This is a sports bar, turned franchise, turned family friendly restaurant. But the concept obviously started as a sports bar.

Its crowded and noisy. I only came in to pick-up but would definately want to eat outside if we were going to stay. Less testosterone and children.

The FOOD was great. Greasy, hearty, full of flavor. Try the Hot BBQ - Spicy Garlic - parmesan garlic- and honey BBQ as well as a sampler. The onion rings were awesome and the nachos had great flavor - even though they were soggy once I got home.

I'd definately com back but be sure to avoid major sporting events, I could see it getting miserable in there.

Pretty much a solid BWW restaurant like any other places I have tried. Everything is the same as any other.

Taste: pretty good, lots of sauce
Service: Good. Kept us happy. Brought napkins when we didn't even ask and refilled our waters without us noticing! He was super friendly too.
Atmosphere: clean, nice, lots of TVs

I loooove wings and was pretty excited to try BWW before heading out to see Tommy Davidson last night with some friends.  When  my sister and I arrived at 815, we went to the bar to avoid the wait for a regular table.  There were plenty of empty tables in the area, but we sidled up to the bar.  Initially, we were kind of annoyed because the bartender was spending a lot of time on a particular group of guys who were attempting to split their check...these guys appeared to lack basic math skills.  However, he did appologize for the wait (more than once) and after the guys left, was incredibly attentive.

We ordered 24 carribean jerk wings, the chili con queso dip, wedges, 2 whisky gingers and 2 captain and 7s.  We were feeling adventurous and  had never had jerk chicken before, but I have to say that they were incredibly delish!  They had just the right amount of spiciness and a really lovely slightly sweet and tangy quality.  We ate them all like little piggies!  The dip was also very yummy and drinks incredibly well made and a little on the strong side...just like we like them:)  We were almost done with everything when the wedges finally arrived, so the bartender offered to wrap them to go and take them off of our bill...totally not his fault that that happened and we definitely appreciated his gesture.  We also got to play the trivia game with the little buzzline consoles and, as an avid trivia player and knower of all things useless knowledge related, I appreciated the opportunity to beat the pants off of everyone in the joint...especially my sister:)

Definitely will be back to try another sauce (along with our new fave).

Final note-- no disrespect, but for the people complaining that BWW is not enough of a family establishment, I would have to ask why you are taking your kids to a place that touts sports on big screen tvs (especially MMA fights), wings and booze in the first place.

    ***UPDATE***
have gone back for the Asian Zing and Carribean Jerk... very yummy and WILL (yay!  finally remembered bartender's name!!!) was still a very good and attentive host:)

This was the worst experience I've ever had a restaurant!  We came here to watch a UFC fight and have dinner a couple weekends ago.  We waited over 3 hours to be seated!  We understood that there was a fight going on and a lot of people wanted to see it, so we were more than willing to wait and camped out at the bar.  However, there were several tables near us who were finished eating and had closed out their bills but did not get up and leave because the fight wasn't over.  This is a terrible policy for Buffalo Wild Wings!  If people want to stay and watch after closing out their tab then they should have to move to the bar and let the starving people have the tables so they can order and eat too!  The wings here are not even that good and the prices are high so next time I want to watch a fight, it won't be here!

Okay when i wrote my first review of this establishment i based it mainly on the food. Now that i have a considerable amount of check ins here i can honestly say the service has drastically improved here. After a management refresher here noticeable differences have been made. Chicken wings actually come out fully sauced from the kitchen with out having to complain. They no longer charger for ranch carrots and celery with your wings. The wait staff seems much happier and friendly working extremely well together as a lager sense of teamwork can be perceived. Even taking time to help serve customers while off the clock in regular work clothes while swamped by masses of airmen from base(Thanks Kevin) all in all i re-upped the review to a 4 stars! Whenever your in and looking for cold beer and some chicken this place is an easy choice.

