Horrible!!!! The bartenders couldn't make a simple vodka sprite, and then charged us $11 for one drink. The same drink previously cost $4.60 for a friend in our group. They stopped our second game in the 4th frame, even though we paid for two games. Since the person who checked us in was no longer around the new person behind the counter said he couldn't just give us "a free game". In summary, worse bowling alley ever.

I have bowled here many times and have taken the kids to birthday parties here. The kids love it. If they don't want to bowl they can play around in the arcade. The alcohol is also reasonably priced for the adults.

My husband + I recently help our son's 4th birthday party here. I can't speak highly enough about what they provide for the money we spent. The staff and bowling party was a blast for everyone. Their indoor carnival area is one will frequent on many days throughout the winter. This place is a one stop shop and great deal for the dollar!

Huge bowling alley with a large arcade room, laser tag, and even had rides and a carousel!

Unfortunately when we went (Saturday afternoon) there was cosmic bowling (in the afternoon!!???) and was over crowded with birthday parties...therefore we didn't get to bowl.

Had my nephew's birthday party here with the relatives because they were all in town for Thanksgiving.  It was kind of pricey, but worth it!!  We had 9 adults and 5 kids.  We got 3 lanes and bowled for 1.5 hours and they were so helpful.  I emailed them our names and shoe sizes and it was all set up and laid out when we arrived.  We ate pizza and drank pop during bowling then went to the party room to eat cake and open presents.  Our helper stayed around and brought pizza and pop and carried presents, she was great.

Oh, and it was cosmic bowling - lights low / music.  Wasn't sure how that would go over but everyone had a ball - from ages 4 to 72.

If you have little kids, ask them for the "ball roller."  Its a metal contraption that's just a ball slope so the little ones can put the ball at the top and push it down the slope.

Make sure if you want to bowl you go during a promotional time.  Monday nights from 9pm-close its $1 per bowling game, $1 hotdogs, and $1 pop.  Or Tuesdays from 9-close its $7.99 unlimited bowling. Not a bad deal but still have to pay $3.49 for shoe rental. Not the prettiest place it overall looks old.  Makes for a cheap night out if you go Monday or Tuesday night.

The bowling experience was OK however the help and the staff in the gaming area is absurdly rude.  They hire these typical 16 year old kids who have no respect or work ethic to deal with people cashing in tickets, laser tag etc.  Our family will not go back to Brunswick Naperville any more.

Walked in through the door and felt like a kid again... went to go sign up for a lane, and we had to take a number because it was packed. while we waited for our  number to be called, we went over to the arcade and played games. As a kid, you don't realize how short the games are. They're made to take your money, and let you lose asap, to turn the game over to someone else.

Then it was time to bowl! We go to the counter, pay 20 bucks for 2 games, which I found to be pricey, because that was with a 5 dollar discount.

Go get 2 jack and diets at the bar which cost another 13 dollars for 16 oz. cups filled with ice and barely any alcohol. I kindly asked if she could put a little more jack in them because we couldn't taste it. She said sorry, I can't do that. I smiled and said thank you and walked away thinking I should have gotten the beer I initially wanted.

The game was so fun though! I missed bowling... I got 4 strikes in a row and surprised myself because I haven't played since I was a kid.

All in all, fun place, just pricey.

Went to play pool here for my boyfriend's birthday. In addition to a giant room of pool tables, there's also:
    - a bowling alley (they had black light bowling going on while we were there -- too much strobe lights and crap for me; give me regular old fluorescent lights and teams from the Local Union playing in the next lane instead of a teenager birthday party, please.)
    - a weird indoor theme park of sorts (a carousel and some sort of small roller coaster-y ride, and bumper cars, at least; the guys in our group, who've been here the most, said this part is never open)
    - a laser tag room
    - the Arcade. This is sort of like the "graveyard for games that time forgot," according to my boyfriend. Wanna play Ms. Pacman...not online? Or the X-Men arcade game you loved in high school? Yep, it's here. Yeah, they have Dance Dance Revolution and Skee-Ball and those grab-a-prize-with-the-crane games like at the carnival, but a lot of this stuff seems perilously old. (Or am I behind the times and it's now "retro"?) If nothing else, it's funny to walk around and look at it all...until the sound effects and the screaming kids drive you nuts. Okay, I apparently am old.

I would have rated this place 5 stars a few years ago, but it's just sad now.  Bowling is incredibly expensive, not much more to say about that.  The game room is just depressing though.  I used to come here and see huge crowds playing DDR Extreme, lines for the row of fighting games, and some really cutting edge games mostly only seen in Japan and California.  Now?  Besides Pump It Up PRO (which is now outdated), there is nothing new-ish or remarkable.  For the coin-op gaming enthusiast, this place is a total bust.

Old school bowling and arcade games.  Go, get drunk, eat shitty pizza and have fun.  Kids will have more fun then you will and thats always a plus.

when i lived in naperville my roommates and i went here a few times, and it was alright. it's mediocre all around- mediocre prices, mediocre food, mediocre beer prices and mediocre atmosphere. gets a bit loud sometimes, and the parking is pretty dimly lit.
