Review from Adonis V.
I worked/photographed a wedding here with a friend (http://www.thedynamicl...). Spectacular views of the Napa Valley. It's a cozy little place that emits that country-side aura. The wine was good, as the wedding photographer I was treated with wine tasting of their old vine Zinfandels and Cabernet Sauvignon...
Beautiful estate with unique terroir. -

I must warn everyone that the drive here is pretty difficult - don't rely on your GPS! The winery has a "treasure map" that you need to use to find it. And it is definitely worth the hassle to find it... the tour was a great experience. John Buehler had great stories about the history of the area and the wines were great! Especially the Papa's Knoll Cabernet :-) Note - they are appointment only.

This is a beautiful 300 acres hillside property situated in Conn Valley overlooking Lake Hennessey.
Not the easiest winery to get to through the twisting Howell Mountain Road, but definitely worth your drive to enjoy the wonderful hospitality at this place.
2001 Chardonnay
This wine is made with purchased grapes from Russian River.
Sweet nose of vanilla, cloves and light oak. Buttery ripe peach on the palate. Clean, nice weight, and a hint of oak influenced burned sugar finish.
2000 Zinfandel
Estate grown fruit that will be ripped on in the near future to plant with Cabernet Sauvignon.
Light fragrant nose of red fruit accompanied with flavor of dry strawberries and cranberries on the palate.
2000 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Another good 2000 vintage Napa Cab.
Black cherry nose with a touch of spice. Black cherries with well integrated silky tannin rolls onto the palate. Not one bit of green in this wine, a lovely wine to drink now and over the next few years. Surely deserving it's 90pts from WS. Keep your eyes open for their 2001 Cabernet release. -

My wife and I went their this past week and we had the pleasure of John Buehler giving us a tour of his vineyard followed by a tasting of his amazing wines at prices your just can not find anymore. Their estate Cabernet is especially complex and very pleasing to the taste buds. If your looking for some new wines to try or just looking for an amazing experience... Go here!
