History
Established in 2004
Kurt and Michele Deneys are Howard residents and the owners of Budget Blinds of Howard Village. Kurt has a background as an electrician as well as home construction, however in 2001 Kurt transitioned into the window covering business industry. Kurt began their window treatment career in Madison before relocating to Green Bay in 2004. He then started working with Budget Blinds as a sales consultant and professional installer. In 2009, Kurt and Michele purchased the Northeast WI business. Kurt and Michele work very well as husband and wife team. Together they proudly serve the Northeast WI area, showing customers quality window coverings that fit any budget!

I am the owner of Budget Blinds, and I service the greater Green Bay area. You will be working with a local small business when you work with me. The only people you will ever have to talk to are my wife Michele, my office manager Kristel, or myself. Michele and I are proud to go into customer's homes and show them the beautiful and exclusive products that Budget Blinds offers.
