What a sad and sorry place this is. Our food was cold when it finally arrived. But this was after waiting for almost 30 minutes. When we kept asking why, the sweet white haired lady hostess said "Just a moment' and walked away, finally going into the kitchen to avoid us. Granted, we were a large party (16) but the place was half empty with help standing around listening to the singers, Mr+Mrs Coin, who were very good. The waitress was OK, but sprinkling our table with straws for our drinks was a bit much. The cold food was inexcusable, and the Manager was 'off' for the night' and the Asst. Mgr was 'busy on the line cooking', and couldn't find the time to come to our tables and say anything. Go elsewhere and be treated better.

Worst meal I think I've ever had the displeasure of paying for, Worst service I've ever had, asked three time for silverware and rolls. Both came out after the sad excuse of a steak. Neither one of us could chew the thing. When we complained we were offered take home boxes, not sure why, would re-heating a super tough piece of beef make it better ?Horrible service horrible food, horrible place. We really need something less than one star to score this Hell-hole correctly.

You would think that a steakhouse might have a decent steak, turns out that is the worst thing you could order at this place. We had a party of 11 and 3 of us got steak. Each one was absolutely horrible. Worst steak I have ever eaten. I have paid 2.99 in college for steak and eggs that had more flavor than the $20 strip at this place. I have never complained to a server about a meal before visiting this place. The manager did not even bother to visit the table after our complaint. Most of the other food was ok, but nothing to write about on yelp. Do not visit this place, stay far away.

garbage. nickle and dimed our group of 30. charged for the damn birthday cake they brought out on their own. charged for side salads when 2 sides are "included." the person across from me got his food and finished 30 mins before I got mine. they didn't care, just see dollar signs. horse balls. by the way, my friend couldn't get 2 blocks before we had to pull over so he wouldn't shit his pants. true story.

Lousy, slow service. Everyone around us was complaining about how long their food was taking, much of ours was wrong when it finally did arrive but we had waited so long by then that we would have missed our show if we had sent it back for correcting. We thought we were on candid camera or something where everyone in the joint is the butt of a joke, but no one ever came out to surprise us with the news.
