I was so excited that I found a Banh Mi shop so close to home but eh, Banh no! I read all the great reviews, and decided to drag my sister along (who had never had one before). After all my gushing about how great they were, we get home and instead of gushing I'm apologizing. They were tough, dry, and tasteless. They didn't have that warm crispy crust with the fluffy wonderment on the inside I was expecting.  I was thoroughly disappointed.

The two stars are for my melon tapioca drink, it was really good. But yea, don't come here for the Banh Mi.

Great Vietnamese sandwiches for $3.50!  The rice plates are killer and the portions are huge.

On my first visit I had a #10 - Chicken Vietnamese sandwich and I also ordered a #24 - chicken and shrimp rice plate for dinner at work.  The sandwich was tasty, the bread perfectly toasted, and the ingredients fresh.  For the price you can't beat it!

The rice plate was huge and delicious.  The shrimp was cooked perfectly and small salad included was very refreshing.

My favorite from the menu was a #65 - Vietnamese Iced Coffee.  To be frank, I would drive here just for this iced coffee.  It was out of this world and perfectly sweetened.  I just wish it was larger.

Overall, a sweet local spot to satisfy your Vietnamese fix.

Meh.. After reading all the great reviews on here, I honestly don't know where some taste buds have been. Disappointing really. The bread is rock solid. They don't have pickled radish and the "pickled" carrots in there don't even taste pickled! It doesn't come with the usual pate and mayo. I mean, they don't even speak vietnamese. I sound like a hater but cam houng in oakland has the best sandwiches. Maybe its just me.... Doubt it. 2 stars only because I was starving. Oh and they are super expensive compared to other great places I have been to.

Finally got a chance to try their banh mi a few days ago . The banh mi was super small ... it's about half the size of a normal banh mi . I had the combination meat banh mi which tasted alright but for some reason , the combination of meats just didn't taste right .

Unfortunately I have to downgrade my previous 5 stars. This place has changed owners and is not as good as it used to be, but still one of the only banh mi places around the area. Flavors just aren't the same as they were before though and now they cut the cucumbers on their sandwiches flat and paper thin...WTH? I never had a banh mi with them like that and I'm not a fan. And prices went up a lil bit too. Boooo to change.

I heard about them through here, through a friend, and I always pass by it. so today I've decided to stop by, I got the spring rolls and two #7s. the wait wasn't that long since it was only 11am, but i was immediately greeted by the two ladies. it wasn't the prettiest place to get food but it was worth the $9, yes, just $9! $3 Viet sandwiches!? WINNING! definitely going there more.

This place just saved me from a summer without a vietnamese sandwich. I just recently moved back out to Pinole after living in Union City for the past 4 years. One of the biggest differences I've noticed between the two areas has to do with food. Just, everything is better in the Union City area.  I used to think the food at Pac East mall was great, but after living in an area where there are almost infinite good food options, coming back home to shabby food was almost depressing.

One of the types of food that I was most sad about leaving behind was vietnamese sandwiches. In Union City, there was a great vietnamese sandwich place just a 5 minute drive from my house. I'd go there every week basically. But when I moved back to Pinole, I realized that I didn't know of any vietnamese sandwich places. That is, until I decided to randomly search yelp for a viet sandwich place in Pinole. Found this place, and it's no wonder I've never seen it before. It's in the ghettoest looking strip mall that Pinole has. I didn't even know people actually went into this area cause of how deserted it always looks whenever I drive by it. The parking lot is mostly just gravel, every shop is basically a hole in the wall, and there's some really random bbq pit out right next to the street. Super sketch, but nothing to be scared of since it's Pinole after all.

The restaurant is super small though. The kitchen is basically the whole restaurant. There's about 2 tables in there, but I think it's mostly for people waiting for their food. Don't really expect anyone to eat there. They have a $10 limit for credit card usage, so expect to buy a lot f you only have card. They had a pretty extensive menu though. I thought it would have only been sandwiches, but there's a whole vietnamese menu there. Bun and pho included. Gotta try it next time I go here.

Their sandwiches are really good though. A little bit different than the sandwiches I've gotten from other places. Main difference is the veggies. They're cut a lot thinner and smaller than I'm used to. Also their peppers are cut the same way, so if you're like me and you like to take your peppers out, then tough luck. I can sort of manage to take most of them out, but there's always gonna be a stealth pepper or two just waiting for you to bite into it. Luckily they're not as hot as the whole peppers at other sandwich places. Otherwise it's a very solid vietnamese sandwich. Better than Lee's, worse than Cam Huang.

