Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Minus one star because their wait times are ridiculous.
That being said. This place is amazing. Their service is always attentive and their deals on Wings during the week cannot be beat.
Every time I visit this establishment it is packed, and rightfully so, they have delicious wings and very well versed bartenders. They handle large groups very well, as I am normally in a group of 15 or more. They do add gratuity for parties of groups 8 or larger. -

Service:
I've been here a total of three times and every time I've gone the service has been below average. The first time I went, I'm pretty sure our waitress was drunk. She sat on the the floor to take our order and almost needed help to get up. I wouldn't mind if she was drinking, since it is a bar atmosphere, but she took forever refilling drinks and taking orders. The second time I went was slightly better, but once again, it took forever for the waitress to take our orders. The last time I went, there was a party of 12 of us. It took an hour and a half from the time we got there to get our food. I know there was a lot of us, but the waitress looked like she hated life. I mean she gets an automatic gratuity with that many people, the least she could do is work for it.
Food:
the wings are good and inexpensive on Tuesday, wednesday, and Thursday nights which is why I keep coming back. My favorites are Mango Habenero, Spicy Garlic, and jammin jalepeno. Their fries with their salt and vinegar seasoning are amazing as well.
Atmosphere:
the place is really cold, since people usually drink when they are there, so if you're gonna be sober, bring a sweater. also, they also don't really celebrate birthdays, but they did bring my boyfriend a scoop of ice cream for his birthday, so that was nice
Overall:
Don't come here if you are starving and need to eat right away. Do come if you have a lot of time to fill and want to buy some inexpensive delicious food (on their promo nights, Thursday Wednesday Thursday) -

Rating this a 3.5, rounding it to a 4. Came with friends to celebrate the end of the semester and what's better than stuffing yourself?! If you've never been here, the atmosphere here is similar to TGI Fridays and Applebee's with TV's plastered everywhere and a big bar in the back.
The menu has a variety of appetizers, burgers, and sandwiches but the wings are the big thing here! You can customize your wings regarding being bone-in (giggity) or boneless and choose from a variety of sauces and dry rubs you want your wings to be flavored with. Prices are a bit high but reasonable considering the many ways you can customize your wings. We started off with a basket of potato wedges and we each got our own order of wings. For my order of wings, I got the 12 boneless wings covered in the Mango Habanero sauce, which is the third hottest sauce they offer and definitely not for those with sensitive tongues ($10.49).
The food was good! I find the quality of it to be a notch above chain restaurants like the ones I mentioned earlier. Things that can use improvement is service, wait time, and maybe prices. Other than that, not bad. I think I just found my new wing stop! Pun intended! -

The wings were dry last night :( Oh well. Definitely not the best location (actually I've yet to find a consistently good one), but not bad for lunch!
Service is usually really good but yesterday our waitress clearly had a problem with us. I mean she was polite enough. With her words. But she had this stank face the whole time and I caught her rolling her eyes at my friend who asked for a refill on his water. Why? Because we look younger you think we won't tip or something? Whatever.
That aside, this is definitely my go to spot for wings. Salt&Vinegar dry rub, Jamaican Jerk and Hot are the only flavors I'll get :) -
Review from Idy T.
BWW is the place I go to when I am craving for some chicken wings!
They have lunch specials for $7.99. Super great deal! You can get 12 traditional or boneless chicken wings with a side of fries, 2 sticks of celery, and ranch dressing all for that price. They also have other items such as sliders and salad for the lunch specials. But who wants to order that? You come to BWW for the wings!
They also have other deals going on, such as 55 cents for traditional wings on Tuesdays, 60 cent any wings on Wednesdays, and 65 cents boneless wings on Thursdays.
There are many TVs surrounding the restaurant, which is good for all the sports fans out there. I am personally not that big of a sports fan so I only come here to enjoy my wings.
The servers are super friendly but my drink was nearly empty and no one came to refill my drink. :( I also don't like how it takes forever for the food to be served! It is probably because they make everything fresh to order but I sometimes want to come here for a quick lunch and I can't because it takes such a long time for orders to be made.
I really love spicy food and I usually pick the sauces to go with my wings that are considered "spicy." However, I think their spicy scale for the sauces is wayyy off! I chose the Mango Habanero sauce and it was weak! All it did was sting my lips a little bit. :P -

