I had purchased the certificate for my daughter. Her little Shih Tzu was in such bad shape and needed to be groomed badly. You did a wonderful job with what you had to work with. I am sure she will be bringing her back in the near future.

I was trying to find a place to groom my dog and they were very accommodating considering it was last minute. They were also very quick. However, my dog is a maltipoo and very white and so obviously she stains easily. They didn't do a very good job at cleaning the hair under her eyes and her mouth. Also they didn't clip her nails down or trim around her paws. But, overall she still looked pretty good and was clean and soft. The website was professional looking, but they place itself definitely didn't look half as good. That would be the only complaint because it definitely smelled and didn't look very clean. But considering the short notice I gave them and how quick they were able to do it I was pretty happy.

Brought in my small dog, this place is GREAT! And I'm one of those pain in the ass, can't please pet owners.. Location is perfect for the south east elk grove residents, really really nice employees, and an awesome product! The only problem (not anyone's fault) was my dog was allergic to the spray they used, nobody saw that coming, and I brought him in the next day to get washed again and they did it with NO PROBLEM and I was there for a total of 5 minutes! They didn't seem annoyed or anything and completely understood.. I'd recommend them to anyone, don't pay attention to these bad reviews, those people are complete morons.

My sister has been taking her Terrier to Bubbles and Bones and suggested I give them a try. Great customer service, lots of spa options, staff genuinely and loves working with pets. I have two Toy Poodles and like them cut a certain way. I only had to share once what my preference was, and the result was spot on! The staff said if you do not like the cut we will fix to your satisfaction. Bubbles and Bones is our new groomer/spa service and we are well pleased!

Called at 11am they were able to get my dog in within an hour for her first trip to the groomers. They accepted my dog (a year old german shep female) with excitement. About 3 hours later she was ready to be picked up and was so excited to be fresh and clean. Ill be returning in 6 weeks for a follow up deshedding treatment. The staff was helpful, passionate, friendly, and informative about their other yelp deals and coupons. Great job and i look forward to coming back.

I purchased the certificate and took my golden retriever in for a spa bath and puppy cut. They got me right in, were friendly, reasonably priced and took good care of my dog. He looks great and is ready for the summer!

Believe the website looks nicer than the facility. People are very very nice however the time managment is horrible. I've gone to this place a couple times however will not be returning. Did great job on my dog however when the amount of time it takes my puppy can not be there for 6 hours at a time for a grooming.

We have been bringing our standard poodle Tango to Bubbles and Bones for about 2 years. Every time he comes back from the groomer's, he looks GREAT and smells awesome! The groomers here also give dogs that extra touch with hair bows and bandanas. The shampoos and fragrances that Bubbles and Bones use last for around a week (despite Tango rolling in the grass when he got home!). This is definitely the place to take standard poodles and dogs that need a lot of grooming.

Linda is fabulous! She is a very skilled groomer as well as a kind and caring person. She always welcomes the dogs with a love. My two dogs love to go and see her, which is a big deal since one of them doesn't like to have his hair brushed. We usually get the spa package, which is only $5 extra, and they get an extra massage and their teeth brushed. Very fair prices. Thanks for everything!

I brought my miniature schnauzer here for the first time today and I will definitely be bringing her back for her next grooming. Linda, the owner, was very friendly and patient, even when I called to tell her I would be fifteen minutes late. You can tell that she really loves dogs and takes pride in her work. For $35 +tip, my dog was bathed, cut (how I like her to be cut, not a "schnauzer cut"), nails were clipped, ears cleaned, and anal glands expressed. She was done in a reasonable amount of time and my dog looks sooo cute!