I do like the food and the salt and vinegar rub on the traditional wings was awesome - tangy, savory, and good ol' fried exterior.  However, the calories will kill you or at least your waistline.  I tell myself that it's better getting the dry rub instead of the sauces on the wings but come on....who are we really foolin.

Sooo many TV's here! Sports of all kinds are playing around the restaurant and for those who aren't into that, you can play games on other screens with other customers (poker, word games). Servers are really down to earth and make you feel very comfortable.
Tuesday during Happy Hour = 50cent wings AND $2/$3/$4 drinks and appetizers
I ordered Spicy Garlic Wings and the happy hour order of wedges that day. Boyfriend had a Strawberry Mojito and Margarita. DO NOT ORDER THE HAPPY HOUR WEDGES YOU GUYS. Its $4 and its only the size of the small chicken wing trays. For a dollar more, you can get the regular size which is TWICE as much. Spicy Garlic Wings are alright.
So far I've had 8 of the many wing flavors, but I would have to say the best ones are Mango Habanero and Jammin Jalapeno. My least favorite have been the Garlic Parmesan and Thai Curry.

Best "restaurant" wings in Fairfield... especially when compared to the garbage being pumped out at Wingstop.

Service at the bar is always good, plenty of beer variety available on tap including some nice IPA's (Racer 5).

Burgers have been good and with so many sauce options for the wings and most dishes with chicken there should be a flavor most people like.

Good place to catch just about any televised sporting event you would want to see.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. I've got to say that they are not that great. They were OK. Service was great, and I didn't receive my full order. I have had better wings in San Francisco. Its like going to Burger King when you want a burger, when there are way better burger joints that you could choose.

Probably the best happy hour in town, especially for late-night. Great appetizer menu- the mini hot dogs & corn dogs and fried pickles are pretty good. They also have 50 cent traditional wings on Tuesdays and 60 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. Drinks are just okay, but there is a nice selection of beer on tap.

If you want to be a bar great.  You are probably a good bar.  If you want to encourage FAMILIES to come in as your hostess did and as your Kids Menu suggests, then maybe you shouldn't have UFC MMA on all of the big screens so that my Children can watch men smashing others faces in.

Big Time fail on this one.

Wings were OK.  Asian Zing sauce a plus.  Happy hour drinks were passable.  (Don't ration the mint on a mojito.)

When I asked for a plate I was handed a paper nacho bowl....I'm sorry I didn't realize I was dining at Candlestick.

Bottom line, middle of the road Bar food, that is not acceptable for families with smaller children.

Are you kidding me? So we went in for lunch and sat at the bar and ordered the Chicken Sandwich and the bartender named Evan had his finger on my sandwich when it arrived. ( He didn't realize that I saw his fat finger on my sandwich) My wife ordered the salad and it was smelly and soggy!! I ended up picking that part off and eating it anyways because we were hungry from traveling.
The whole experience was not a good one!! Go over to Red Robin or go upstairs to Applebee's.

Its really to bad they have a total dumbass who thinks he is a hard ass working at the bar.

Really?  This place is not what it's all hyped up to be.  The food is whatever and the drinks are whatever.

The wings themselves are not that special.  They go on about all their sauces but the ones that we tried were nothing amazing.  Didn't get anything super hot because of the crew I went with but the sauces were so unmemorable that I can't even tell you what I had.  All I can say is that Mango Habanero is not the jam.

We had some drinks here as well - getting a beer or a goose and sprite is nothing difficult but don't ask these people to make a lemon drop.  The waitress came back with vodka shots that had ice in them.  Yeah, nearly choking no bueno.

I would have to agree with some of the other reviews.  I'm not coming back unless something seriously changes.

We came here on a Saturday during happy hour. We sat in the bar, and for some reason I wasn't expecting it to look the way it did, it had a very industrial feel to it.  Service was attentive, but not particularly personable. We ordered:
    2 beers
    onion rings
a 12 piece order of regular wings w/ spicy garlic sauce
a 8 piece order of boneless wings w/ parmesan garlic sauce

Personally, I thought the onion rings were the best part of the meal. Battered just right and large in size. Very good.

