Breugger's is a franchise which sells bagels, "baked fresh" (quoting from their site) - they have many different kinds of bagels and many different kinds of cream cheeses which you can get with your bagel, or order separately to go in containers.
Friends and I were there on a Sunday morning. The line was long and the place was packed full of students cramming for exams.
I ordered the jalapeno cream cheese bagel. It wasn't bad - the taste left a little to be desired (didn't taste too much jalapeno) but the texture was just crispy enough to serve. I liked it! Recommended, but don't get the jalapeno cream cheese, try another one of their varieties instead. -

Like all Bruegger's, there are tons of different bagels and cream cheeses, but the best combo is a garlic bagel with bacon-scallion cream cheese. For a chain, these bagels are better than average (average = Dunkin' Donuts bagels), so I'm a fan. I don't recommend their coffee though. But bagel sandwiches are pretty good too if you are looking for something for lunch.
