Tracy arranged and artistically designed all the florals for my daughter's wedding in the Fair Oaks, CA area mid-August! She did such a beautiful job. She created an atmospheric presence we were hoping for with elegant table arrangements, beautiful bouquets, stylish boutonnieres, petals to line the bride's walk down the aisle, sophisticated arbor accents and floral tree arrangements. The guest were buzzing for weeks after the wedding about such elegant arrangements which transitioned beautifully from daytime to a lit up nighttime display. We wouldn't hesitate to spread the word about her professionalism and artistry to anyone looking to add elegance to any occasion!

Tracy of Budding Events was the florist I used for my June 4, 2011 wedding.
Right away, I was impressed with Tracy's upbeat personality, knowledge of flowers and exceptional prices.
Unfortunately, on my wedding day Budding Events truly failed to deliver in more ways than one.
Tracy, owner of Budding Events, had offered prior to my wedding day to personally deliver all of the flowers I had ordered.
Approximately two hours before I walked down the aisle, I learned Tracy had accidentally pinned our men's boutonnieres on a different group of groomsmen in the lobby of the hotel I was in. I learned of her error after she phoned me to tell me she had pinned our groomsmen with bouts in the lobby of the hotel I solely booked for my wedding preparation. Horrified, I explained, just as I had told her previously in several emails, that our groomsmen were not at the hotel and were never to be at the hotel and were waiting to be pinned at the church just a couple of blocks away. Flustered, Tracy explained she would return to her home, nearly 25 minutes away, and create new bouts. Uneasy and nervous, I left for the church nuptials before schedule without any of communication from Tracy. Also, my bouquet began to fall apart as I made way to the church. With assistance, I was able to cinch the flowers together, but still felt disappointed with my bouquet and unsatisfied with its appearance. When I arrived at the church just slightly ahead of schedule, I expected to find the groomsmen pinned with bouts, as promised. Fortunately, shortly prior to the ceremony, a wedding party member had asked a passing nun if she knew of any wedding flowers left by anyone. The nun explained that a woman had left a box of flowers in the lower level, below the church. While I was relieved to have the new bouts, I couldn't help but feeling frustrated with Tracy's lack of communication, organization and professionalism. After our church ceremony I observed my husband and other groomsmen with loose, lifeless flowers hanging from their chests.
The next day I decided to phone Tracy and express my concerns and hoped only for a heartfelt apology. What seemed to be Tracy's husband answered the phone number she had provided me with. I immediately explained my experience and unhappiness. It was clear my phone call was simply a nuisance. He flippantly told me about all of the compliments and praises they had received. Tracy later called and did leave a message defending her actions with a weak apology. And even before I had reviewed "Budding Events," Tracy had to the audacity to write a negative review about her experience with me as a customer, claiming she did not understand why I had called her to complain. -

I found Tracy of Budding Events on Craigslist. She is amazing and really works with you! Similar to what Shannan had mentioned, she responds to email/voicemail very quickly!
I had no idea what our wedding bouquets could look like and Tracy kept throwing ideas at me!
I have to say, our flowers were AMAZING and more beautiful than I could have imagined!
Not only were the flowers gorgeous but they were also decently priced (about 25% cheaper than any other florist I spoke to)!
Tracy is truly amazing! She delivered bouquets and bouts to two locations when the delivery fee was just for one location!
I would definitely recommend Budding Events to anyone needing flowers at a great price!!! -

I just had my consultation with Tracy today and I could not be more relieved. I had no idea what to expect in florist shopping, but I was definitely scared going in as a worried bride with so much to deal with in the next 9 months. But once i stepped into her home, i felt so so welcome. She sat through a long consult with me without ever seeming confused about my vision for the wedding. SHE RESPONDS TO EMAILS VERY WELL and really utilized the images i sent her before our consultation to come up with ideas in between then and our first meeting. I am very impressed with what we came up with! I cant wait to see how it all turns out and come back and leave an even better review with pictures of our wedding this November! :) And the Price for the whole wedding, including delivery...what very impressive! with my hopes for staying in a low budget , i was very pleased with our quote.

Our wedding flowers were gorgeous! I loved absolutely everything about them. They were exactly what we talked about at our consultation, and they were ready on time, without any hassle at all. Initially, I recommended Budding Events based on Tracy's wonderful consultation, but now, I can recommend her based on her beautiful floral work. She provides an excellent service at a tremendous value. If you are shopping florists, it would be a mistake not to call her for a consultation.

Tracy did the flowers at our recent wedding and we feel very lucky to have found her. After succumbing to sticker shock from other florist's estimates despite our healthy floral budget, Tracy was a breath of fresh air. True, she does not work out of a fancy storefront, but that helps keep her prices down. She was extremely communicative and responded to emails and calls promptly. My flowers were every bit as beautiful as the pictures I showed her from a wedding where the flowers cost twice what we paid. Unlike other florists we got estimates from, she took the time to discuss and show me pictures of specific flower types she was thinking of to match my vision. This made me confident that her plans matched my wishes. She was also receptive to feedback when we requested changes along the way. Most importantly, she worked within our budget to make our wedding beautiful and never made us feel like we were compromising due to finances. If you have a wedding coming up, do yourself a favor and book Budding Events ASAP.

Tracy was great! She was the only florist I could find that didn't have a "minimum order". I only wanted my bouquet and my husband's bout. Tracy was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and gave it to me exactly, and ON BUDGET! I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Tracy!