I'm still pretty happy that I found a viet sandwich place around here though, especially in an area where I never thought I'd find one.

The only place in the area that does Viet sandwiches!

Super cheap, only 3 bucks a sandwich. They're more known for they're sandwiches more than anything else like pho, or vermicelli.

Quick service, can usually get in and out of there in about 5 minutes. It's not a "sit down" type place.

Bt sandwich deli doesn't have any siu mai banh mi, just pork combo and grilled meats.(3)

banh mi kind of large but  mostly it was  carrots and that other veggie.
didn't have that much of a taste.
    had a thirsty reaction later.

    leftovers:
-noodles, wontons, smoothies,  egg rolls, other vietnamese entrees. etc.
    -banh mi made to order.
    -take out only, no seating
-open kitchen, food prep kind of slow.
    -probably cash only.

I been here once before and got a vermicelli plate, but I have got to say I've had better, not bad just not my favorite dish here. So yesterday my girlfriend and I decided to try this place again but this time this place must be called Sandwhich Deli for a reason... so we decided to try a sandwhich this time. First off let me say I am not a big fan of Vietnameses sandwhiches due to the bread being a bagette  being very hard and difficult to bite into. However, this place is a totally different story. They seem to have fresh baked rolls in a box and they pop it in a toaster oven for a couple minutes. Oh btw I ordered a BEEF SANDWICH .. When I opened up my sandwhich I thought to myself okay how tasty can this thing be with not so much meat... I WAS WRONG! ... They cook the meat on a grill top and I believe they marinate the beef because the beef was so BOMB! It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!

I mix mayonaisse and sirachi together and spread it on my sandwhich at home, it is the best type of dressing to go with this awesome sandwhich. We just ate here yesterday mind you and I was already craving it the next day! After work we went straight here and ordered 3 beef sandwhiches two for me one for baby. The eggrolls too are delicous!

Service : The time I have came here there were only always two ladies working both very friendly and hospitable

No room to sit, but we just take it home anyway to enjoy.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!

For people who crave Banh Mi this is not the place that you would want to visit.  I guess that if this is the first place that you went for Banh Mi you would probably not want to have another.  I ordered number #6 (note: you have to order by number per the sign.)  I waited at one of 4 seats at the counter.  Several people came in to order the same sandwich.  If this is the go-to gold standard, I am afraid of what the other sandwiches might taste like.  It was overly fish sauced.  There was not much by way of veg on the sandwich.  The bread was good though.

I also had a taro pearl drink.  While the power tastes the same as anyone else, and so is the price, there was not enough ice.

    First and last.

Kay--first for all you non-vietnamese sandwich fan..this review is not for you!

Yelp fans you let me down again!  Figure with 88 reviews and the place got a 4 stars it would be worth a shot.  Needless to say.. I was wrong.  In my constant search for a place closer then Oakland, where I could get Vietnamese sandwiches that would not require me to shell out more then $4 a sandwich, I ran into this location through reading Yelp reviews.  The drive to Pinole from was not as bad as I thought..plus no wait so I was in and out in minutes and the sandwiches were only $3 each.

I kept asking the lady for a barbecue pork sandwich which she steered me to a #6 or some number I don't even remember now.  My husband so kindly points out to me the "order by number" sign when I was trying to clarified my order with the lady at the counter.  (Side note:  I am Vietnamese and I understand language barriers..but really??)  The two ladies there were super friendly and nice ..especially to my little girls, but I don't think she understood what I wanted to order cause I got grilled pork instead of barbecue pork.

So in summary of what I ordered:
Grill pork sandwich -bread was stale, meat was okay, ask for extra hot peppers several time...got only 1, lot of shredded carrots and no pickled veggies, and lack of cilantro.

Combo sandwich(my husband ordered this)--he said the bread was stale otherwise then that he said it was okay.  (side note: he's not into Vietnamese sandwiches anyway so his review wouldn't help)

Vietnamese Ice Coffee -- SUPER STRONG-- felt wired all day!  Too strong even for me and I like my Vietnamese coffee.

Strawberry and Banana smoothie (my daughter's order)-- love it!  Course what kid doesn't like a sweet smoothie??

Okay sandwiches not worth the drive for me even if it's only $3 a sandwich.  I'll continue to pay $1.50 more and go to Saigon Bistro in Concord. Over-all my search for my Vietnamese sandwich shop continues. (Note to self:  next time when trying new Vietnamese location...make sure you see/and read reviews made by Vietnamese people.)

