Bubbles Car Wash

I'm there 10 min before they close and get turned away saying they're "closed, really I look at my clock with worker looking as well. It's not 5 "well we don't want to be drying cars in the dark". I call the office they say I was turned away because dryer was acting up. Truth be known, I'm always reluctant to go there. It's never done well for the price with a tip. Today solidified me never going back. This place is such a disappointment!

Most service requests are honored. The guys work hard to keep the customer satisfied. Usually if you're not satisfied you can speak to someone and it'll be fixed.

Simple put, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been using Bubbles Car Wash for years. Unfortunately, I believe they are now under new management. The past few times I've had my car washed I noticed that the quality of work has taken a turn for the worst.

However, the icing on the cake was this past weekend, I witnessed the manager yelling at a petite woman who was very calming explaining her dissatisfaction with their work. The manager made everyone so uncomfortable including his own workers. No thanks! I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

The manger went ballistic on me, getting in my face, raising his voice, and saying insulting remarks because I asked for some touch ups to the sloppy job his workers did. I asked about the sign that says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, to which he told me his team fulfilled 100% of the job I paid for. I disagree. I left with my car dirtier than when I came.

I would not recommend this place for anyone. It has been my car wash place for years. It must be under new management or ownership. What used to be good work and customer service has really gone away. They are friendly inside, but do terrible work outside. I literally don't even feel safe being there anymore. 100% don't waste your time and money.

Just left Bubbles and am very disappointed in the results. I know luv bugs are hard to remove but isn't that why people use a professional car wash. Additionally and worse in my opinion is that I can write my name in the dirt that was left in the very visible undercarriage just beneath the doors. I complained and the attendant did not seem to appreciate my issue. He wiped some if it but when I asked him to repeat the effort on the other side of the car he clearly was not having it.

I will not return.

This place is mainly convenience over quality. My dad went here after a haircut because we had some stains on the window and paint. We went there and got the best option for $40.

The convenience store smells like cigarettes. It's pretty much just holiday letters and some drinks. when I got a soda, the cashier seemed uninterested, but was still good at her job, so i'll give her that.

When the car got back, they missed a lot of spots on the interior. Dust that was easy to clean, residue that was overlooked, and untouched spots that had the most to deal with. To be fair, there were a lot of cars there, but, cmon, you can't get basic spots for $40? No complaint to the workers, just could have done better for the price

Still never coming back, we will drive to another spot no matter what.

Horrible service. Car washed twice and still dirty. Cost $69. We won't be washing our cars here.

I have to say that they did a good job overall. The staff were busy and making good use of their time and working diligently to get the cars through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. There were some spots that got overlooked but nothing major. I needed a quick car wash in this fit the bill.

Horrible! The guys drying and cleaning there is no order of how they complete vehicles you had 3 guys on a mid size sedan and one kid on a full size ram, how does this make sense? Not worth the price by a long shot.

Been awhile since I came here. Service went down under new ownership.
Half the people working there can't speak English now and they are very lackadaisical in their work. I was very disappointed. I had full service and only 2 guys worked on my vehicle. They were done in like 15 minutes. All the tires were half done, and many dirty spots were missed on the vehicle. Never going back. The original owners made sure everything was tip top, but now, no one cares and they hardly understand you when you try and talk to them.

Not sure new owner, or better management, but a major turn around over last year based on many reasons. I now give them 5 stars.
