Bunches is the best!!!!!! Roger and Nancy have been around for years and I am so happy they are still here. Amy and the other girls (do not know their names, sorry) are awesome designers too.
Prices are great and if you want a special order they do they're best to get it for you. I hope they are around for years to come.

I went here based on everyone's recommendations and left disappointed by the customer service. There's no doubt the flowers are fresh and beautiful, the ready-made bouquets gorgeous and calming. The flowers will make you happy.
The staff did not make me happy. Two women at the register were so busy talking on the phone they didn't stop to look up, and I had to make a "uh hum" noise and say, "hi" to get the ball rolling. When one of them rang up my flowers, she rushed through it and kept talking on the phone.
Very, very disappointing that Bunches did not live up to everyone's reviews of great service.
Bunches has been my go-to for cut flower delivery for a while now. Their flowers seem fresher and last longer. The shop is pretty also, and the people are nice.
This little alley-shop (it, itself, is like an alley connecting the OldTown shopping area with the main drag, N Santa Cruz) has great flowers, great prices, and I like the staff! Fresh, fresh, or marked down. I've never been disappointed.

I've gone the ready-made bouquets, the pre-order bouquets and the "I have $50 to spend -- please help me make something awesome" routes and have never been disappointed.

I "try" to go here every Sunday morning to select two bundles (usually $5 a bundle) to decorate the home. It's like walking into my own garden and someone has already picked my favorite flowers for me.
Last Sunday, I purchased 2 bunches of beautiful voilet mums and dahlias. So friggin pretty. The staff is so cute and friendly - I want to adopt them as well. They asked me if the flowers were a gift and I said no and they still wrapped them in nice tissue paper.
I felt like a Flower Princess here.
I can't wait for next Sunday. :D
I love buying flowers and I've never found a flower shop that has fresher flowers. And their prices are unbelievable - you wouldn't think a flower shop in downtown Los Gatos could have such great prices, but they do. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and helpful and their arrangements are stunning.
I'm extremely partial to Bunches because when I first started dating my wife, they made me a beautiful bouquet out of some flowers that I picked out myself. She loved the flowers, so I consider Bunches instrumental in helping "my cause."
Their original, unique arrangements are the main reason I went there and their creations don't look like they came out of the FTD catalog.

Bunches makes me happy! The locally grown flowers are always fresh, in full bloom and last at least a week when I take them home. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the flowers, and the variety can't be beat. Whenever I need something to make me smile, I spoil myself with a bouquet of something gorgeous from Bunches!
This place is awesome. Not only do they have a great selection, but the staff is extremely helpful and very, very friendly. Their prices are also very reasonable as well. My company also uses them and they have come up with some creative ideas to help us. Always professional and courteous!
Bottom line, they are everything you would want when it comes to a floral boutique!
I'm planning my wedding, going a little crazy and on Saturday I just happened to spot Bunches Florist while driving in Los Gatos. What an amazing florist. Between their protfolio, their flowers on display and the wonderful sales assistant who gave me so much of her time and expertise, I will be telling all my friends to use Bunches!
I love the flowers here. So fresh and like Jamie C. says, very unusual looking. My friend bought me a daisy that was around 8 inches in diameter. It was huge and I loved it.
The arrangements are gorgeous and even the bouquets are just fantastic looking. You just want to buy the whole store out for the heck of it. I make an effort to keep away from here for fear of dropping my whole wallet on cut flowers.
Every Valentine's Day, every birthday and when he's been naughty, my boyfriend buys arrangements from Bunches. Each and every one of the arrangements is amazing and perfect! They send flowers to your work place even if it's difficult to find. Beautiful arrangements, on time and to the right place- Just perfect.