Cheap ($3 a piece!) and tasty vietnamese Bahn Me sandwiches. Mostly good for a takeout but there is a very small uncomfortable looking counter if you want to eat in. Order ahead, the wait can take 10-15 min as they seem to be popular locally.

Maybe like 2.5 stars.  I've been trying find Vietnamese sandwich places close to Richmond for so long and I still haven't found any good ones. I tried the one in El Cerrito and that one sucks,  I already written a review about it.

BT in my opinion is a little better than ba le in El Cerrito, but it still sucks.  In both places the bread is stale,  what's wrong with Richmond area in not being able to have fresh toasted Baguettes? I had the #7 combination and that was alright, but for $3.00 that's a rip. In Oakland and San Jose you get the usual combination with more ingredients for less. The chicken sandwich was weird all together. It was like they made the ingredients to put into an eggroll (mien eggroll/lumpias), but instead put it in a baguette instead.

The egg and ham sandwich was alright and the pulled porked...ehh nothing worth noting about. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back because they don't even have the usual sandwich that all other vietnamese sandwich has. The eggrolls was pre-made and stored in a huge plastic container, not even under a heat lamp, so I didn't even bother trying those.

The only thing we tried there that was good was the avocado smoothie that my brother got. Oh and my girlfriend is Vietnamese and she heard them speaking Vietnamese, but we also heard them speaking another language which was probably Chinese. So they're chinese that knows how to speak Vietnamese, no wonder they're sandwiches are not up to par with Oaklands!

I guess I just have to make the drive to Oakland to either cam houng or ba le. VIETNAMESE SANDWICHES SUCK IN EL CERRITTO and PINOLE or anywhere around this area.

We came here to get some Vietnamese food.  Don't know why I didn't order a banh mi since it's what others were raving about, but maybe next time.

I walk in, look over the menu, and order in Vietnamese.  The guy behind the counter says, "What?"  I repeat it, then like a dummy, see the big sign that says to order by number.  So I order by number.  He turns to the woman making the food behind him and they have a quick convo IN CHINESE.  I don't know why it irks me that this Vietnamese place is run by Chinese folks.  No biggie, but I was looking for some homies to chat with and help keep my language skills alive.  Oh well.

I ordered the grilled pork and egg rolls over vermicelli noodles.  Food was good, but the egg rolls were not.  I also ordered a pearl drink because I love pearls, but it made me a bit sad to see them use a powder mix.

I'll come back for a sandwich and post a new review.

I came here based on yelp reviews.  For Pinole, it gets the job done for Vietnamese cuisine.  The place is extremely small and has 4 stools that you can post up at to eat.  I ordered 2 banh mi, shrimp with vermacelli, fried eggs rolls, 2 drinks and the total for my whole meal was $20 and only waited about 10 minutes for my to-go order.  Value was definitely there!  The beef banh mi were pretty good.   It was a shorter version of what you would see at lee's sandwiches but the bread was still fresh and crusty like Lee's.  A ton of shredded carrots were put on it, with 2 thick slices of jalapenos (which isn't really a positive thing) but there was just the right amount of meat.  The egg rolls were pretty tasty but there was some sort of mystery meat (I think) on the inside.  Overall it was pretty good but I wouldn't rush back any time soon.

BT Deli is basically a shack located in an obscure/borderline ghetto strip mall. There really isn't a Vietnamese sandwich shop around so it has no reason to be good... but it is. In fact, it compares to some of the best Vietnamese sandwiches anywhere. My favorite is the BBQ chicken sandwich, which I usually order every time at every sandwich shop so I can tell when there are inconsistencies, good or bad. At BT Deli, it's definitely good. The grilled meats are cooked on the spot and you can see them prepare it for you. Price is $3 which is reasonable and wait is usually 5-10 mins. My complaint: they need better bread. The bread isn't good to begin with and usually gets over-toasted. A soft, slightly crisped baguette would make this amazing.

My advice: Don't order other non-sandwich items on menu (disappointing), BBQ sandwiches are the best, and don't dine in unless you're looking for a new sandwich perfume/cologne

If you want a yummy vietnamese sandwich, this is the place to go. This is the closest Vietnamese place close to my house and it's pretty good.

It is a very small place. There are only 3-4  seats so definitely not a dine-in type of place.

