    Best Kept Secret

I had a coupon from a receipt at a neighborhood grocery store and decided to use it. I'm very glad I did. The salon is very nice and the services rendered were great. My feet haven't felt this smooth in quite some time. The added massage was a treat as well! I'll be going back!

A neck and shoulder massage while hot stones were being rubbed into my legs was all I needed today to make my ME time complete!!
I was in heaven while Tina and New Helen pampered and took special care of me as they melted all my troubles away. Calgon seriously had some competition!

Tina did my feet and made sure to rub and massage my feet and legs to the point of pure pleasure. I loved the way she shaped my toe nails with the nail file and the hot towels were just right, not too hot and not too cool, perfect!

New Helen almost put me to sleep in my chair! She rubbed my shoulders and neck with just the right amount of pressure, patience, and balance. I felt the care with every stroke she made and it felt wonderful. I love how good my nails and toes look and feel.

The salon is big and spacious with lots of styling stations to accommodate a big crowd. Their busiest days are of course, Thursday through Saturday so if you go on those days do come prepared with patience as your friend. Monday through Wednesday is easy breezy - not a huge crowd, no hustle and bustle atmosphere, you truly get to relax and unwind.

Their prices are very reasonable and they also provide massage and threading for those Ladies who prefer threading to waxing.

Overall, it was a great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

A perfectly average nail salon. The girl that did my manicure never even rubbed my hands with lotion, and gave me the limpest back massage I've ever gotten - and she just sort of reached over and lightly rubbed my left side. There were areas on the sides of 2 nails that she missed completely with polish.
The woman next to me was getting the queen of Sheba treatment - her pedicure started before mine & finished after. I guess its the gamble of who you get when you go. The hot stone foot massage is having your legs & foot flaccidly rubbed for about 30 seconds with a stone - not worth it!
They tried to up-sell me on callus remover & an eyebrow wax - which was a bit insulting, since I'd had a brow wax just a couple days ago and my brows looked just fine.
I've had way better and paid much less. Won't be back.

I just wanted to provide an update regarding their attitude and how they addressed the Groupon. I received a response from Groupon yesterday after reporting to them that the Salon manager refused to accept my Groupon amount per Groupon's policy for an expired deal. They informed me I was correct and thanked me for reporting the business. Groupon issued me a refund for my amount and apologized. I stick to my rating for extremely poor customer service. Take your money elsewhere!

I went on my birthday and feel in love with the entire setup of the facility. Unfortunately my friend developed a fungus on her toe after a pedicure from there and being that it was the only place we went to to get our nails done. Service was good and they are kid friendly, but the fungus gets them a 1 star if I could give them No Stars then I would just for the that part.

I had the pleasure of visiting this salon due to a groupon offer that included a manicure and hot stone pedicure. I was perplexed by the parking requirements. The spa is located in a pay lot, and it is not clear that as a patron you are not required to pay until you get to the door. At that point, its too late and you've already paid for parking. Once I saw the exterior of the shop, I almost turned around as it looked like something that would be in the hood and not the richy part of town that is Buckhead. After entering, it was a beautiful calming scene. I noticed right away they offer shoulder and neck massages, but you also can have a full body massage in a private room.

What I didn't like is the hard upsell by the person doing my mani and pedi to get other services ie. eyebrows arched and callus treatment etc. Second, when I choose a color, I need you to move forward with painting the color. I don't need to hear your opinion about how it is not "professional" to wear magenta polish and I should do a nude instead. Really?!! I am not your homegirl on the street. Also, I did not care for the durability of the manicure and pedicure itself. Typically when I receive pedicures, the color lasts for 2 weeks and my manicure, for a full week. By day three, my manicure was badly chipped and after 1 week so was my pedicure.

So all in all, love the scenery but after the upsell, average customer service and lackluster paint job I'd have to pass on returning. I've simply had better.

I wish I'd known that Buckhead Nail and Toe Spa patrons' parking is on the house prior to jamming five dollar bills into the sketchy pay box. Now I am aware, since my Groupon-inspired appointment might have converted me to a repeat customer.

Something about pedicures and manicures makes me uncomfortable, especially when the staff speaks a different language and can't conversate. I guess I'll read Jaycee Dugard's memoir instead. Wait, that defeats the purpose of relaxation...

My Groupon included a deluxe pedicure, hot stone foot massage and manicure, which I upgraded for 20 extra dollars to the gels. After all, normal manicures chip off within an hour.

Other Yelpers who describe the color selection as pink-heavy are spot-on. The colors range from milky to neutral to tan to a wide range of pinks -- and there was one forest green.

