This place rocks! I only paid $10, and they cleaned my car inside and out so well, it looked like it was never dirty. And let me tell you, I drove one verrrrrrrrrry filthy car into their garage. I don't think I'd been to a car wash for a year. That means almost two whole Chicago winters, people. Gross.
Not only did they vacuum the floors, but they took the floor mats *out of the car* and vacuumed underneath them. Plus, they moved the seats and cleaned around them too. One of the guys brought a bracelet to me he found under the seat that I had lost months ago. That's right. He returned it to me. When I wouldn't have even known if someone had taken it. PLUS, they put down a towel for me to wipe my feet on before I got back in the car so I wouldn't muddy up the freshly vacuumed floor. And they also gave me a punch card. After 7 punches, you get a free wash.
So let's recap: honest, hard working people who clean cars inside and out like it's the most important thing in the world and have critical thinking skills.
Yeah, you bet I tipped them 100%. -

this place rocks the soap and water
last week I saw a line going around the building for like 4 hours that I was across the street doing campaign stuff for Ron Paul
so this week I decided to try them out, the best car wash I have been at to date and worth the half hour wait they cleaned the car inside and out windows, vacuumed cleaned the floor mats and even threw away some trash I had in the back seat for me, it had a shine to it like they had waxed it I may have to get a wax now to see how that looks
will be going back for sure -

This is the type of business you should be supporting.
Impeccable service, fair prices and a family atmosphere that can't be beat. These guys treated me (and my car) like absolutely gentlemen from the moment we arrived to the moment I drove away. Even better, I was given an adorable introduction to the owner's parrots while I waited.
In my circles, it's impressive to see people doing honest, actual work with care, pride and diligence. Why pay $8 for a crappy automated car wash when you can receive the most thorough wash and vacuum service you'll ever receive for $10, all while supporting an honest business?
There are all sorts of daily specials. Wherever I end up moving in this city, I'll be returning. -

This place seems shady but its alright. The guys did a good job and they took the right amount of time. I did not have to wait at all because I got there by 8:30am.
I did to have car wash for a bit so I was over due. The wash was ok and I noticed they missed quite some spots outside the car. For me to give someone a 5 star they have to be really good. Then again $10 for an inside outside is cheap these days.
I would try this place again and followup with more comments. -

I went yesterday to get a car wash for the first time at 7pm, since they post they close at 8pm and it was ladies day. The place closed!! boooo, closing on ladies day is not cool!

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a stickler for a clean vehicle. Any crumbs on the floor drive me absolutely insane. And with a schedule such as the one I love and adore everyday, it gets difficult to hand wash our vehicle on my own.
Today, while running some errands I decided to do some research on the top rated Chicago car wash. I found Bucktown's Best Car Wash to have the best reviews and decided to give it a shot. No free wifi, no free coffee or water - just a solid set of reviews to rely on. It's cool, I have my own coffee and wifi.
The reviews were perfectly accurate. For $11 (mid size SUV/car & Tire Dressing) you get an inside and out hand wash, vacuum and seamless detailed job from the crafty team. What takes 45 minutes at some competitor locations took these gentlemen 15. And the job was even better.
take it from a meticulous man such as myself - if you want you car cleaned right, try this spot out. They are, by far, Chicago's best. -

I don't give many five-star ratings, but this place deserves it.
Doesn't matter that I had to run around the corner to the ATM cause they don't take credit card. For $10, you have six guys scrambling all over your car, from spraying and wiping down the inside of each window to vacuuming each patch of carpet to scraping off each dot of crusted-on bird poop. Like seriously, they used some special tool for it. My car hasn't been that clean since I was a car-crazed 16-year-old spending hours each weekend detailing my car. This place is amazing. -

I searched online for the best deal and best car wash in town and found Bucktown's Best Car Wash's review to be accurate. I got my car washed for $10 and it was the best service I've had in a while. Everyone had a smile and were very courteous. I was truly impressed that even after I paid and left a tip, the guys continued to work on my car until I pulled out. For $10, it's the best deal in town and your car will be sparkling clean afterwards. Took about 20 min even though there were 6 or so other cars getting washed too. Will definitely be back!

The best basic+ car wash. The guys are thorough, careful, and lightening fast. Fir $10 it's totally worth it to leave a good tip. No reason to take my care anywhere else.

