For temporary housing its all you really need. Parking is tight for an SUV but there is enough parking on the street other than if you get home late on a Friday or Saturday night. Occasionally you will have sugar ants (maybe like 3) if you look closely but not enough to be be grossed out. Furniture is ikea-ish and pretty new and clean. Andrew is the landlord and he is very nice and responsible. The rent is a good price, all inclusive, (wifi, direct TV, electric, water, etc,) and month to month. I never hear any noise at night and have never had a problem with safety (I am a girl).

So i recently moved out to a permanent place, but I still have only good things to say. Ok, there are tiny sugar ants, and sometimes its annoying when people park too close to the gate and block your view of oncoming traffic, but really, this is a great place for a temporary stay. It's important for me to have an responsive and flexible landlord, and Andrew does a great job (and he is so The Dude it's just amazing).
For a furnished place, the price is also not bad.
The location is great as well, walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants. Being so close to the Buena VIsta Deli is kinda dangerous, but I guess you can't have everything. ; )1 Previous Review: Show all »

Great stay! There's a cute bistro and art gallery on the property and 1 blk's walk to the design district.

Not so great, and you have to watch your car, because it can
happen that your tires get smashed. Very noisy and a really crazy
couple is living there. Watch out. -

Nice and trendy little motel-esque place with awesome location (right by Buena Vista Bistro). Only problem is the annoying, psychotic and self-centered, old, miserable cold war-spirit era lady in there that drives the pope-mobile. Other then that, the place would be perfect!