The wings were just "eh" to me. The regular wings were on the smallish side, and I didn't really taste much garlic. The boneless wings were the real shocker, as some pieces were more like popcorn chicken sized. And being a salt fiend I thought these were waaaay too salty, almost to the point of being inedible. I also found it weird that you either get a choice of dipping sauce OR carrots OR celery sticks. Most places offer the veggies with the wings along with choice of sauce, but hey, that's their policy I guess. I also think the wings, for their size, are WAY overpriced.

I would come back here if we were too lazy to make wings at home and absolutely just had to have some fast service wings.

The wife and I thought we would give this place a shot. Wish we headed to Red Robinson instead. The environment is good, supposed to be a sports bar but way to commercial if that makes sense. We started off with some wings and I had a beer and my wife a margirita.

We almost left cuz we waited some time for that order to be taken. Our drinks came pretty quick but the wings came out the same as our food. You could tell they were sitting awhile. Maybe a few more beers and it would have been ok .

My wife got the buffalitos which she didn't finish because she said they were gross. Well let me at em but I didn't like em either which says a lot . I got the jerked chicken sandwich. I have never had one before so I can't say if it was bad for a jerked chicken sandwich but I didn't care for it. My corona was ice cold though so there was a plus.

Won't be coming back , to expensive for such low quality food and poor service .

Took advantage of their 50 cent wings deal on a Tuesday night for happy hour. I'm glad I did! I have to say I prefer Buffalo Wild Wings over Wingstop because of the flavors & the juiciness of the chicken wings. Out of all the flavors I've tried, my favorite one is definitely the mango habanero - perfect kick of spiciness, full of flavor, and crispiness...YUMS! Asian zing is my second favorite from the flavor menu. Also, the dry rub flavors (original hot) are definitely worth trying as well if you prefer extra crispy skin. French fries were just typical shoestring style - wished they had garlic fries! Onion rings were a bit soggy and not crispy enough for my taste. I'll definitely swing by for some more wings when my stomach calls for it!

Food : alright. Typical sports bar type of food. Their things they call "wings" just get dumped in a runny sauce of your choice. My stepdad ordered fish tacos for some odd reason. They looked horrid [breaded fish with cheddar cheese and lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. That's it.] Everything on the menu is okay, nothing amazing.

Service: tad slow. It's a place where you seat yourself so I could see why service is less than stellar. Servers can't [and maybe don't want to] keep track of patrons. And a lot of the servers sit there and gossip near the bar so good luck trying to flag your servers down! :/

Ambience: an awesome place to watch the game. They have tons of tvs and projectors playing all different games at once. Go here to get wasted and cheer your favorite team on.

Crowd: all kinds. It's Fairfield. Bros, bro-hos, gangstas, families, little wolf packs of old guys. Everyone fits in here.

I've been to the Stockton and Fairfield locations and both gave great service, however, the Fairfield location did mix up our orders and didn't put any stickers on the wings to inform us which was which. Not cool.
They made up for it by not charging us our drinks and giving us extra wings...Yum...

I sat in the bar area at a non-busy time while the Giants and Padres game was on. My server was really attentive and we got great service.

I ordered the Black And Bleu Burger and got a Black And Tan drink.
This meal was pretty good--especially after a day of fishing.

What else can you say though, it's Buffalo Wild Wings--can't really go wrong with it unless you hate bar food from a chain restaurant.

It reminds me a lot of BJ's. A sports bar with average food. What you really pay for is the environment. Ton's of flat screens playing different sports channels. A pretty full bar. The food is just average. Not amazingly delicious but not disgusting either.

Service wise, the waiters and waitresses seemed to be a little too busy socializing with each other. When we were ready for our check we had to excessively flag them down because one of the waiters was hugging another waitress at the cash register which was totally inappropriate. I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

This place is always crazy busy!

