Ordered wings here for pick-up for the NCAA tournament on Thurs nite.
I was told to try the spicy parmesean wings, eh...they aight.
The order taker said 10-15 mins, so we got there in 11 mins and all the wings were hot. We had spicy parmesean, hot and medium wings all were hot to order, a major plus plus in my book.

good food at great prices, but their counter staff needs to work on their skills. twice I've gotten jipped on "ranch sauce" with my wings because they forgot to put it in, and once I went to pickup some takeout, and another guy "with the same first name" orders behind me. A "joe" order comes up, he takes the order.. immediately I'm thinking "ok, he just grabbed my order", but I'm like "no, they wouldn't be that stupid". sure enough, my order comes up and it's the other guy's order. I point out that they probably should have taken last names when two "joe" orders came up, but I guess they're not paid to think. I was pretty upset I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new order to be made, of which I didn't even get compensated, and the worst part is that they messed up TWO orders.

I have visited many BWW and they are all about the same. The food is good, and I usually come on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for their wing specials, although the prices seem to keep going up every year. The wings are adequate but more often than not, the wings are cooked a little too long and can be a little dry at times. I do enjoy their potato wedges with cheese and the corndog nuggets as appetizers too. The drink specials are usually good and the service is quick and friendly. Good place to go to watch the local sports broadcasts and the trivia is always fun to play if you have a large group.

Great Atmosphere... decent food. Bonless wing Mondays and Thursdays are awesome! Always good looking waitresses too.
