Excellent service! I have used Bruce's Tree Service for the last 10 years, but this was the best. They always put the scope of the work in writing before starting, they are always friendly, professional and leave the jobs site spotless, but this time the team was exceptional. Times are challenging and I decided to dig out one small stump myself, as it was only 3-4 inches wide. The tree stump removal team was removing a large stump and just did it as a favor without any coaxing. Thank you Vito

As background, my mother hired this firm to remove three trees and their stumps. This was on August 22, 2009. The trees were removed, but as of today, May 28, 2010, the stumps remain. We have tried numerous times to request a refund for the stumps with the sad story that times are hard... yada yada. Today - I have the fun job of sending these folks a letter to threaten Small Claims Court action. My advice - let them do your job first, then pay them!!

Bruce's has trimmed my 7 tall Mexican palm trees twice over the last several years. They do a good job, told me that they are licensed and insured, gave written quote, and fair prices. Excellent clean up, too. My only criticisms are some damage to my lightweight metal carport roof (both times!) from dropping palm fronds...and a bit of communication snafus on the work schedule (came in the early morning...but was scheduled for Noon). But, I recommend them and may use them again...
