I love this park! It's beautiful... has great scenery... and it's always full of family celebrations on the weekends and holidays.
Here's some of it's GREAT features:
* playground - climbing gym, swings, train to play on/in & more
* basketball court
* horseshoe pits
* volleyball net
* hiking/biking path
* trails
* bathrooms
* lots of shade
* great place to walk dogs (poop bags, please clean up after pets)
GREAT for PICNICs too! You have to check it out! -

II honestly don't like this park. :( its nice with all its nice trees and there is good grass areas but... I don't like the splinter-y wood chips on the playground. The play-structures are dirty and tagged up. The bathrooms are NASTY! I have found some gross stuff on the floor of that bathroom from douche bottles, condoms, pregnancy tests.... Gross. Its really packed on weekends with parties. Its just not all that.

There are volleyball, basketball courts that are located on the outer perimeter. You can have birthday parties here and they have concerts here of local talent. Nice facilities. Playgrounds and a jogging track, I love this place.

Buddy Todd Park is a Oceanside landmark. I'm not quoting that from anywhere, every picnic, birthday party, and soccer practice has been here. There are volleyball, basketball courts that are located on the outer perimeter. You can have birthday parties here and they have concerts here of local talent. There was even Hunter's steak house catering. Not the greatest park there is but still nice and enjoyable, playgrounds and a jogging track, it is close to schools and to where I
live. I love this place, My son and I like to come here and play catch.
Come here and enjoy. One star deduction cause no duck pond, The local illegal population would probably kill them. I wish this was more like Sunset Park in Las Vegas. -

This is a great park. Lots of open space and beautiful pathway to walk my dog. Great views of the ocean from the west side. In the winter, you can even see snow on the mountains from the east side. 4-paws up for this place.

Buddy Todd park is pretty nice a lot of people come here. The people who do come here are mostly families with kids, people walking their dogs and people running on the path. I used to come here to eat my lunch and just enjoy the park but that changed. I'm not going to say every time but just about every time there is a dog off leash with the owner not doing anything about it. One time there where two stray dogs and I caught one of them, I used my belt to contain him and I called the Humane Society and the owner came to get him from the park. I don't know how many times I've been here and seen a dog off leash. At the same time I have seen a lot of dogs on leash so its not all bad at Buddy Todd. If I did bring my dogs here I would be on the look out because you never know what's going to happen. I like this park because there are tables close to trees so you can eat in the shade. Also there is an ice cream man that comes about everyday near the restroom area. Buddy Todd is a pretty big park so there is always a place to go and just relax with your family.
