Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to! Waited an hour for food when the place was not busy. Cold food. Screwed up the Orders for all 3 of us.

Never get the order right, even when picking up. The girls at the pick up counter/cash register/hostess counter are awful, always on the phone spending little time ensuring you get your order or seated in a timely fashion. After that table service is nonexistent and drinks from the bar are verrrrrrrry slow to come out. Often the chicken is not evenly coated in tue sauce. You can look into the kitchen and notice all the staff on phones, playing around, and not really paying much attention to doing their jobs. I would thing management has lost control of the staff or they themselves just don't give a crap either because it is very clear their employees don't. On top of this, the crowd has gotten very undesirable to be around, very loud and boisterous. I know this is to be expected from a "sports" bar but it has gotten out of control.

I will never eat at this restaurant again. This was my first time and last time due to bad service and merely fair food and how it was served. I couldn't get the waiter's attention no matter what I did. He was totally oblivious to us once we were seated. I loved the big screen tv's and even the trivia games but the waiter kept bringing me broken trivia consoles (like 3 of them) so they stockpiled on our table. ....and that was when we could actually catch the waiter. He was more attentive to other tables around us and there were 4 of us!! He blew his tip out his ass. We pulled the manager aside to explain to him what was happening. He fixed our bill thank god! The wings were ok. The sauces were nice but the fact that I had to eat out of a tiny little paper tray no longer than the size of your hand including fingers and there were absolutely NO plates, reaaaally tanned my hide. I felt like I was eating on a picnic when I was actually sitting in a restaurant!
I realize this is a place for men to chillax during game time.....but c'mon....you're in public people!!!....let's be civilized!!...let's use plates for god's sake!......AND SILVERWARE (hell I would've even settled for a damn spork!). I guess this restaurant is prejudice against women because we like to use napkins, plates, and forks!
I might eat from here again, but ONLY and i mean ONLY if it were takeout. And even then I'd be leery. I make better wings at home actually. -

I really enjoy eating wings here. The sauces are good and the wings in general taste better than Hooters. There is ample seating and many television screens around to watch all the games going on... or SATC. I recommend!

This place is always fun for me. I have had a lot of down time while waiting for my new job to start. So, I head over to BWW for so wings and beer. The service is super fast during the lunch hour and the beer is really cold. Also, they frequently have beer specials. There are lots of tvs which are great for watching sports. However, my favorite thing to do when I'm bored and hungry is to get some cheap wings and play trivia at the back bar. Its lots of fun and there is usually someone else sitting there playing against you. I love wings, beer, and a challenge! Oh, by the way, the wings are good too. They make em the right way - not breaded, fried, then sauced.

This particular establishment left a bad taste in my mouth. We went in a group of four. The server came to our table, took my girlfriend's order and zipped off before anyone else in the table could get a word in. I had to stand up and find him to give him the rest of the drink orders for the rest of the table, as they lost their way back to us. Once our drinks arrived, which he got wrong, once again he took my girlfriends order and was about to zip off again before I stopped him in his tracks and got him to take everyone else's order.None of the trivia controls worked and we had to go through half a dozen. The food took forever to come and it wasn't worth the wait. Luckily the manager was easier to find than the server. I probably will not return here.
