Next stop Canada! The Buck Rub Pub is where you'll want to eat if you're traveling anywhere in the general North Woods vicinity. It resembles a hunters lodge--like so many other places up here--and is sort of a cultural landmark for the area. You can even buy the T-shirt.
They serve up plain ol' American meals--burgers, subs, salads, fried chicken, pizza, sandwiches, all sorts of appetizers--you'll find something to eat, and in a place where it seems this is the one and only restaurant (unless you count the Gas Station convenience store) locals and tourists alike must appreciate both the quality and quantity. keep on driving. pizza like cardboard. little sauce, heavy on the cheese. worst pizza i have ever had. very chaotic atmosphere. menu prices high for quality of food.

good bar food and drinks pool tables and games in the middle of the great north woods play, music and drink, eat...good specials get the nachos WOW!!!!!HUGE pizza is good the kids loved the fries and the games........ just a cool place to hang!!!!!!! oh yea get the chocolate pie