I can't afford a deluxe pedicure on a regular basis, but having someone rub my shins down with orange-scented scrub and buff my heels was pretty fantastic, despite how strange it felt to sit on a chair with my hands and feet out for service. My only complaint is that the chair hurt my back -- maybe the hard-ridged motionless massage pad is what made me so uneasy.

I had the most relaxing pedicure today at BNAT spa. The delux pedicure was AMAZING!!!!!! Just what I needed after a long work week. I decided to step out of the box and allowed Amy to pamper my feet without me telling her how I usually like it.
Needless to say she did an impeccable job! Please ask for her the next time you go there.  The BEST in buckhead:))

I picked up a $25 deluxe manicure/pedicure certificate from Half Off Depot on Friday night, and by Saturday morning all the tension in my shoulders, neck, and feet was being rubbed away.  Gosh I love a bargain.

Customer service here is average.  They tried to upsell me at least five times, asking if I wanted to try the gel polish when I arrived, get an additional callus treatment during my pedicure, get an additional 10 minutes of massage, another try at the gel polish, and finally the suggestion of an eyebrow wax.  Thanks, but no thanks.

The pedicure is clearly the highlight here.  The deluxe version that I received included an extended massage, exfoliating scrub, and two hot towel treatments.  It was to die for.  Their selection of essi and OPI polishes is a little pink heavy, but thankfully I'm a pink girl and found a color I loved.  My toes look great, and I would come back just for that.

The manicure was okay, but I'm an impatient kind of girl, and they didn't have any of those UV light boxes that speed dry your nails, so I didn't wait long enough to let them dry properly and smeared them within 20 minutes of leaving.  My fault, not theirs, but also just evidence that the pedicure here is the true focus.

While the full price of $52 for these services is a little steep, $25 was an outright steal, and I plan on picking up a few more certificates for future pampering needs.

I agree with Isa H. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING HERE during the day! If you are going to a business in the shopping center! There's a sign there that say so!

I've been here 3 times. Twice with a groupon type of voucher and once because I enjoyed my previous experiences.  I plan to continue going here occasionally because of it being close to my favorite cake place, Piece of Cake.

I have never had an issue with them.  They are always friendly and start my service quickly.  I never have felt like they rushed my service. The chairs are great!  They're color selection is nice.  OPI and Esse polishes.  My two favorites are not normally in there: OPI Passion & OPI Bubble Bath.  I am use to having to bring my polishes when I get my nails done though, so that's not a biggie.

I do not like getting my manicure and pedicure at the same time.  It irritates me to have all that going on at once.  I tell them I want them separately and they always do as I request.  I would like them better if they had a manicure station so manicures were not in the pedicure chairs.  I've noticed this becoming a trend here in Atlanta. Not cool!

I am also not a fan of folks trying to get me to upgrade my services at any nail place! I take good care of my feet and give nail techs the side eye when they suggest upgrades. I feel like their trying to make extra money for stuff I don't need. I've had that happen ONCE out of my THREE visits.  She suggested it once and let it go.  I did notice that they did this with EVERY patron who came in while I was there.

Give this place a try if you are in the area. DO NOT pay for parking though! LOL

Hmmmmm....should I write a review and give up the luxury of never having to wait for a pedi?  This is the best nail salon I have ever been to.  First of all - they are on par with your budget.  $25 pedi, $35 mani/pedi.

Best part about this place, the massages.  They really know why women love to get pedicures..

While everyone has been good - the guy was awesome.  Don't spend the extra cash for the stone pedicure.  If you want more massage, they will do so for $10/10 minutes.  Much more worth it than the stones.

Love this place. love love love love love.

As a counter to one of the negative reviews here, I would like to offer a rebuttal.

Tina (the manager and receptionist) at BN&TS is really a truly great lady who is willing to work with anyone who is courteous and polite.  She was very easy to speak with even though her English is not the best.  She is always willing to repeat and express, to her best ability, what she is saying so long as who she is talking to is not rude and disrespectful.

Just a little background: BN&TS put an offer out on Living Social Atlanta several weeks ago (03.31.10) Now from what I can understand the gals at BN&TS have been very excited with all of the new business this deal has generated, but with that business has come some pretty unsavoury folks who have taken advantage of a loop hole in Social Living's iPhone coupon service.  As a direct result there have been a large amount of people using iPhone vouchers that have already been redeemed once before.  Now as a business owner, how would you feel about being swindled in such a way?  With that said, do yourself and Tina a favour and print out your coupon if you have one.  It will just make thing easier for you and them. I will be contacting Social Living about this nasty loop hole and hopefully they can end the abuse and thievery.

