Budget Blinds of Downingtown & Kennett Square

I called asking if they sold a certain product I left a phone message. the owner called back stating they don't sell what I need but did a Google search for me giving me options of companies that do! that's going above and beyond. I will reach out next time I need blonds, etc. thank you!

I have been calling them from days through Yelp and other ways. No one care to attend the call or give me a call back. Awful

This is the first review I've ever written for any company. My experience with John and Budget Blinds was so positive, that I wanted to take the time to share this. I found John on the Internet. I was taking a chance using a company I knew nothing about, but from my first phone call I found him to be very professional and easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment quickly and his quote was very reasonable. My beautiful plantation shutters came in quickly and his installer was kind and did an exceptional job making sure they were perfect. My experience was so positive, that I will be referring my friends. My only regret is that I didn't know about John and Budget Blinds when I had drapes made for my other rooms earlier in the year.
