Oh My God....
I can't get enough of this hot grease down my throat. I LOVE BUD's! Every time I go down to the Palm Beach area this is a must. I think I had Bud's 4 times during the 7 days I was in West Palm. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the fried clam strips with tartar sauce is second to none. If you're in the mood for some really good fried food I would highly suggest you get your rear-end down there. The hush puppies are a fluffy corn filled heaven... oh man, I'm drooling again!
VERDICT: GET YOURSELF SOME! -

EVERY time I go back home, I have to make sure I stop at Buds and pick up a seafood plate and a 2 piece white chicken dinner.
This place is a chain restaurant in South Florida. Buds Chicken & Seafood, by far is one of my favorite spots to make sure i get my eat on when I go back to West Palm Beach.
This particular one is about 5 minutes from the house in Florida, and I used to hit it religiously in high school and when Id return home from college.
There chicken/Seafood is amazing, Fried everything pimpin...so go in there expecting to gain a few...trust, well worth it.
They also have great buffalo wings as well. -

This is another Palm Beach County exclusive. Their chicken, while not as zesty as say Popeyes, is incredibly crunchy on the outside and full on juicy on the inside. Their fritters are fantabulous. I've been a regular here for years and years (I'd come more often but this is the place you go to when eating healthy is not a major concern). Love me some Buds though!

You will NOT find a better chicken tender or piece of fish or Shrimp anywhere in South Florida. Been going here for years. My kids love the homemade corn fritters. All of their salads (potato coleslaw, etc) are very good, also. Their fish is a flaky, lightly battered fish. Their shrimp ~ the same way. Ditto for their fried clams and bay scallops. They know seafood, that's for sure! Yummmm