As to my personal experience with BN&TS it started off a bit rocky, but once I understood the situation at hand I was willing to work with Tina and the girls to help them and get that for which I paid. After we talked and got things sorted out, I was treated to a wonderfully relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable manicure and pedicure with full hand and foot massages with hot towel services.  Tina even came over and checked on me to see if I needed anything and to take the time to thank me for being so understanding of the situation with the vouchers.  I was so impressed and pleased with Tina and her staff that I even opted to get a much needed eye brow waxing.

It just really upsets me that some folks are nasty enough to take advantage of others with this Living Social voucher issue.  And it makes me even more upset that folks come here and give bad reviews for a service when they don't have the full story.  Get your facts straight first and then try resolving the issue yourself before damaging a business's reputation.

Moral of this story:  I will be back to see Tina and the girls again, soon.

Make sure to bring cash for parking.

First, the things I liked about this establishment: The spa chairs are awesome, the staff were pleasant, and everything was sooo clean. The last one is the plus of all pluses.

Things I didn't like: Pay for parking. Maybe because I'm a suburban girl I just don't understand paying for parking. I mean I could see if this place was smack in a downtown city, but a side street in Buckhead with a private lot?! Not so much. Moving on, the selection of nail polish was limited. While they have some great colors, the variety off colors is very limited. I guess Buckhead Betties don't experiment with color much. *shrug* Also, while the pedicure was pretty good, I need them to put a lil more elbow grease in the foot scrubbing.

Overall, I give it an A-Ok and may be back I the future.

3.5 stars. I came here with my friend on Saturday, both of us having bought the Groupon ($25 for manicure and deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage). I think the two of us had very different experiences. Within seconds of entering the salon, a woman came up to my friend and immediately asked her what color she wanted. Seeing as we just got there, my friend hadn't decided yet. The woman proceeded to pick out two colors for her, saying they would look good on her. My friend, completely bewildered, agreed to the colors and went off to start her pedicure.

I, on the other hand, was given free reign to choose what color I wanted and no one bothered me. I chose my color and walked over to my friend's chair. I didn't see any available nail techs in sight, but then Helen appeared by my side. Helen took her sweet time with me. She oiled me up, scrubbed, lotioned, hot stone massaged and rubbed my legs and feet for a good while. She did upsell me once, asking if I wanted a callus treatment, but that was it. I agreed to it.

My friend was upselled (upsold?) on a French mani/pedi (which she refused, to a lot of protests) and callus treatment as well. Her nail tech was super pushy, I have to say. Also, a second tech (April) came over and did her manicure as the other tech was doing her pedicure. As a result, my friend was done way earlier than me because no one else ever came over to do my manicure. Helen did my manicure as well. She was super sweet. When I realized the color I chose was far too sheer, I asked if she would find me a darker but similar shade. She brought back two colors, one considerably darker, so I chose the lighter one. Turns out, I wasn't happy with the second color either because it was very close to my skintone. I asked her to use the third color on my fingers and upon seeing how awesome her choice was, I asked if she minded putting the color on my toes as well. She agreed and painted my toes over with the new third color. I felt bad for being such a pain in the ass. The manicure included a shoulder and arm massage. I am partial to very intense massages so Helen's massage didn't do much for me. However, I noticed the massage chairs we were sitting on were very powerful. I imagine they would even be painful for the typical person as it was slightly uncomfortable for me and I am pretty tolerant.

I thought it was odd how different me and my friend's experiences were. I doubt she would come back based on her experience, but I was pretty happy with mine. I did notice that the pumice stone she used on me was reusable... I hope they clean those well. Also, the nail tools weren't pre-packaged (and thus sterilized) like they were at Polished... just a thing I noticed. I haven't experienced any infections or issues yet.

**I forgot to mention... getting a hold of someone at this place is really difficult. They don't have call waiting so most of the time, you will get a busy signal or the phone will keep ringing till someone makes it over to answer the phone. They also didn't answer emails... :( needless to say, I came in with low expectations. Thank God for Helen.

***One last note: they use only O.P.I. or Essie. Their selection is mostly pinks, whites and neutrals. Don't come here expecting to have a crazy-colored manicure. They had very few non-pink colors, and even those weren't off-the-wall or anything.

    Great concept, horrible service.

It's all pedicure chairs so that they can do your nails and toes at the same time.  This seems like a great idea, however it's only about 10% of the time that this actually happens.

