Attentive and quick service! Phil was awesome. He found the exact window covering I needed (a small set to cover a glass door that got blazing sun thru it in the early morning) and installed it asap!

Established in 1992
Budget Blinds was founded in 1992 by 5 unemployed friends in Southern California. They began franchising Budget Blinds in 1994 and now there is around 1000 franchises throughout the United States and Canada. My franchise, Budget Blinds of Monterey Bay was opened in February of 2009.
Meet the Business Owner: Phil W.
I have had over 30 years of experience in the construction industry before becoming a Budget Blinds franchise owner in 2009. Budget Blinds has been in existence since 1994 offering quality name-brand window coverings at the most competitive prices and best warranty in the industry. I look forward to meeting with customers in the comfort of their own homes to discuss and compare styles, colors and textures of window treatments that meet their needs for fashion, privacy, light filtering and insulation.
