Review from Sarah K.
Had the Egg&Cheese on a Rosemary&Olive Oil bagel. Deeelicious combination!
Be warned - their coffee isn't the freshest. I saw another customer complain about her coffee, and I asked the age of the French Vanilla coffee, it had been out awhile. They promptly asked, though, if I wanted a fresh batch made. Since I was eating there, I was cool with that.
LOVE that they have vanilla flavored creamer!! YUM.
Good selection of bagels, and they are generous with the lox. Will definitely come again.
Only complaint - the ordering system (disorganized line) is rather confusing. -

The best bagels in town. They are incredibly fresh and most of the time they are warm when you get there in the AM. I really love the rosemary and olive oil bagel - it's SOOOO moist and soft. The sun dried tomato bagel is incredible if you want to make bagel pizzas. I also really like the cheddar pesto and the jalapeno. They have a wide selection of cream cheeses including maple, jalapeno, bacon scallion, cucumber dill and honey walnut. For you sugar fans, they have a cinnamon sugar one that is like a churro bagel!

So the food here is overall good, BUT the in-efficiency kills me. They have two the staff they need yet still barely manage to get your order right and ring you up semi-timely. I like the chicken soup (if you are in the mood) but every other soup I had (chili included) is a waste of time. They also lack a decent selection of chips or other sides. They are however very friendly and happy to adjust your sandwich/bagel however you would like it. I enjoy the wise selection of cream cheeses they have along with the varied bagel selection. If they could get the place organized it could go for a 5 star review. They also have a crazy $150 refill cup (which works if you visit 3 x a week). Maybe lower it people to half?

I went in a little before 10AM on a Monday morn., it was not crowded at all. There was a two people party ahead of me, and two employees working. By the time I got there it seemed that their order was getting wrapped up. Yeah, it was...but the employees were lagging. The guy working there said he'd with me 3-5 minutes of me waiting. He said he'd be right with me...he wasn't. I was thisclose to leaving, but I was craving a bagel.
The only redeeming thing is that I got a fresh from the oven bagel.

I love this place! The breakfast bagel sandwiches are addictive. Eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, spinach...yum. All kinds of good stuff.
Lots of lunch options too.
To be honest I don't love the cream cheese, pretty generic store bought cream cheese. But I am hooked on the breakfast sandwich so who cares.
Plus the staff are so sweet. Family like feel if u go in often especially. -

Amazing bagels! Always fresh and delicious. They have a great selection, with a couple flavors I had never tried before but now love.
Only reason it's four stars is because anytime I go and there's a person or two in front of me, the service slowssssss down a lot.
That little thing is not nearly bad enough to keep me from going back! -

The people there are VERY nice, you can tell they are owner operators who care about the level of service they provide. The breakfast bagel sandwich is good, not the most unbelievable I've ever had, but then does one exist?
I order a box of coffee there every month for our monthly meeting, and it's always hot and ready to go. -

I hate to give them such a bad rating as the staff seem friendly enough, but I have never met a bagel I didn't like until now. I went here maybe 6 months ago for the first time and absolutely hated my bagel. I couldn't finish it. I thought maybe I went on an off day as the cream cheese tasted off and the bagels were hard. I went back the other day and had the same result. I am sure that the cream cheese is not off, but it just tastes weird. Bitter or sour or something. The bagel itself was once again very hard to chew. Not hard as in stale, hard as in boiled tough feeling. I told my mom about it and she was like, ew, why did you go there it's gross. I feel really bad because this place is close to my house and it's not very busy and nice people, but I can't rate these nasty bagels any higher.

Great food and very friendly staff. The price is a bit high, but that's what you get for not making your own bagel. The place just has a real friendly vibe to it. A place that you wouldn't mind hanging out at rather than a Noah's where there is rarely room to sit and seems more of an in and out thing.

FINALLY a NY style BAGEL without having to drive to Brentwood (NY Bagel Co) or La Crescenta (Goldstein's). This is the traditional boiled than baked bagel. Crispy on the outside, extra chewy inside. No toasting needed. Personally I like the garlic and the onion. Salt bagel is my guilty pleasure, better than a soft pretzel because of the chewiness.

These are really great bagels...once you try them you will taste the difference. I also like that you see them being made fresh right there in the store, not shipped in from somewhere else. They also have other great food/reasons to go there. I also like that they give their customers special offers I can get online at http://www.bogopod.com...?
I got a great bagel and saved money. -

Went there for a Sunday lunch. The staff was friendly and prepared the food quickly. Excellent bagel sandwiches. My wife and I split the Herby Turkey and the Radishy Roast Beef, both were great. Looking forward to my next Radishy Roast Beef sandwich. Next time I'm not sharing. Oh, good Ice Tea too.

Truly the nicest folks in town! Love this place & my kids love the pizza bagel for a quick after school snack. Their iced coffee is sooo good! There bagels are just great & freeze well too. check out all of their cream cheeses - love that they have seasonal flavors. The pumpkin was the bomb! I've always been greeted immediately & find everyone that works there is nice! I also really like their "tip" jar - it's for a non-profit like breast cancer awareness or other non-profits - great idea!