The lunch specials are definitely where it's at when it comes to BWW (not to mention their Tues, Wed, and Thurs wings specials). It's from 11am- 2pm and they have specials starting at $7.99. I always get the 12 wings and fries combo. Also comes with two things of ranch sauce. VERY LEGIT. You can also substitute the fries for buffalo chips if you want.
I've visited this location about 4 times now and every experience is always different. Sometimes I'll get terrific service and sometimes, it's just crap. With that being said though, you go here for their wings and not fancy service so I guess it's all right. I do have to mention though that one time I came here with two buddies and they ordered soda. The waitress came out with our drinks on a tray and couldn't remember which soda was which. So what does she do? Lifts the cup right to her nose and sniffs it. Ummm.. Thanks! You can take a sip too if you want...
I also remember this location having a karaoke night. Not sure if they still do that or not because that was a while ago.
Hit up this place for their happy hour, bring good company, and catch some sports games while you're there. You'll enjoy it. And until I can find a spot with better wings, BWW will remain my go-to franchise. -

The only thing good about this place are the wings. The wait staff are horrible and rude. The atmosphere is bad. I was very unhappy with my last dining experience there. My party asked the waitress to change the channel to the game we wanted to watch but the waitress kept making excuses and didn't change the channel till later on. Plus they are being stingy on their celery sticks. Too many rude teenagers hanging out there. Not a friendly nice environment at this particular location. Not planning to return to this location any time soon.

The service is not the greatest but the wings make upp for that. They really need to get some good beers in this place. That alone would bump it up to a million star rating. Sometimes the wait can be ridiculous even when half the tables are empty. It could be managements fault not scheduling more servers.

I love BWW - I think it's a great atmosphere, food is amazing, staff is extremely friendly (for the most part)
Management always checks up on it's patrons and makes sure the food is up to par.
I feel as though sometimes the games and the wait times for people who don't care about the games is ridiculous.
I do love how it's open till 2am everyday. In Rancho Cucamonga, that's essential for business development - it's stealing away my loyalty for those late night cravings at Dennys!
Thumbs up BWW! -

I went on a sunday night and service was better. I got the same waiter and he called me boss this time but it was okay. I'm starting to like him.
Since it was sunday, it was karaoke night. Thankfully, Whitney Houston just died so I was able to hear the people of IE's rendition of her.
I wonder what kind of porn my waiter 'bates to?1 Previous Review: Show all »

45 minutes to get our food ..
Besides the wings food is below average and SALTY
restrooms were surprisingly clean -
Review from Ivan L.
Ok, I love hot wings and my first mistake was ordering a salad when I came here (I was on a budget but really I should've forked out that extra cash). The salad was expensive for what I got: lettuce and chicken and some crummy dressing.
Service was ok, I went with a large group and so food took a while to come, some of my friend's food was really late and it got kind of ridiculous.
On a side-note: halfyard ciders are the best!
I would say this place is more for sports & drinks not really food. If you're looking for wings I'd say you have better options! -

Excellent place for noisy babies lol, the wings and fries are decent. Alcoholic beverages (mix drinks) are decent, depending on what you order. Staff is friendly, place is clean, and the wait time is not too long (at least for a party of two w/toddler).

I'm giving this place three stars because of the ambiance and service. However, this bbw stopped selling Modelos on draft because it didn't sell as much. Suffice to say I am very disappointed. Ruined my whole Friday night as I was looking forward to sip on some good beer. I will stop coming to this location.

I Love eatting at BWW, but this time you look at all the employees and they look all young and really don't care what you order. This time I didn't dine in, I got my order togo. I order a blazin' Wings and Parmesan garlic. Repeated my order and they said yeah got it. Repeated back to me.They gave me Mango habaniro as the blazing wings and and the parmesan garlic and chicken feathers still attacted to the wing, thinking oh it just one wing. NOPE was two wings with feathers. SICK! Open up my blazing wings and the sticker did say blazing but u open the box, it's mango habaniro. If you go to BWW all the time like me, you can tell the differents. It wasn't even a busy night. Just a regular day but thats what they blame it on... They were busy and one sauce is simular to the other. Then why give you so many choice of flavor if you ain't gonna get the right one. GEEZZZ.. anyways never order togo.. Just dine in.. they take there time...

