I stumbled across this place when I went to the Bryn Mawr garage sale festival, which BTW was fabulous. It's one of those places you wouldn't go out of your way to go to but you can tell it's a local hang out. Best part about this place, "Restroom" and I must say I used it a few times so I felt obligated to buy something!
The coffee was good and is obviously the main focus but they do serve breakfast baked goods that seem to be made fresh somewhere but it looks too small for them to be made onsite. They have a few sandwiches pre-made on croissants in the fridge so it's great for a grab and go kind of lunch. They had hot sandwiches on the menu but when I ordered one they said they weren't doing them that day, I'm guessing because of the crowds from the sale.
My only gripe is that there's not too much food selection and barely any indoor seating which is strange for a coffee shop. However they have a great patio with lots of umbrella tables so if it's a nice day who wants to be inside anyhow!
