I found the service to be very good, the bread & oil very tasty, and the buona bread worth twice the price.
The portions are large and, like previous reviews stated, the lasagna is very impressive and the Chicken Parmesan is best for two people.
The 10" pizzas are perfect for one person and the ingredients in all dishes including salads tasted very fresh. Also, the marinara sauce was the best I ever had.
If you enjoy Italian food, you'll love this place! -

I'm really quite surprised that Buonavita only has 5 reviews so far, because when we went the restaurant was packed! the city of enfield is rather small, so with a full house on weeknight, i'm guessing that this is a local favorite!
We tried 3 appetizers and an entree for three people and we had more than enough leftovers to bring back home.
appetizers
*mango fried shrimp: very flavorful and crispy
*soft shell crab BLT: i'm not sure how people would actually share this since it's basically a soft shelled crab on top of a sandwich, but it was absolutely delicious. highly recommended if you want a light snack, but don't want to share :)
*mozerella sticks: standard
entree
large clam casino pizza: wow, this pizza was heavenly! topped with clams, garlic, and bacon. i guess you really can't go wrong with these ingredients, but they definitely did a great job in preparing it!

It's funny. Originally I would've passed by this restaurant every day and not known it was there, had the owner not put coupons in the newspaper (yes... I'm one of THOSE people).
The deal got me in there. The food is what kept me as a customer.
My go to meal for any Italian restaurant is the Chicken Francoise. It is extremely well prepared, very tender, and the sauce/artichoke topping is flawless! -

Just went here for a friend's birthday, very good food. I highly recommend the buona bread for an app, very yummy. Huge portions, reasonably priced. Maybe avoid if you're on a diet!

Excellent local, casual italian restaurant. Food is great, service is always good. The portions are huge. Price is very reasonable. The chicken parm is enough for 2 meals. My husband says they have the best lasagna in town. The bread sticks with olive oil are very tasty.