Review from Audrey W.
I must confess I'm spoiled. I used to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Gilbert AZ, (http://tinyurl.com/c3e...) the best I've ever been to. I would take work with me and have lunch once every week or so, just to get out of the office and indulge my wing-mania. Well, we've left AZ - on balance a good thing - but not so much in the wing department.
The people who work at this Buffalo Wild Wings are very nice. It actually has more light to work by, which is good. The problem, I'm sad to say, comes down to the food which is inconsistent.
I like wings a lot. And I eat them - a lot. I'm very specific about how I like them which, if you know me, won't surprise you at all. I like them extra crispy and, on the advice of the manager of the Gilbert AZ location, ask that they are cooked eight extra minutes. Works every time. Except at this location they are sometimes not crispy. Additionally, sometimes they have barely any sauce and sometimes they are literally drowning. By drowning I mean you pick up the wing and sauce just pours off the thing. Not only is that difficult and somewhat unpleasant to eat but it obliterates any crispiness that may have existed. Now the staff is helpful so I am constantly trying to explain how I prefer my wings. While the wait staff tries I can't begin to guess what goes on in the kitchen. They never seem to do it the same way twice.
I go there, and will continue, because I have a real thing for wings. But I sure miss their other location in Gilbert AZ. -

I was surprised at how busy this place was on a Saturday around 3:30pm. There were no big games being played, yet it was packed. I ordered wings to go and it took awhile to get them. "Happy" Guy employee was very helpful, although my order did sit there for like five minutes before I given it. Wings were delicious!!

If you live in the area you know BWW is every ones go to wings spot.
So there's not much to review..
But I will say this, the only times i come here is to drink. Its always different when i go, some nights the service will be great, and others...not so good. The people who go here is your typical group of bar goers so no surprises there. The bartenders are pretty nice and quick.
Even though i don't think their wings are as amazing as people claim they are, i will continue to come here because it is OK and can be fun. -

Anchorage, AK
The service is stellar but the food is terrible. I don't think I've ever had to send something back without ordering another item, but the flatbread was so incredibly salty and disgusting. My mouth was burning after eating one piece. I didn't dare order anything else, and after finding a nutrition sheet for BWW, I don't think I'll ever order food at any of these locations. The amount of salt is unbelievable. The coffee is gross and they offer faux creamers that are primarily made out of hydrogenated oils. I guess I can't expect a lot from a chain, where everything is manufactured and preserved to retain a predictable product. Yuck.
But -- servers nice. Good beer selection. Good atmosphere for games. If you care about your heart health, don't order anything but wings and fresh stuff like salads and veggies. -

Rancho Cucamonga, CA
NEVER AGAIN.. Came here for lunch today and it will be my last time here. The wings weren't cooked thoroughly and were very bland. I hope I don't get sick tonight!!!???? The bathrooms were dirty and there was no soap??? Sounds like they need a cleaning crew to come in before they receive serious violations.
The only reason why they get two stars instead of 1 is because my waitress was very nice and this is not her fault. -

What a set up!
So I am going to BWW to get a weekday lunch special.
Wings, wedges, and a soda for 7 bucks.
http://www.yelp.com/bi...
Its been a while since I have been there.
So first thing I notice is that they got rid of wedges it cost 50 cents more to get them - _ - ok fine.
Then the people with me wanted to play some of their games they offer.
Only two could the rest of the units were broken what?
Anyways we order and get our food.
My wings were DRY I had a little trouble eating them and didn't finish.
The garlic Parmesan sauce is a MUST here to dip in BTW.
Then at the end they charged me like 9 dollars!
They totally sneaked the drink out of their combo but left the coke logo on the menu !
I totally think it was a profit grab.
Sorry BWW I like your wedges and your garlic sauce but I have options.Listed in: Wings and things

Bad experience here, it took 1/2 hour to get seated and about 40 minutes to bring our food, I talked to the Manager and she said that "the kitchen was backed up" but I stated to her that it was even that busy, from the 6 tables that were empty. Portions of chicken wings were extremely small. Next time I am in the mood for chix wings I will go to Sams Club and buy and bake them my self, it would probly be faster too.