Are these guys cool or are they cool???
This is so far the best car wash I have come across.
It's like an assembly line wash where almost 4-5 people work on your car and its out dazzling like a new baby!
one thing that's I'd like to mention is that they somehow never answer the phone and reaching them over the weekends is nearly impossible.
In my case the car had not been washed forget polish/wax/scrub/shampoo etc EVER....
there was a mass of dead leaves and dirt even under the hood and in the crevices of the trunk... i hated it.
for a mere $10 the do the job perfect.

O-M-G!!! I went here to give my dad's Nasty ( and I mean NASTY) car a good car wash! i've been here before with my car and I knew right off the back how good these guys are.
My dad's car was the ultimate test to see if this car wash was the ultimate best! My Dad's car had caked on gunk in the different parts of the car, food particles and stains galore!
These guys not only cleaned that car they polished it to the max! In all my years of my Dad having that car It was the cleanest and freshest I've ever seen it!..... And they still only charged me $10 for the service WOW!!!! Of course I threw in a nice tip to thank them ! Beecause I knew cleaning that car was WORK! -

Came here last Sunday the 13th when we had decent weather to get my new car washed.. They did an excellent job and were pretty thorough.. I was maybe 6th or 7th in line outside, not including the maybe 4 cars they fit inside the garage so i waited about 30 min, but i didnt care because once i was in - i was out in about 15 min.
not only is it an external hand car wash, but:
vaccuum
cleaned my pastic mats
windex the inside windows
armor all
cant beat that!
I will definitely go back. -

I decided to try this car wash out because of all the 5 stars and you previous reviewers really hit the nail on the head with this one. I went on my lunch break and although it was quite busy i was in and out in 20 minutes.
I have really let the dirt build up all winter long and my old chevy was not a pretty site. My car was hand washed on the outside, wheels and rims scrubbed with a brush. The interior was vacuumed and the interior windows were washed. My dashboard was wiped down as well.
For $10 and a tip this was more than worth it, I will definitely be back. -

My experience was exactly like the others here. A superb and fast wash (inside and out) for only $10! That is enough to keep coming back but what impressed me the most is this:
I had a scuff mark on one of my wheel wells from someone bumping me with their car. After pulling into the garage, I pointed to the scuff and asked what they could do. The guy gestured for my keys, they sent me to the seating area and whisked my car to a back corner of the shop. They used a buffing tool for a few minutes and then proceeded with the wash. As I watched, I wondered how much extra they would charge me to work on the scuff, but decided it would be worth it if I didn't have to take it to a body shop. Well, they did remove it and still only charged me $10. Amazing!
Please bring your car here and tip the guys well for their hard work. You won't be disappointed. -

Great $10 wash! Inside and out. It took them only 15 minutes to wash, polish (no wax), vacuum and clean the tires/wheels. All done by hand. They even cleaned the trunk.
Amazing job on my boyfriend's 7 year-old Honda Accord that had NEVER been vacuumed or washed by hand. Ever.
Please tip generously. These guys are the best. -

The five star rating comes with two caveats: First, I can't bring myself to lower a rating because employees don't speak English when they're working their asses off and get the job done. So take the no English into consideration if you must. Although its a carwash so really, why would you need employees to speak English anyway? Secondly, the fact that it was so incredibly cheap offsets the other minor complaint that they don't take credit cards. I went to Bucktown's Best on a Saturday morning and there was no wait at all. For $10 I had six men clean the outside and inside of my filthy car for a good 15 minutes. Great job! I'll definitely be back next time I slime up my car.

After seeing all the rave reviews, I decided to bring my car here for a MUCH needed car wash. For $10, around 5 guys went at it for about 15 minutes and I left with a perfectly cleaned car. My dog is a shedder and drives with me everywhere with the top or windows down, so her hair is always all over. This is probably the first time my car was ever fur free. I am so happy with the quality of work and will definitely be back.

Cannot believe the job they did for ten bucks. Quick, thorough... the vacuuming was so good it could almost have passed for a steam cleaning. At these prices, I could get used to having a clean car.

This place doesn't need anymore good reviews, but I had to. I needed to sell my old car so I went here to get it cleaned up. The cleaned inside and out and even put the tire shine on for 10 dollars. They also used a razor blade to scrape off the old permit stickers on the inside of the windshield. Couldn't have been more satisfied.