I wish it  would close later.  I believe it closes at  6 or 6:30pm on the weekdays. The only time I can go there is on Saturday.  I believe they are closed on Sunday.

I drive by this place every day but never thought to go in. Today, as I was driving by it for the millionth time & thinking of what to eat for lunch I decided to go in.
I told the lady  that I am not very familiar with Vietnamese food but heard a lot of good things about them. I asked her to recommend something to me. She suggested I get a chicken sandwich.
I really liked it & it was $3!
I will definitely stop by there again.

I got the #37 (grilled chicken and eggrolls over vermicelli) and a taro drink with pearl to go.

They microwaved something. I don't know what but maybe it was the noodles. If it was is that considered ok?? I kind of hope it was the noodles and not the chicken or eggrolls but really, it could've been anything.  I know they fried something in a frying pan, that must've been the eggrolls... again, am hoping.  Portion was huge - could've been enough for two people to share.  Weird thing... I don't live very far and it wasn't freezing cold that day but when I got home neither the chicken nor the eggrolls were piping hot.  They should have been, seeing as they had Just cooked them not ten minutes ago!  But they weren't.  Both entrees were very oily.  The eggrolls weren't even crunchy.  Maybe they microwaved it and then fried it to try and make the outside crunchy... I should have paid more attention to their cooking!  And they tasted "meh".

The taro drink was indeed made from powder... I think all their drinks are made from powder (they have shelves with a bunch of containers filled with powders, different colors), which was disappointing.  Surprisingly, it tasted alright though.

If I'm feeling extremely hungry maybe I'll come back and try one of their sandwiches.  Maybe they'll be a lot better!

This is my go-to place when I'm craving a vietnamese sandwich.

    Pros:
    - Great prices. Sandwiches are $3.00 and Rice plates and soups from $5-$7. They also have tapioca drinks. The food is pretty good.
    - Family owned business. (i like to support the small local businesses)

    Cons:
-No tables. I always order to-go since there is no seating room except for a small strip of a table that faces the outside. I wouldn't blame them though since they have such a small place.
    - The location isn't the most inviting. It's located in a small strip mall and looks a little rundown.

Overall, I love this place.  Food is great at a decent price.I keep recommending it and I will keep coming back.

Tip: Call in your order so you don't have to wait. It makes things easier. It can get pretty crowded in there during lunch time.

I been having cravings for some good Vietnamese sandwiches and boy was this a good find! There was this other place I used to go to all the way in El Cerrito for some Bánh mí at this Viet Deli but it was just out of the way for me to travel. Luckily, on my way home, I found this hidden gem filled with all the vietnamese delicasies like pho, rice plates, fried and fresh spring rolls, sandwiches, and smoothies.

When I came here, I tried their grilled pork sandwich and fresh spring rolls and both were supperr good! I can't wait to come back here and try more stuff from them! And one more thing, this place is reaally small inside, there's only one small counter with three stools for customers to sit. I suggest take out whenever you come by. Other than that, food is great and service seems quite fast! I hear you can even phone in your order and just come by to pick it up without any wait!

I came here with a coworker for lunch today because I was craving banh mi, which are cheap and delicious sandwiches. However, this place falls a bit short for me.

The shop is small. There's limited seating (maybe enough for four people), which seems like it's meant more as a waiting area. There is really not much room to stand around in this place during lunch.

I was surprised to hear Cantonese being spoken instead of Vietnamese. There was a good number of people in the kitchen area, but it seemed like not many orders were coming out at an according speed. If anything, it seemed like there were too many minds clashing on getting the orders together.

I ordered the #10 (grilled chicken) with no cilantro, my coworker ordered a #15 (ham), and we shared a #2 (fresh shrimp roll). Of course, in the chaos, I could tell that even though they wrote down "no cilantro" in Chinese on the order form, that they would forget. Lo and behold, my sandwich had cilantro in it. Luckily it is easy to pick out and that I'm not as sensitive to it as some people can be.

There was a good amount of chicken in my sandwich. The flavor is essentially there, but it's definitely not the best, and certainly seems to be lacking in some departments. They don't have the pickled daikon along with their carrots. They don't put the rich, creamy mayo that other places typically have. They do put some kind of sauce on the sandwich. It seems like a watered down soy sauce, which resulted in a rather salty sandwich. The bread isn't bad. Be careful, as it's toastiness might tear up the roof of your mouth (not unusual).

