We went to BW3s twice last week while we were in town and both times the service and staff were exceptional.

Ill be honest, I don't see the appeal with bww. Never have never will. This particular location has to be the worst one I've ever been drug too. They managed to make their crap food even worse while utter knobs with the service. Only place I've ever sent food back and just asked to not bother bringing something new out.

I've been to many different BWWs from Newport News to Midlothian, even locations out of state. We had a host that seemed to be seating people based on whether or not he knew them. When asked (wasn't hard to see he was seating people who came in AFTER us) he claimed people were 'stealing booths and there was nothing he could do about it.' Mgmt seemed oblivious. At other locations, we almost always have a mgr come by the table to check on us once or twice. If you happen to get a seat and a good server, it's an okay place.. no giant windows so no sunlight in your eyes like some other locations (always a problem in Williamsburg). Food is okay compared to other locations.
IMHO, I'd visit another location unless this was my only option. -

I like BWW wings... I'm not going to lie. And, I like to watch the computer poker games when I'm there for happy hour.
But, last week my husband and I went to BWW for dinner, and had a really unsavory experience. The food was ok, but the bouncer was having a loud, annoying conversation right next to us. Literally. He was standing at the railing (our table was right on the other side), leaning way over and loudly talking and joking with other members of the staff- leering, yelling at the various sports games on TV, etc. We complained to our waitress because it was really uncomfortable, but she basically told us there was nothing she would do.
At one point, the guy was holding a loud conversation WITH THE MANAGER right behind us. It was really unsettling to be eating with someone leaning right above your head... and to see the manager just standing around, breathing down customers necks and shooting the shit instead of maybe trying to make the customers feel comfortable... that just seems wrong.
I suggest you ask for a booth if you visit this location, or at least insist on a table away from the railing, so the leering bouncer doesn't become an extra guest at your table. -

Buffalo Wild Wings earns a star just for the Blazin and Wild sauces, which are so flamingly hot that you can only taste the blend of black and cayenne peppers, the jalapenos, the Mexican chiles, and the flesh of your burning tongue. It also earns a star for offering both breaded and unbreaded wings and tenders and the variety of ways its menu incorporates chicken into the dishes. It loses the remaining stars, however, for the painfully inept service, the gloppy coating of sauces on the thickly battered, overly chewy tenders, and the utter lack of inspiration in the design and atmosphere.
Get thee to a(nother) wingery.Listed in: My Hometown

I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wins in general, and I really liked this one. The plaza that it is located in is nice and has other good stores and places to eat. The first thing I noticed walking into the place is how wide open it was. Also great, is that they seem to have more oversized screens (TV's and projection) than any other BWW that I've been in, great for watching sports and the UFC pay per views (that BWW shows for free as a major sponsor). Service was fast and we had an overall great experience here.

Given this BW3s a few visits but not any more, food and service sucks. Wings are dry and the staff doesn't know the meaning of service.
