish the level of service here from the boutique in San Francisco.  I have never encountered the "snooty" attitude of the employees that is described in a few other reviews.  The store can be challenging on weekends, when it is very crowded and can become messy.  The dressing rooms are sometimes closed or often full.  Also, surprisingly, the prices in the outlet store are not always better than the lowest clearance end-of-season prices at the regular store.   For example, I bought a purse at the clearance sale at the San Francisco boutique, and that same purse is still offered for a higher price at the outlet store.  In any case, it is worth a visit.
