Our family's been coming down to Brunswick County for 25 years and have passed by the bowling center all that time. Over the recent Thanksgiving holiday the whole extended family decided to bowl a couple of frames and we couldn't have been happier with our experience there. It is indeed an older facility but well-cared for and immaculate inside. Staff was extremely friendly and the prices can't be beat. We were there at about 1:30pm and paid $2.50 for shoes and only $1.75 per game ... a great deal compared to the newer and shinier facilities on the Strand that have far less character than this institution. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a fun and inexpensive activity for an afternoon or rainy day.