I'm trying to work but I simply can't. The sight of my sunflowers is all too stunning. A perfect addition to my day! I absolutely love Bunches. Their flowers are truly stunning, no safeway roses here, all unique and perfectly crafted into magnificent boquets...
Birthdays, Holidays, Special Occasions even weddings i presume they do it all to a perfect T. Even after a shopping downtown i just cant pass the store without coming home with something. From basic a-typical flowers to extraordinaire and exotic they cover it all. I adore them.
this is a great store to get flowers if you go earlier in the day. by about 5 p.m., everything has been so picked over that there's only ever leftover flowers in the store. however, if you go during the morning, they have a great selection.
they have a pet duck too which is super cute. makes for a cute atmosphere.
they also wrap your flowers in nice tissue paper and ribbon (which used to be free but now i think you have to pay for?). it really makes a fantastic presentation.
i'm not too fond of the customer service. i agree with other yelpers about the sales associates talking on the phone. i sometimes end up standing there for a good 5 minutes while being totally ignored/not even acknowledged. they can also get grumpy and moody (really weird for working in such a cheerful store). i dunno about you, but i would like to be greeted with a smile instead of a scowl.
overall, i would say that since i come here for the flowers and not the people, they do a pretty good job. but if you take customer service into account, the experience can sometimes be less than stellar.
im sad that the santana row location closed awhile back. i love the fresh flowers they have here.. ive been to this location once.. its a bit far but its well worth the drive.. last year i got my mom some flowers here for mother day it was a really big bouquet for under 30 bucks.. you cant beat that at all.. this year shes demanding money instead of flowers... so i guess i wont be coming here for a while.. but if i ever need fresh flowers.. ill know where to go for the best.
They have gotten lazy. The arrangements are boring in comparison to what we"ve gotten in the city or at Bunches a few years ago when they had 2 locations in Los Gatos. Now we put our own bouquets together.
I absolutely love Bunches. They are a great little shop. They have a good selection and their prices are good. They staff is very helpful and pretty knowledgeable.
OMG. If you are going to purchase flowers for someone...........do it here. Seriously. I've never seen more creative, beautiful floral displays - ever.
Bunches is the best! Always my choice for flowers in LG. The flowers are beautiful and fresh, and usually last a week or more. If you walk in, you can usually pick up a few bunches at a pretty good price. We have also ordered ahead for prom and things like that and never been disappointed in the quality.
Also, be sure to visit Pete the duck when you go!
I have to agree this place is worth the five stars. A while ago I would easily spend $50 dollars on flowers take them home and make incredible bouquets. Now I am stuck with a much smaller budget but, I allow myself to splurge occasionally I come down to the shop and grab some more flowers.
Not only is bunches conveniently close to my work, but they always have super fresh, beautiful (and sometimes even unusual looking) flowers. You can pick out flowers individually or have them make an arrangement for you. They also deliver around LG, and have occasion balloons to attach to your arrangement. Definitely my favorite flower shop!
Bunches has the best fresh cut flowers. They don't disappoint when you're making floral gifts, plus the flowers seem to last longer than the average. The staff is wonderful. They did our flowers for our wedding (huge order...more than twenty centerpieces, eight bouquets, cake decorations, and more), and they were amazing. We got so many compliments on them. I gave Amy a five-page wedding shoot from a magazine and she recreated the arrangements and colors exactly. I felt the prices were competitive, but the flowers were exceptional quality and style. We sent the arrangements home with friends and family, and I heard they lasted for weeks.
I absolutely love this place, too bad they don't have the Santana Row Location anymore because that was a lot closer to me, however Los Gatos has more flowers there than The Row store ever had, and its quite a cute lil store, when you walk in, it doesn't feel all stuffy like other flower stores that I've been to...I always see fresh beautiful flowers there and I've always had good service there also!
Most definitely the best spot for flowers in the Saratoga/LG area! Bunches always has a wide variety of really fresh, fun and exotic flowers. They are GREAT at putting together arrangements for your home, or for delivery even with a brief description over the phone, and it's also super fun just to stop by and work with them on putting a bouquet together in person. Bunches is my go to spot for gifts, home decor and I've even seen their arrangements at a wedding- and they are always on target. Although not cheap, their prices are absolutely on par with their quality and the competition. Just stop by one day and you won't be able to leave without something that puts a smile on your face!
These guys are awesome. I went in the day before my (very informal) wedding, and they didn't blink an eye when I ordered three bouquets to be picked up the next day. The bouquets were gorgeous, and lasted very nicely. Although they're out of my way, I always go there for the unusual flowers or the very special occasions.
Always a good selection of flowers to choose from.
Prices are reasonable, and... you can pick up a premade bouquet or make one up on your own. The friendly staff will wrap your items in tissue paper and tie it off with a bow. A fantastic and personnal touch to anything you purchase.
Great selection of beautiful flowers. Love their location in this quaint little alley. Watch out for their duck....he wanders around on his own sometiimes! You think you're the first to see this lost fowl but no, he's done it before, out for a stroll!
