A franchise bagel and coffee shop. They are good at what they do.
Could become habit forming. Frequent customers save money through some monthly programs, bottomless cups and remembering that wednesday is half-price dozen day.
I wish there was one closer to where I live. -

It's ok if you're looking for a relatively quick and not too heavy breakfast. They had some kind of zesty egg white bagel with sun dried tomato paste on it and that was pretty good.
I don't like that if you order a peanut butter and jelly bagel they just give you a side of peanut butter and jelly and you have to put it on yourself. By the time you get through the register and sit down and all that jazz your bagel is barely hot enough to melt your PB&J into a delicious consistency. Anyway, I'm only complaining about it because they used to put it on for you and now they don't for some reason. -

Yeah the food is decent. My personal favorite is the Herby Turkey. My wife says that the mocha here is better than Starbucks. My biggest criticism is that the place seems to be poorly managed. Having only three people working on a Saturday morning seems like it would only happen once, but it's becoming a common occurrence. Having been a long time fan of Einstein's and Noah's Bagels, this place just isn't as good. It's passable, since it's the only decent bagel place in the area.
This morning I was waiting a little long at the register for my coffee drinks to be made, and it prompted the semi-creepy guy that was standing a little too close to me to ask if I had ordered something complicated. I really wanted to ask him what the f could be complicated in a bagel place, but instead I said, 'just some coffee drinks' and left it at that. Why do strangers feel the need to talk to me? -

It's okay. That's about it. I'd rather take the trip down 565 and go to Panera for breakfast.
