After reading all the reviews of how "huge" the food was I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought the sandwich i got was packed with meat, but the size of the sandwich itself wasn't, "huge", however the taste did exceed expectations. You honestly don't expect truck stop restaurant food to be all that good. I thought the menu was a really cool, it's set up like a newspaper. The only downfall with the menu is there wasn't a very wide selection. It didn't take long to find something, but if you aren't in the mood for the few choices of hot and cold sandwiches, and burgers, or an open face turkey platter, you might want to go elsewhere if you are expecting huge entrees. Like I said I was more than happy with having a selection of sandwiches, was just in the mood for something quick, not sure about what they normally have on special. There is also an option for a small buffet, it did have a few more options on it than the menu did, chicken legs, mashed potatoes, pot roast, mac and cheese, and I am not sure what else as it was actually being cleaned up so I couldn't order it if I wanted to.
The service here is actually incredible, the waitress was very attentive. Overall this was actually not a bad place to eat. Quite enjoyable, right off the interstate, and quite cheap. -

Stopped here on a road trip between Chicago and Boston for a quick meal. The prices were reasonable and the food was...filling. We ordered from the menu though they also have a buffet.

I stopped here couple times on the way back home. This is truck stop, and the food in there, for truckers, cheap and big. Like other reviews, it's like a dinner, looks clean and neat.
Last time I had their all u can eat BBQ ribs, tasted pretty good. But I just got one round, cause the first round was already big enough. All their dinner entrees come with soup and salad bar.
It's a good place to eat when u want to eat some comfort, cheap but big size food. -

Dinner on the road trip from NYC to Chicago. If I hadn't checked in here there's no way I would have remembered this place. The portions are HUGE!! The phrase "trucker food" comes to mind. Not necessarily the most flavorful but the main other option is Cracker Barrel. Our waitress was super nice.
