Great pizza and wings. The first time I went here I thought the wings were a little on the dry side but the second time I went I added the spicy sauce (not spicy) and it was the perfect addition to the wings. The pizza actually out did the wings. So cheesy, and the pizza sauce was perfect.
The only negative thing I have to say about the place is the lack of customer service that is provided. The older Asian lady doesn't have any manners at all. I said thank you to her twice while she brought my meal to me but she didn't seem to acknowledge my graciousness whatsoever.
I had the number five which consisted of, 5 spicy wings,1 slice of pizza, and a fountain drink. After a tip it cost under $10.00
    Not bad.. enjoy!

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for 20 wings and fries and didn't even get an apology. Will never return

Bruceski's opened in the mid 2000s and was run by a Buffalo, NY native. Back then the pizzas were authentic Buffalo style and the wings were amazing.  Around two years ago they sold the business and it was then that things went downhill. The new owners use lower quality ingredients, raised prices ($10 for an order of 10 wings? Ridiculous) and as you've seen from others - are rude to customers.  It's a shame how this once-outstanding pizza joint has been run into the ground.

This place was disappointing to say the least.  I am a huge buffalo wings fan so when I heard of this place I had to try it out.  First let's start with the woman behind the counter.  She wasn't rude but didn't got out of here way to be friendly either.  From the no-nonsense and stoic demeanor, it was obvious she'd rather be anyplace but here taking my order.  I tried to strike up conversation regarding the hotness (or lack thereof) of the sauces and she wasn't having it.  I settled on 10 wings mild and a large beverage.

The food took about 15 minutes to prepare and was piping hot upon delivery.  Buffalo wings come in three varieties: saucy, dry rub, or marinated.  I have no idea what these wings were because there was no sauce on the wings and after eating two or three, they were void of any kind of buffalo sauce flavor.  Translation, they were bland!

Perhaps this restaurant  specializes in pizza and buffalo wings are an after thought. There was NOTHING special about the food, service, or decor.     Maybe the big busted blonde woman as mentioned by "Jason C" would have added an extra star but since she was nowhere to be found, I give BBW&P two stars.

I was slightly disappointed because I didn't get to see the big-busted blonde woman when I went in tonight, but the food was good enough to make up for it.

I liked the wings because they have no breading, and the "hot' sauce is a good balance not too hot but had a kick. The wings were good but I actually liked the pizza more.

As you can see in my picture, the pizza was oozing with cheese and had a teriffic crust. The crust was thin and a little crispy, you could tell it was fresh, Just enough chewiness and very good flavor. After eating the wings, all I could eat was half of the 12" pizza, which was bigger than I expected.

Overall, a very good experience and I will definately go back, it's only 2.7 miles from my house. It is a lot tinier of a place than I imagined. The dining area is about the size of my bedroom.

I am a big fan of good wings, which in turn makes me a tough critic. I think Bruceskis runs a good business. Their service has been wonderful for the past three years that I have been dining there. I would recommend the habanero flavored wings, with blue cheese.

Pizza wise, I like that its thin crust but its I think its a pretty average pie.

Their menu has expanded quite a bit since there owners changed a few years back and now includes chicken tenders, french fries, ect..

I would recommend take out because the restaurant is always hot and a smells funky.

Overall it is good food at a moderate price

After hearing rave reviews of the wings from friends, we caved in and ordered for delivery. It is on the pricey side, but these wings are worth it. They are crispy, juicy, and meaty! I recommend ordering some extra sauce on the side as ours were on the dryer side (we like them saucy). I'm giving 4 stars because they are pricey.

This is truely a mom & pop place.  They are one of the first restaurants you can drive to off Ft. Lewis and they get a lot of military folks that go here during lunch.  Their menu is pretty good, and for $8 including a drink, you'll be full.

I got a combo that had a pretty good slice of pizza and 10 hot wings and a drink for about $8, and I was pretty full.

The mom that runs the place is a blond lady who... well, likes to show off her assets.  Or should I say boobsets.  She wore a low cut top, and then when you order she leans over to take your order.  I mean, not very classy, but I can see why they get a lot of military in there if you know what I'm saying.

Overall some really good food, and I always support my mom & pop restaurants.  Give it a try.

    Wings done right. Nuff said.

    But I'll still say more.

Last night we were craaaving some real buffalo chicken wings, but based on what we've had here in oly before, we weren't too optimistic about finding wings that were going to truly hit the spot. We hit Yelp though and typed buffalo chicken wings into the search. There were a couple spots that looked so so, and then there was Bruceski's--with at least four stars in every review.