My brother and I sat at the bar; it was not too crowded, service was OK not the most friendliest just OK, now onto the good stuff.

The sampler: mozzarella sticks, honey boneless wings, onion rings, nachos, the wings were oh so good, and nachos were probably the best nachos I have ever had except for home made of course :) mozzarella sticks were just right not too hot nor cold onion rings were good as well the dipping sauce for onion rings is the BOMB it taste like cheese and ranch mixed in together it was so yummy.

Mango Lemonade; pass it, it was too sweet for my taste.

    JR. gives it 4 stars!

bathroom are very clean and fresh smelling

hostess are much more welcoming then waitress. definitely will come back here to watch a game.

I have been thinking about what was going to write for this place for months now. I guess I have come to the conclusion that this is the absolute-worst-sit-down-take-my-order-at-the-table -place I have ever been too, EVER.

    Now lets explain.
    1. Food sucks all around ( I can go to Costco and buy everything they have and make it better at home)
    2. they serve the food in baskets and plastic cups
    3. Plastic water glasses
    4. Awful salad mix they probably buy pre made.
    5. They gave me my salad dressing in a pouch. WHAT THE HELL!!!!  I thought I was getting airplane food!!!
    6. They nickel and dime you to death with the sauces
    7. VERY Expensive!!!!!
    8. Can you please cram one more annoying TV in there while your at it??!!

Heres a pointer. Just go to Wing Stop

I recently have this place another try since a friend is a regular and we were killing an hour.

I must say things have turned around here. Seems to be new staff and maybe management and things were a lot more civil and "business-like" on this visit. Theresa was very helpful at the bar and she kept checking with us which is great.

I had a buddington, which had a cracked glass, but theresa took care of that no hassle. Mojito was good too and for $3 you can't beat it.

I actually tried the wings this time which were great! I had the honey bbq flavor. Drink and happy hour specials are a big plus too. Seems they finally got with the program.

If your competitors offer happy hour drink and app specials and you don't; you lose.

PROS: The $0.50 wing Tuesdays is always a fun time when I go with good friends, the waiters that we've had have always been really nice and entertaining, my drink of choice is the Snakebite (if you haven't tried it..I highly suggest it).

CONS: For some reason this location is a hit and miss. SOME days the wings will be cooked perfectly, other times they'll be a bit over cooked and rubbery. I've never had that problem with the Dublin location, so maybe it's just Fairfield?

What a waste of time and money! Not even given fork and knife as it's a hands-on eating frenzy. But if that is the case, why just give one tiny thin paper napkin with their imprinted logo, and not a whole messing of REAL towels to clean your hands? No sense bad food, tasteless except for the sauces (not included, must pay separately), and even the ribs were tiny, tasteless and messy in my Ribs and Chicken tenders combo. Advertised as a half-pound of ribs BUT it's just four small pieces of almost meatless ribs with skinny equally- tasteless fries, plus four tenders. It was NOT worth the 12.79 price!

Prices were outlandishly over what should've been set at 40% lower than actual, due to the poor quantity and (lack of ) flavor. Stay away unless you like paying for cut-rate, poor tasting food and paying high prices for nothing. Lots of wall-mounted monitors showing sports, but still too pricey even for the "free" television....  grrrrrr

NOTE: When I arrived, I had mentioned to the hostess that the men's room required "attention". 40mins later the men's room was still messy, filthy and requiring attention. I mentioned it again but seriously doubt they ever cleaned it till closing....

    Not impressed at all.