Their fresh shrimp rolls were pretty good. Their peanut sauce was tasty, though it's consistency is a lot thinner than most peanut sauces I've had, so beware of drips!

For those who just need to satiate their banh mi craving and don't feel like driving any further, this place does the job.

I love this place. I try to come by BT Sandwich every chance I get when visiting Hercules.

This place is located in a grimy strip mall in Pinole off San Pablo Ave. but don't be fooled from the outside. When you come in to order a sandwich, you almost always get a warm greeting from the owners.

I always order the BBQ pork or chicken and it's just the best tasting Vietnamese sandwich around Pinole/Hercules/Rodeo. I've also tried their Vermicelli BBQ pork and just as delicious as well. This place also sells Pearl Teas and had their Vietnamese pearl coffee drink and boy was I jittery but no complaints, I love strong Vietnamese coffee.

Too bad this place is closed on Sunday's because I always have a craving for a Vietnamese Sandwich on Sundays.

I feel bad giving BT Sandwich 2 stars, but unfortunately, their Vietnamese sandwiches didn't WOW me.

Given, the closest Vietnamese sandwich place would be in El Cerrito, so if you're in need of a quick fix, most definitely come here. Beware of their off hours ... they say they're open 6 days a week from 10am-8pm, but there have been so many times when I've driven by and they were closed.

I've also had their BBQ Chicken Rice plate. This was *much* better than their sandwich, in my opinion.

Would I go back? For a quick fix of a rice plate or vermicelli, yes. Would I recommend it? For those in need of a quick Vietnamese fix (Bamboo Chopstick is a nice sit-down restaurant that I frequent and highly recommend).

Bottom Line: Cheap fast-food type VIetnamese food.

I have seen this place for a while when driving down San Pablo Ave. Just yesterday I actually stopped by...and was surprised!

The place doesn't look like it has much to offer, especially where it is located, but you will definitely be amazed. This place is perfect for take-out. It definitely isn't a dine-in restaurant unless it is just you and 1-2 more people.

I ordered an Egg Vietnamese sandwich, which was only $2.75 and my sister ordered fresh spring rolls, 2 for $3.00. It took about ten minutes to get our food, which is why the "Man-in-Charge" recommended calling ahead. The food was delicious! My sister couldn't believe how fresh her spring rolls were and I was still stunned that such a good sandwich was so cheap!
We also ordered some Vermecelli (I think it was grilled chicken with egg rolls) and my sister enjoyed it!

This place is surprisingly delicious and I highly recommended it!!

Oh..and I forgot to mention..the have Boba tea here too!

The way I discovered this place was by a menu stuck on my car. About two years ago, my car was parked in the carpool area in Hercules. I thought it was junk till I read it. When I first read that they had opened up a Vietnamese deli, I got so excited! hehe Note: I live in a small city with barely any restaurants, not even the neighboring cities have a decent Vietnamese place.

The Vietnamese Deli is a small family owned deli. The owners are really pleasant and cook fast. I usually come here about twice a month because I love their Banh mi sandwiches and spring rolls. Today I ordered BBQ pork over rice for my daughter, fresh spring rolls and a BBQ pork sandwich. Results = Yummy to my Tummy =)

Came here a few months ago but never got around to cooking up a review until now so here it is!

First off, I hate the location of this place. Definitely sketch and would not want to come here when it's dark. The inside is extremely small; there are no tables except for this small strip of a table overlooking the parking (what a view) which seats probably 4 people at max. We ordered the fried egg rolls, and a couple grilled pork Vietnamese sandwiches to go. Each was around $3.00 which is around what other Viet restaurants charge. The fried egg rolls were way too greasy for my liking and I did not like the sauce it came with. It wasn't your typical sauce with carrots and raddish. Instead it was oily and vinegary. The sandwich, on the other hand, was not great, but good. The bread was fresh and crunchy while the pork was fully cooked and had a nice taste to it. The vegetables were fresh and crispy as well, making a delectable sandwich, most definitely worth $3.00

The verdict? Will I be back? For the sandwiches, yes, but now I know I can pass on the fried egg rolls. I just wish the location was a little better.

I saw this place on one of my bus rides home from the BART station when I used to visit my parents from college. I live in San Jose, so Vietnamese food is something I'm pretty familiar with. So I decided to try it out and see how it compared to the Vietnamese sandwich places in San Jose.

The place is pretty small, there are only 4 stools at a counter. But I think it's more for take-out.

The menu is pretty standard: they have sandwiches, pho(noodle soup), rice plates, tapioca drinks, etc.

