Bucks County Coffee Company
5 reviews for Bucks County Coffee Company
We were in town killing some time, and we decided to try the cafe.
I was really impressed with the shop- I love the high ceilings and the friendly environment. Although it is a chain- this particular shop does not look anything like the 2 starbucks down the street, which I think is better.
I tried their Mound frapp and that was tasty!!!!
The staff was very friendly too.
Next time I hope to try out their wifi.
It's a nice a coffee shop with good service.
I'm typing this review from inside the Bucks County Coffee Company in Doylestown. They are a chain, and I do have one of these cafes closer to where I live, but I have never visited. I just happened to be in Doylestown looking for a cup of coffee and some wireless, with some time to kill.
The service was friendly, and this cafe is very clean. My coffee drink was way too sweet, or I would have given this place a slightly higher rating. The servers were friendly, and the prices here were pretty good in comparison to the starbucks down the street. The best part - free Wifi. Starbucks charges....yuck.
I think everyone realizes that this is a cozier and more friendly place than starbucks, because its crowded here! A little noisy, and I found it a little trouble focusing on my work.
Overall, Bucks County Coffee Company is a good value, and a better alternative to some of the other cafe chains. Next time I am in Chestnut Hill, and I'm thinking about going to my local starbucks, I'll skip it and go to BCCC across the street instead.
Bucks County Coffee Company is a great coffee shop. It acts as both a safe social gathering spot for people of all ages and a second office for many. Visit this lively shop and you'll see executives typing away on laptops, kids enjoying ice cream, and trucking companies conducting interviews. Live music plays on some weekends. Stop by for the coffee and a taste of the local culture. If you are lucky, you might even see me there working or hanging out with friends.
I was sad to hear Bucks County Coffee Co. got bought out - but happy that Saxby's will offer Pinkberry frozen yogurt (Yum).