Neither one of us really felt like driving up to Dupont, but the thought of good wings brought me down the road to pick it up--from Tumwater at 7pm on a Saturday night, I made it in under fifteen minutes.

We were NOT disappointed.  For about $30, the two of us got an order of 20 mild wings and a traditional calzone with pepperoni and mushrooms. The only drawback to the wings were that they weren't swimming in sauce, but otherwise they were ON POINT. The calzone was awesome as well, and it came with a little container of red sauce that was delicious, if not too small (next time I'll get an extra).

All in all, a great wing shop. From the outside it looks like a chain, but definitely tastes like a mom and pop operation.

Looking forward to trying the pizza next time.

If you're a fan of any team from Buffalo, NY, you'll fit right in.  The restaurant is very clean, has a nice patio dining area, and the food is very tasty.  I ordered a lunch special of five wings, a slice of pizza, and a drink for $6.  I got the medium wings and they were cooked perfectly and had the right amount of sauce on them (they weren't drenched, but wet enough).  While the pizza slice was a bit smaller than what I consider a "normal sized NY slice", the crust was a classic crispy/chewy and the toppings were delicious.

I'm sure this is an isolated issue, but I had to wait to make my order since the cashier was having an argument with one of the cooks.  I was standing right at the counter with money in hand, and while she stood three feet away from me, she just had to get in the last word with that cook before taking my order!

Overall, very nice place with some good food.

As I type this review, I am taking a bite out of the best chicken wing that I have ever tasted. If you know me, I am a picky eater and I don't really eat a lot of chicken. But one day, I gained the courage to try it, so I took a bite of my friend's chicken wing and I was in love!

I would expect about a 15 minute wait after you order. If you don't like waiting, then I would recommend calling in your order.

Used to be great service, great wings. Not anymore. Few months ago, called in a order for lunch, and still waited 40 minutes. No apology even. Didn't go back till today. Now they have raised prices, and said "only one dressing" per order of 10 wings. Used to eat here often, but after tonight, never again. The ownership changed around 2 years ago, and it all went down hill. Too bad.

I almost didn't go here because many of the reviews raved about the wings (I don't like wings) and said it was a great lunch place (I was looking for dinner).
Best pizza ever!  Repeat...Best pizza EVER!
And, they are open for dinner, too!  This is a great little place, near my home. They are friendly, use quality ingredients, and I will go here again and again

We love the wings here! These are WINGS, not dressed up drumsticks. Not a lot of breading, just lean and mean meat with firetruck red sauce. Tangy and sweet, but still letting the juicy chicken flavor shine through!

OK. I used to work here. The original owners are from Buffalo and all the stuff on the walls is from their personal collection. Nice people.            The wings are fresh, no breading and cooked to order then tossed in any sauce you want. They have Mild, Medium, Hot, Jalapeno Hot, Habanero Hot, Sweet BBQ & Spicy BBQ. To the guy that said the mild wings are bland...well that is because the sauce is 75% butter 25% Franks. And the butter absorbs really quick into the chicken.  The pizza dough is made daily, the blue cheese is homemade. Salads are hand cut fresh and so are the celery & carrots that accompany the wings. So as for the new things that are added to the menu since the owners changed in 2009, my favorite is the boneless chicken wings. Yum. And the blonde boobie girl everyone chats about is the original owners daughter and no longer works there. Hold your tears guys...there are other boobies out there.  :)

Being that my partner is infatuated with anything Buffalo he has been wanting to stop here since we discovered it a few months ago. The service is no frills but the placed is filled with Buffalo, NY memorabilia which would make any Buffalonian proud. I  had the veggie calzone which was just "ok", the crust was good but the sauce has no flavor. My partner thought his pizza was mediocre but the wings were great. If you are craving Buffalo, NY wings give these guys a try but for anything else forget it.

Ordered: Medium pepperoni and mushroom and 15 piece hot wings
Pizza: Terrible pepperoni, not much bigger than the little square stuff that they put on your pizza in school.
Wings: Cooked perfectly and the sauce was good, I ordered the hot and it wasn't very hot though. Was nervous about ordering the jalapeno hot because even though I love very spicy food, I'm not a big fan of jalapenos.
Recommend: Definitely recommend the wings, pizza not so much, maybe if you don't get the pepperoni