Everything I have had is pretty good.  My only complaint is that their sandwiches are a bit expensive compared to San Jose.  Also I would like if the place was bigger, with more places to sit down.

Overall, I enjoy going here when I visit home.  I would definitely recommend checking it out

I went through a phase when I was eating their spring rolls and thai iced tea everyday for lunch, and I never got sick of it!

The very, very nice lady that works here also specially makes me a vegetarian sandwich because there isn't one on the menu. I love her! She's so nice and funny.

The pho is also really really good! I'm so happy that there is a Vietnamese restaurant so close to where I work!

ALSO, they don't have the menu online except for here: http://chowhound.chow....

it's easier to call in an order and just pick it up!

I've been hearing about the local Vietnamese sammich shop and decided to finally try it out. I was kinda stoked since it got really good reviews on Yelp.

I walk in and boy, is it tiny! Definitely a place made for to-go orders. Two steps from the entrance is the front counter. On the right are a few stools to sit and eat while looking into the parking lot. The window is about a foot away from your face so if you don't mind being on display for all the Pinoleans to watch you eat, go for it.

I ordered a honeydew shake with pearls (my fave) but was very disappointed when she pulled out a container of green powder labeled "honeydew". I was about to tell her to forget it but opted not to. I should have listened to myself because I hate powdered boba and this confirmed it once again. If you've had one made with fresh fruit, you'll know what I mean.

I also attempted to order a sandwich but the lady said they're out of it. I found that kinda odd for a Saturday at 1pm and also because I saw some baguettes behind her...whatever. I took it as a sign that it wasn't meant for me to have one.

Maybe this isn't the fairest of reviews since I didn't eat their food but I thought I'd throw my two cents in for those boba addicts like me. I've decided NOT to come back unless it's a cold day and I'm sitting at home craving pho. I don't think I'm missing much by not being a returning customer. My sister told me, in a monotone voice, "they're alright"...I trust her taste in food. I know for sure I won't order another tapioca drink here. There's a few places that are about a 10-15 minute drive away from this place where you can sit down at a table, choose food from a larger menu and have a tapioca drink with fresh fruit...that's where you'll find me.

BT Sandwich Deli-cious! Wow. Only $3 for a grilled pork or chicken sandwich! I loooove that they use rolls instead of sliced bread! Meat is thinly sliced and grilled to perfection. Plus, they add cilantro and other yummy veggies = yum-o!

Their menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, plates, desserts and tapioca drinks.

The only reason I took a star off is bc the lady behind the counter was a bit pushy while I was looking at the menu. They also, only have like a four person counter to eat off.

Closed on Sundays and $10 min for CCs.

Would have given this a lower rating had I only tried the noodle dishes (which are normally my favorite at Vietnamese restaurants) but due to the advice of another Yelper I went back and tried the Grilled Pork Sandwich before reviewing.  It was awesome!  Bread was super fresh, marinade on meat was delicious, and it was only $3!!  I didn't even know you could get a meal for that price anymore!!!  Topped it off with the Watermelon Smoothie that I have been addicted to since moving here and my belly is happy :)  Ps they get 5 stars for the straws that come in their smoothies!  Every smoothie or shake should have a straw that big!

Yes, it is true, these people are Chinese running a Vietnamese resteraunt.  I think it was their constant conversations in Chinese that gave them away.

But hey, for the tiny set up they got the menu is pretty big.

The sandwiches are fine.  The vermichelli is good. The fried rolls are good.   The boba is good.   Not too much space to sit and eat so I recommend walking next door to the Villa and chasing your yummy sandwich with a cold beer. Cheers!

I love the sandwiches and I love the owners/staff!!!!!   I eat here almost once a week and the food is so good.  I bring friends all the time (ones who have never hear of a Vietnamese sandwich let alone had one...they are all hooked).  If you are looking for cheap, great food that is ready in minutes this is your place.

This is a great spot if you stopping by for lunch or your on your way home from work and want to get something delicious to take home for dinner.

Decided to give this place a try since I was craving a Vietnamese sandwich and in the area. The place is small and I could tell I was going to smell like food when I left and I hate that! So I ordered a grilled pork and a grilled chicken sandwich and was kind of disappointed. The roll was over toasted, the meat was dry and not plentiful, and there weren't enough veggies. I did eat both of them but only because I don't like wasting food.

Maybe I'll give them another try. Perhaps it was an off day.