This place has truly become over rated. Not just this location. But it feels like every BWW has gone this route. Its either super crowded. Or the service is just so bad, you wanna walk out in the middle of your meal.
Sure they're wings are pretty good. And their beer selection is great. But it just doesn't cut it anymore. It's transformed into a rowdy sports bar. That over charges for a few dry wings. I mean seriously. Build a bigger better place if you see this trend throughout your chain stores. Best suggestion. Call ahead. And eat your wings at home. Oh and FYI. Sometimes its gets so busy, their floors get really dirty. On two occasions I saw three different fights about to break out. Stupid football fans take shit too serious sometimes. Or even basketball fans for that matter. this isn't a 21 and over bar. Theres kids and families that come here too. -

60 CENT tradtional wings on TUESDAYS. I love this deal! They also have a reasonable happy hour. This is a great spot to enjoy a beer and some wings while you watch your favorite team play on one of their many tvs/projectors.
I've tried all the flavors and have come up with my own combination for a great BWW experience: beer of your choice, MANGO HABANERO, GARLIC PARMESAN, ASIAN ZING, SALT & VINEGAR. you MUST eat in this order for full enjoyment :). mango and s&v are probably my favs, but you gotta get more than 2 flavors!Listed in: Happy Hour

delicious wings! my wife prefers the traditional while I like the boneless. I like the thai chili and honey bbq. tried the mango habanero but it was killer! tasty, but very spicy.
this place is pretty loud. we're not the party type so we don't go at night, i think it probably gets pretty crazy. seems like it'd be a good place to go watch a game. -

This is definitely my go to place when I'm craving some wings and drinks!
My favorite flavors are Mango Habanero, Asian Zing and Garlic Parmesan!
Aside from their wings whenever I come her I ALWAYS have to order the chicken nachos they are seriously without a doubt the BEST I've ever had. I dont know if its because I'm at a wing place but the chicken that they put in their nachos is soooooooo good its very moist and extremely tender I gotta have it every time I come! -

my boyfriend and i came here for lunch one time.
The service was great, our server was very nice. I was kinda indecisive about what beer i wanted and she took the time to ask me, what kinds of beers i liked and what i usually drink. ) i've never had a server do that before, so awesome.
The food is good but average for a wings place, i dont eat wings as a appetizer we got fried pickles, soo good! i got a Grilled Chicken Salad with no chicken. i also got a side of potato wedges came perfectly and my boyfriend got 12 pc wings, he really liked them i forgot what sauces he got.
over all id come back if i was in the area. -

When this place first opened we were always here for lunch. The lunch deal was fairly priced and came with wedge fries and a soda. Then after a year the lunch deal did not come with a soda and cost extra. 6 months later the wedge fries now cost 60 cents more or you can just get plain fries. Now I just went here last week and it seems like the portions have reduced in size too. Maybe because they got so much popularity with all the advertising and all they forgot the good old days. I guess you have to pay for that advertising by making these small changes over time. A good point about this place is that the boneless chicken wings are very good and it looks like they even added many more TV's to the area. The atmosphere is great here but can be hard to find a seat on a game day.

They are getting one star just because of their service. Yes its that reprehensible. Almost every time I have come here the server order the wrong items or forgets one part of the order. ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always make you feel rushed over here, it seems like the servers have no training.
Train your servers better and get organized. This includes the rude, dazed and confused hostess. -
Review from Nydia A.
This is a cool sports bar to come & watch a game. Usually a decent crowd and there is a large outdoor patio right behind the bar. The wings are a-aight. Nothing crazy. Personally, I prefer the pizza hut or domino wings. They do have a really good selection of sauces for your wings.
Tip- if your trying to eat light- go for the Asian Zing salad. MMMMM!!! -

Rialto, CA
This place was great when it first opened and i'm not sure what happened, but it has gone down-hill fast. I have tried many times to give it another chance it falls flat and i leave disappointed.
The food takes forever to come out now and its greasy and not very meaty.
The service here sucks so bad i almost wish i could just go get everything myself and save myself the time and the tip because they definitely do not deserve it. I mean we usually see the girl a whole 3 times to bring us our drinks twice, and then the check.
One time me and my boyfriend went there and were told the wait was going to be 20 minutes despite the fact that there was tons of tables open. The reason behind this nonsense was the combination of shift changes and breaks. After we realized this we left and never returned.
Sorry BWW i would just rather drive a mile up the road for way better quality and service at buffalo wing and rings!! -
