Huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings! My coworkers and I go there often, since it's convenient to the office. The food and the beer selection is worth the marginal service; I've had a few servers there that were less than stellar, but a handful are very good and attentive- look for Charles or Steven! They're awesome!
Beware! The hotter sauces are HOT! Makes for a great dare if you need a quick $20 bucks from your friends...betting against them, that is.
Don't let them tell you that you can't split the bill, either. They always can, especially if you sit in the bar area. -

just another chain in southern maryland. wings are tiny- they have some nerve having wings in their name yet they are not that amazing. Service was good when I went- Jessi is great! but I think this is a place for watching games only - not much more- shouldnt have expected a decent dinner experience in a wing joint. food was 2 or 3 stars tops- nothing special at all- just chain food from the microwave as always.
A huge problem in Southern MD is staff- it is slim picking for a professional management team and finding talented servers is even trickier. Good luck to anyone who goes into the food biz in this town- staffing will be near impossible. -

I wasn't really that impressed. We went for a late lunch. The wings were sort of standard and the service from the kitchen was slow. Our waiter was great.

Really, Really noisy. Service is somewhat chaotic. One person takes your order, another brings your food, random managers walking around asking questions all while the TVs and music are blaring. The food was pretty darned good but, sometimes it needs to go back to be warmed up. I go there frequently because I love the steak wrap but I wish I could hear myself think.

We love this place! Granted the service could be better but the wings and beer are great and we love the trivia games. We go at least once a month and spend about 40.00 for two adults and one child.

This place is hoppin'! Always a packed crowd with a 30-45 minute wait to be seated when I've gone. I've gotten lucky on 2 visits and found a spot in the bar area. Staff is super friendly and service is fast. What's not to love?

Fat Tire and Mango Habanero wings FTW!! It's way too loud and the sound over your head may not be a TV in your viewing region.

A poor dining experience punctuated with poor service and hidden surprises. My expectations were not very high walking in and they were never met. It's a new chain sports bar in the area so it probably is clean. I figured I had shot at decent wings and bar food. Since i wasn't visiting on a Fri or Sat night, I wouldn't have to wait too long for service or food. I was wrong on all accounts.
Went with my wife on a Tuesday night. We were seated right away. (BTW we were seated in a high traffic area near the server station) We, however, waited nearly ten minutes before we were acknowledged by any wait staff. I counted at least 6 different servers that passed by our table. Finally, a manager noticed us and got our drinks. Our disinterested and seemingly annoyed server appeared shortly after the manager took our drink orders. We ordered our food. I order straight up hot buffalo wings and my wife ordered a cheeseburger. Our food was served less reasonably soon after we ordered.
The food, like the service, was not good. The wings were over cooked and chewy with little sauce. The flavor was average, but they were not very hot. My wife's cheeseburger was also over cooked. It was also dry and flavorless. She order medium and got well done. When it was served, it was not served with any condiments either on the burger or on the side. Additionally, the only condiment on our table was a bottle of ketchup. When my wife asked for mayo, the server returned with 2 mayo packets. Which she just tossed on our table.
The dining room was very loud. Not because it was packed with guests. Rather this was due to the loud top 40 music being played. To enhance our dining experience, the table adjacent to ours was never cleared of its half eaten food and trash until a few minutes before we finished our meals.
The best part of the Buffalo Wild Wings experience, food poisoning. Both my wife and I became sick not too long after we left the restaurant. Awesome! The perfect topping to poor service and bad food.
I do not recommend this restaurant and will never go back.