Upon walking in, they always tell you that there are 2 ppl available for you because they know that once you sit in the chair, you're not going to leave.  Wowever it's almost ALWAYS that they do the pedicure and THEN the manicure... taking almost 90 minutes!

Don't even try to make an appointment, as they are completely useless.  They all point fingers at each other trying to figure out who took the call and why nobody's free, while you're left waiting as if you never made an appointment in the first place.  It's so bad that the person who does my nails told me to actually text them PERSONALLY on their cell phone if I want to make an appointment because they communicate with each other so poorly.

Another thing I don't understand is that they give you a nice arm/neck massage if you pay $10 for a regular manicure, yet with a $30 fill-in you get no massage at all.  Seems a bit backwards.

I used my half off depot coupon for a deluxe mani and pedi for $25. The decor is very nice and warm. One of the best mani and pedi's I have every received. You even get a massage! I had to pay an extra $20 for the gel nail polish but it was well worth it to me. Helen and Helen ( yes both persons working on my nails and feet had the same name) were very friendly. My boyfriend was with me. He didn't get anything done but they let me sit in the chair next to me as they did my mani and pedi. I will definetely be back. It's in a great location and I absolutely love that costumer service is a number one priority! You will be treated very well!

I've been to several salons in the Buckhead area, and this one is my favorite.  Low key, and personable service and good prices.  Most importantly, quality of of service was good. Men's mani & pedi combo was $32.  Only negative was they didn't have my appointment, yet I didn't have to wait midday.  I will return.

At first, I felt slightly discouraged while making my appointment over the phone. I had a bit of a hard time understanding the woman over the phone, and felt like I was missing some of what she was saying. We were eventually able to clear things up and I was able to make my appointment with my coupon prepped and ready to go. Easy enough.  I was more impressed though when I got there and took details of the pros and cons as I got a nice massage.

I was instantly impressed by the relaxing baby-pink walls and golden mantles of fine, relaxing decor upon entering.  It was not too small of a place, but not as big as I have seen some spas. But for what it's worth, there is quite a bit of work put into the atmosphere to make you feel welcomed and at home.  There is a large TV to watch while you are getting your pedicure and comfortable tilt-chairs in the waiting area near the door that tilt to your comfort at the push of a switch.

Though she did not talk very much, Helen was attentive and showed interest and concern in my comfort during my massage.  I was happy with the massage, she was not too rough and seemed to know how to be gentle but effective.  I didn't feel rushed at all and enjoyed my time at the spa. I only wish that I could have tried out other services at the time.

The manicure section I notice on my way to the restroom is a bit narrow, but there are plenty of rows to get your nails done on. This is likely mostly to the design of the building, though.

A warning however to first timers, I noticed on my way out they have ''pay boxes'' so you may have to pay for parking for long amounts of time there.

Overall, I'd say it's worth a return trip with fair prices for the services!

I bought a Groupon for this place a few weeks ago.  I was hoping that this was going to be my new mani/pedi spot...I WAS WRONG!!  I made appts for my girlfriend & I, we arrived on time, and was greeted politely at the counter.  "please pick your color, we'll be right with you..." They have a huge variety of OPI nail colors, along with other brands and colors.  That is why I gave this spa 1 star.   We picked out our color, and were seated at spa massage chairs...NICE!!  Starting off really well!  Well....as we sat there for over 45 minutes waiting to have out services done, 1 girl arrives, and starts on my friend's pedi. Too make a long story short, the girl that was giving my friend a pedi, was also doing my mani/pedi!!  I believe her name was Lisa.  Not sure if she stayed out too late the night before....or needed to change her contacts....BUT she did the worse job painting our nails!!  She not only painted my nails, but also painted my cuticles, and the sides of fingernail bed!  If we hadn't of been there for over 2 hours, I would have definitely request a color change!!

I purchased 2 coupons for mani/pedi on living social.  I was so excited about getting such a good deal, and I figured the service would be decent since it was located in Buckhead.  I was sadly disappointed.  The place is small, dark and uninviting.  I would not call this place a spa, it's definitely a place to get nails done only.  The lady who worked on me was rude and unfriendly.  Not that I need to have a full-on conversation with my manicurist, but there was no verbal interaction.  Ok, so the thing is if my nails came out nice, then I wouldn't care about all the other things...but she did a poor job.  And they didn't even have an area or a fan to dry the nails after you finish.  I had to just sit there and wait until the polish hardened.  It was just an annoying experience altogether.  Unfortunately since I purchased 2 coupons, I had to go back.  Now that I'm done with both, I can go back to my usual place Signature Day Spa at Lenox marketplace!