    The Bad:
-$10.00 for 12 scrawny wings and no sides?
    -Way too saucy
-Only 2 out of 12 were the actual drumettes. I don't like the flat ones lol
-Our waiter was cool, the guy that delivered our food was an @$$
-too many TVs but what do I know, I'm a girl.
-$4.00 for Mango Lemonade and it was too sweet

    The Good:
-Wings were crispy exactly the way I like them
-Sauce, although too much, nice flavor: Spicy Garlic & Garlic Parmesan
-Fried Garlic Mushrooms w/ tangy dipping sauce
    -Hostesses were sweet

Similar to how I feel about wing stop, WAY OVER PRICED for some d@mn CHICKEN. If I do ever go back, I think I'd go with the rib/wing combo.  I mean, it's attached to the mall so I'm sure I'll end up here at least one more time?

    Buffalo wings!!! Yum yum.
So much food. We order hot and BBQ buffalo wings. A chicken salad, the salad was huge. It could be enough for two.
I'm not a big fan of their BBQ sauce. The hot sauce is awesome though. Just make sure we have enough water. Their staff service was good. We got waited on right away, either refills for our drinks or taking our order. I was very pleased.
When we were there, someone was trying their challenge to be on the hall of fame. I think he had to finish 6 hot wings in their Blazin hottest sauce in 10 minutes without using any napkins. The guy finished his wings but not on time, he was still chewing when 10 minutes was up. So sad, but at least we get to witness someone trying to do so.

Underwhelmed (webster definition: Fail to impress or make a positive impact on someone; disappoint) - Yep that captures it!

    What we had:
6 piece wings - Wild sauce
    Jerk chicken sandwich
    Pulled pork sandwich

The portions are small, from the size of the wings to the size of the sandwiches.  I went with the wedges and those were good but again small in size.  I did enjoy the wild sauce since I tend to like it hot, next time I will try the blazing.  I think this place works for happy hour and/or to watch the game but for dinner not so much.  Our service was ok to.

Coming from someone who is and has a husband who LOVES LOVES LOVES WingStop and heard terrible reviews about BWW, I must admit it isn't all that bad. The set-up of the restaurant is far more relaxed and definitely a go-to place for any game day as there are 3-4 big flat screen TVs mounted on every wall. The wait was very helpful and I terribly regret to say that I forgot our waiters name. =( Also, I have read past reviews that the overhead music and TVs were so loud that they could barely have a table conversation, but I did not have the same experience. I thought the volume was perfect and was able to hold a conversation without having to yell at one another.

My husband ordered the 12 cajun wings (around $10) and shared some of his buddy's parmesan wings. Cajun was two thumbs up, however, I am so used to WingStop's dry and crispy garlic parmesan wings that BWW's version looked soggy so I did not try but my husband wasn't one to complain. He actually enjoyed them, but would not say they were better than WingStop's version. My son and I shared the ribs and chicken tenders combo (around $13) which came with fries and cole slaw. The ribs were definitely very tender, juicy and finger lickin' good!

Also a plus was their hand held game console that can be used to play with the other guests at the restaurant. The console was originally for my 4 y/o, however once my husband found out he could play poker for free, it was no longer my son's toy.  =T

    BRIEF RECAP
If WingStop wings were made at BWW, then my husband and I would probably be the DUKE and DUCHESS of this establishment!!!

    Overall (5/10)
Food (5/10) - not worth it for me
Service (2/10) - The worse I have EVER experienced.
Atmosphere (8/10) - Good for game day.

One phrase "Never coming back again"

WING STOP FTW! - No I do not work here, but in my opinion is a lot better for wings.

As just an occasional wing eater, I had to automatically compare Buffalo Wild Wings to Wingstop.  In that battle, Buffalo Wild Wings wins the wings, but loses in the french fry department.

BWW has a ton of different flavors to choose from, sauce and dry rub.  We ordered the parmesan garlic and the caribbean jerk flavors.  The parmesan garlic has an awesome breath killing deliciousness to it.  The caribbean jerk has a good tangy flavor but left my mouth on FIRE, which made me think I ventured a little to far down the spicy meter..

Wings. Beer. A million TVs with sports on.

Oh, and they have good honey bbq chicken sandwiches.
