Great Customer Service. Genuine and Sincere and very cooperative. Faster service than I expected. Reasonable prices as well. I had recently purchased a "00" BMW 740 IL "as is". Unfortunately I found out it had much more problems after having Bulkhead Imports to diagnose it. Mark and Kevin were informative, cordial and honest with me. I have already returned a couple times and will definitely return in the future.

This is by far the very best of the independant shops to have your Mercedes Benz or BMW automobiles service done. The staff is friendly and attentive. BI has a long standing reputation for doing a quality job at a fair price. I hear that they are now starting to do high performance upgrades to your german automobile. I highly recommmend this to everyone. I am a defector from the dealership!

Jason, Mark and the rest of the Buckhead Imports staff are top notch. They do a great job and will stand behind their work. I am impressed by their level of customer service, speed and attitude. You can tell they really care about you and your car. I wouldn't take my M3 anywhere else.
