This place is a total dump. We reserved our truck for the same time that the business opened and it took the lady that was working 45 minutes to get us situated with our truck.And there was only 1 person ahead of us in line. Needless to say we started moving an hour behind schedule. Very irritating. Wont ever rent a truck from there again.

BEWARE. This applies to all Budget Truck locations: They have a cancellation policy that amounts to ENTRAPMENT! I reserved a truck. The morning I was to pick up, got a call that my truck wasn't available. I hi-tailed it to U-Haul spent more but got my job done. In the mean time, Budget charges $50.00 cancellation fee to my card. THEY BLAMED ME FOR NOT CALLING IN?! Thanks VISA for reversing the charge!

I'd rather not give this place any stars at all, but this review needs to be placed. This is the most rundown, junkyard looking rental I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. We usually rent from Penske just down the road. Nice clean facility. We needed something on short notice and had to rent from this one as Penske was rented out. Her office is a mess of junk & papers. There is old junk piled up outside the building. We rented a 10 foot moving truck. The brakes were bad & my husband had to really watch it so he didnt have to react quickly. The rental office is closed on Sunday and we were picking it up on Friday with a 11 am return date for Sunday. We were told to bring our gas receipt when we brought the truck back & leave it on the dash.
Well we used the truck and when we filled up the gas station didn't have a reciept and we were really close to the turn in time so my husband didn't bother going inside to get a receipt, thinking she could see the tank was obviously full. Little did we know that she was going to use that lack of a reciept to charge us an extra full days rental.
My husband contacted her to see why she overcharged our bank account and we were told it was because we kept the truck over. He told her we did not and that she needed to refund the money. She then tried telling him she was there at 11 and we were not. Thats BS. When we parked the truck there was no one there. Apparently she uses the gas reciepts to "date & time stamp" the return times. And since we didn't have ours, she felt justified in adding a day.
I would not rent from this woman again. Had we known the importance of a reciept, we would have ran in and got one, rather than worrying about getting the truck back on time. I'm glad Penske is not so anal & more reasonable. -

The woman who owns and runs this place is rude and treats people like they are out to rip her off. I understand that she might have had a bad experience but she will kill her business with the poor customer service. I am contacting Budget to let them know what kind of representative she is of their 'good' name.

I too do not want to give this Budget Rental one star. I rented a truck last week. The owner was rude, self serving, condesending and only cared about her buinsess. Upon signing up for the truck, she almost insisted that my insurance would not cover her truck and really tried to up sell her insurance coverage. When I returned it, I had filled it up with gas as directed and brought her a receipt that also showed gas for my personal car. She treated me like a crook saying how can she believe it was filled. I used the truck for 70 miles round trip and put over 8 gallons, figure it out lady. She had the nerve to say to me "Don't go there with me, I know how customers cheat" I will never user this biz again and before the next rental, I will check the Yelp reviews, she was not recommended., Cal Ryan, Auburn, Ca
