I took some classes from Sensei Eric a few years ago. High strung? Well, in the sense that he has loads of energy and tends to move (and talk) really fast, that's somewhat true. But he is the soul of politeness; I say this as someone who is hypersensitive to rudeness.
In the course of my classes, I developed grace, balance, strength, and confidence. Considering my innate clumsiness, discoordination, and shyness, I think this speaks well of Sensei Eric's patience and knowledge. I highly recommend BMAA to anyone wishing to learn martial arts from a great teacher. -

My son started classes at another local marital arts school after leaving Brunswick Martial Arts Academy in tears. When I told the new instructor he had left Brunswick Martial Arts Academy, he nodded with understanding and said, "Charming, aren't they? There's a big difference between strict and harsh."
Had I known the reputation of Brunswick Martial Arts Academy, I never would have brought my son there to begin with and saved him terrible humiliation.1 Previous Review:
