The food is simply amazing. I grew up in California and go back there a lot. They told me they were inspired to do this from the weekend bbq's on the streets that are common in towns like Santa Maria. They are spot on.
The tri tip is simply amazing. I've always loved tri tip, but this is really the best tri tip I've ever had. They pick the right meat and cook it amazingly. Words cannot explain how great it tastes.
The rest of the menu is great as well! I've been crazing linguiça forever (a portuguese sausage also common in california). It is as good as I remember, and maybe even better!
I love this place and it is unfortunate that they're only open on Saturdays. I would eat here every day if I could!
