I encountered very slippery floors on the way to my table. It was a Wednesday night, which is a great night to go since they offer all you can eat wings for super cheap (around $14). We ordered drinks and they came within 5 mins! Ordered fried pickle appetizer, and the food came out REAL quick. Second round beers also came out quick. The food also came out lickety-split. The wings were great. Jalapeño were nice and smoky. Habanero had a slow heat but somewhat intense. Carribean were reminiscent of cloves. Asian zing were really good, with a sweet heat. Nevertheless, the Blazin wings could use more heat. I seriously ate several without having to get a drink of water. My claim is backed up with the huge amount of people that have beat the "challenge". BWW needs to invent a no-kidding atomic wing that only a handful can brave.
I came in with very low expectations. I expected them to slow roll the food since it was all you can eat, but our seconds, thirds, and fourths came out quickly and with no attitude. Usually, the service is lackluster at this chain. Amber provided impeccable service and she really impressed our table! Everything was brought to us quickly, she had a great professional attitude, and she provided equal attention to all her tables. She has the capacity to wait tables at the finest of restaurants. If you want a good experience, ask for her!
Usually, I rate chains at a 3 but our waitress, Amber, bumped this review to a 4. -

Came here to watch the women's world cup final and was pretty underwhelmed. The place was packed with people to watch the game and they had it on numerous screens and the sound on throughout the restaurant. However, they didn't plan to have the servers work their shift through the game - we had three different servers throughout the three hours we were there. When I asked if they could switch the highest definition TV close to our table to the game, I got a mumbled excuse for why they couldn't - which is just BS, because anyone with a remote has that power. And the tv was playing some baseball game no one cared about, a few other screens showed a repeat from the nhl playoffs (yea... it's July...). Also, the sound quality throughout the restaurant was absolutely awful - couldn't understand anything going on, just mumbles and echoes.
And the worst part of all .... totally not impressed with the wings. While they are pretty meaty, you would think they could do a good job of their namesake - buffalo wings. Sadly I got regular wings with some type of seasoning sprinkled on top. Yes, seasoning sprinkled. Not drowned in buffalo sauce. Seasoning sprinkled.
Nachos were good though.
$4 tall Blue Moons and $3 tall Bud Lights this month. -

No Coronas on Cinco de Mayo at 6pm? Fail. Better put your distributor order in earlier next time guys.
A group of us went on a Thursday for early dinner. The place wasn't busy but service was S.L.O.W. The girls don't know how to move with a purpose and unfortunately they automatically add the tip on the bill like most restaurants do for large groups. Glad there was trivia to keep us busy. Buffalo wings have too much sauce if you ask me but my friends thought it was perfect. Wings aren't good if they don't make a mess.
My friends just went for the UFC fight the week before and service wasn't good then either. Of course the place was packed that night...good marketing plan guys. Provide good service and you'd get even more customers. -

I like BW3's a lot, but this one is not one of my favorites. Slow service... even when the place is empty during lunch! I honestly expect the servers to be mindful of the customers (think about if they need refills, napkins, periodically checking on them). Otherwise, this should just be a counter service restaurant.
The wings are generally what you'd expect from a chain, but their sauces/variety are what makes me go back. I really hope they work on their customer service! -

Buffalo Wild Wings. A.K.A B-DUBs are very popular Chiken Wing Franchise.
I lived in an area with out b-dubs for a while, so it was plesant suprise when I found about the B-dubs in Montgoery.
Even my friends who are from Buffalo, NY approves BWW, for their consistancy and crispy wings.

- Boneless wings... saulty.. batter is too thick.
- Service can be slow at times..
- does not taste good when you take it home. ( THe wings gets soggy. no more to go orders for me.)
I order all my wings naked ( No Sauce ) then ask the sause on th side. -

I normally love bdubs. My experience at this bdubs was by far the worst. We called in advance to make a reservation since we had a group of 12. Reservations were not accepted. We showed up and were asked to wait while they threw some tables together for us. No biggie. There were a lot of empty tables so we didn't think the wait would be long. We headed over to high top tables in the bar area to get some drinks. The staff made a huge deal of the fact that we were ordering drinks with the intention of moving when our table was ready. What?! This is a standard practice in any restaurant that has a bar, I would expect any chain/franchise to be well-versed in handling this situation. Not the case.
After asking the manager/staff multiple times the status of our table, we were finally seated at least 20 mins later. On a side note, my tabletop wasn't even attached to the stand. Weird. and ghetto. When we finally received our food close to an hour later, orders were wrong (I ordered traditional wings and got boneless--which, IMHO aren't even worth eating!). I was pretty fed up and hungry by this point that I just shut up and ate them. My potato wedges came 10 mins later than the "wings." And they weren't even busy!!! this simple dinner ended up being a 2+hr extravaganza.
and the topper, since our group was large, we had gratuity auto added to our bills.
bottom line: horrible experience, substandard service, but good wedges (as always!) I would never return to this bdubs. -

I have ate at this place about 5 times in the 5-6 years they have been open. Recently, some friends and I went there for lunch. The restaraunt is in a high-traffic area, yet only three tables (including us) were filled during the lunch rush. Curious...
The floor hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner, EVER, apparently. The carpet is filthy. Numerous grease stains dot the carpet, along with the detritus that hasn't ever been cleaned up. Their latest cleanliness inspection from ADPH was 94 - I have no idea how. Maybe the kitchen is clean. Front of house is nasty.
Service was S-L-O-W. Every time I have ever been there, that has been the complaint. That has not changed. With only three tables, 25 minutes for our food does seem like an unreasonably long time.
The food was reasonably tasty - nothing I would send back for not being cooked right, or tasting good.
However - (you knew that was coming) - I had a long hair interspersed through the bottom of my wing basket, so I didn't find it til the end of my meal. YECH. My buddy had a couple wings at the bottom of his basket with FEATHERS STILL ON! NASTY.
I almost complained while I was there - but I don't want to be comped, and I don't want any more of their food.
I will never eat there again. -
